The staff are friendly, they rounded up the tickets for the tiny prizes my kids could get and that meant a lot to them. Prices for a regular visit are pretty outrageous but Groupon can help. Chuck E. Cheese is where it's at! I feel like the up keep of this facility goes above what is expected and it shows. The tables were clean, the floors were spotless and everything seemed to be wiped down recently. I'm sure once a slew of kids get in there it could be a different story, however we missed any large crowds there, thankfully. I don't remember the pizza being this good as a kid, but it was cooked to perfection and the crust was nice and crispy. I mean I'm no pizza expert, but it was served nice and hot and I at more slices than I should have. There's a pretty wide range of games and a small section for some younger kids. We were able to play the games almost as often as we wanted and my son probably rode the car for a solid 20 minute because it was empty. Only thing that was somewhat frustrating was sometimes the card tab took a few tries which used up some of our time. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! We've been to Chuck E. Cheese numerous times and this was the worst experience. We checked in as instructed and had a good time playing games. On the way out, the manager Manuel asked to scan our wristbands. We kindly told him we did not get stamped in by his employee so there would be nothing to scan out. I told him to check with his employee who was standing five feet away to verify who we were and that our child was with us when we arrived. I also asked if he could check the cameras if need be. He refused both requests and threatened to call the Sheriff if we did not show him a picture of our child from a different day. He claimed that is their policy. It's weird that no one told us that on the way in after they took our money and we've never had any issues in the past. They need to hire better staff, train the staff and update their policies. Manuel was very rude and condescending and has the worst customer service that I've experienced at any Chuck E. Cheese. This will be our last time visiting this establishment! First off, I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in a LONG time. This time was for my nephews birthday party. It was an early patty so not many people there when we got there, which was nice. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect, but we were greeted by a nice guy at the door. We were given numbers for our party on our arms(invisible ink) that way they keep the kids safe and make sure everyone is with who they say, it's a sad sign of the times, but I applaud it, it's a crazy world out there and it's good to see an establishment take it seriously. The place was clean, so that's good. I figured out the card machine and bought some game cards, easy enough. My nostalgia was kicking in, I wanted to play all the games. Well, the games were okay, I realized I'm not a kid anymore. A couple of broken machines, but overall, everyone was still having fun. Most importantly, the kids all were having fun, and that's what it's all about. They really seem to have this birthday thing set up, they have tables labeled and ready with everything you need. Tv with countdowns to the next part. The young lady in charge of our party, she might have been a manager, I'm not sure, but she was very friendly and helpful. Now comes the food, a few pizzas were brought out, pitchers of lemonade, etc. I was starving so I grabbed a couple of slices, it was actually not that bad. We typically hit Chuck E Cheese's over the summer. We haven't had any issues at this location, machines a usually in working order, tables cleaned quickly, & food comes out hot & fresh. My lil decided she wanted her party there this year. This location recently remodeled. If you haven't been in a while you missed your chance to see any animatronic show, it's all new technology. The new, hip Chuck E does make an appearance for about a 15 min shared party show (he does visit each party table & makes sure to give attention to everyone). Our attendant was fine although I did have to find her a few times, while I noticed the other parties had more attentive servers. Also, I requested pitchers with the adult food & was told they no longer sell drinks by pitcher so we had to purchase individual drinks for parents. My issue was that the server for party next to ours brought out pitchers of soda, lemonade, & water along with plain cups. I asked our server again and was told that their server didn't want to have to refill kids cups (our party refilled their own cups after initial cup) but the adults were helping themselves to the 6 pitchers that were brought out. read more

I have not been to a Chuck E Cheese since my children were young and I do not have fond memories of the locations we went to years ago. However, recently took the grandkids age 2-5 and this location was such an upgrade, we had a blast. I love the unlimited games for an hour, it is so much easier than tracking kids spending and it gives the children that firm time limit to play. Also if the little ones loose a game instantly it does not feel like anything lost. Plus if you are ordering pizza and want to pause the game play when the food is ready, it is easy peasy to pause your game play at the machine and then resume when you are ready to play again. Also the cool feature of collecting tickets on the card itself, eliminating loosing those paper tickets the kids used to collect. Of course redemption after one visit may result in getting a small lollypop but for the young ones they are happy. Since the parents were with the kids also, Grandma thought she would partake in an adult beverage. Nice to see they had decent beers on draft, shock top is one of my favorites, plus they have canned wine and hard seltzer. The alcohol rules are serious, only two drinks the entire visit and they have to be 30 minutes apart. I am fine with that, it is a kids place after all and at $10+ a beer, one is more than enough. This is the absolute last time we will be taking our daughter or even encouraging any other parents to take their children to this place. We decided to make this a first day of school trip only to find one adult in an entire crew of teenagers running the show behind the counter. I decided to wait at our table for food whole my husband took our anxious daughter to play a few games. Upon getting our food & going to look for them he brought it to my attention that one of the youngsters who worked there left a bottle of cleaning supplies that clearly says DO NOT DRINK on the table right next to where he rested him & our child's drinks. We went to one of the teenagers who we saw cleaning the tables & advised him that there is a spray bottle of chemicals at the reach of the children & he advised that he was on his way to get it. After bringing the situation to his attention we decided to enjoy our lunch so that our daughter could continue on with her fun. About 45 minutes later we made our way back to the other end of Chuck e cheese ONLY TO SEE THAT THE BOTTLE WAS STILL THERE! As a matter of fact most of my "mom" friends use this place for "playdates", Today I so happen to be on one, and was very alarmed to come in and not have someone at the door ready to stamp my child and myself. We waited for ten minutes and finally walked right in. This is a VERY busy location, especially on Saturdays. The security system they have is to stamp you and your child with the same number. This way they cannot leave without you. So to not have that offered to me was very very alarming. Staff accordingly Chuck E Cheeses...it is THAT important! Other than that it was great. I love they offer machines where you can purhase token without waiting in line. They have 10 dollar deals, and personal pizzas that are less than 6 dollars. This was my sons first visit. To this trap. At 2 years 7 months and 2 weeks he and I were thrown into the maelstrom of child "entertainment" due to a school friends birthday party. I had my nieces 1st birthday here over the weekend on Saturday and had the most amazing time! I was a little nervous because I wanted everything to run smoothly and it did. We had an amazing birthday party hostess her name was Victoria and she was the best!! I told her I worked at CEC when I turned 16 when I lived in South Florida and I was a dining room attendant which I also did birthday parties and how much I loved it. Even though lots have changed since back then the energy and service can't be beat! I didn't have to do anything I got so relax and celebrate Cami's birthday with my friends and family and I am truly grateful. Victoria greeted all my guests as soon as they came in and set up each child with drinks and tokens. She even took the cake and cut it out for everyone. (Be sure to get a coupon for the token deal.) I have never had a problem with not getting stamped in or out of the restaurant like some other reviews mentioned. I think the added security at Chuck E Cheese is nice, but we usually sit close to the exit anyway where we have a good view of everything going on. We had one kids birthday party here (out of the 39 b-day parties I've thrown). And I honestly can tell you it is a great deal and much easier compared to throwing a party at home. That party was one of the best ones we ever had and at the end of the day somebody else had to clean up. Awesome. The staff is friendly, competent and really go out of their way to help you. The pizza has improved dramatically over what I remember. This pizza is tasty and better than a lot of mall pizza. I observed the staff cleaning quite a bit, including wiping walls and baseboards. The games get switched for new games every few months. And on this visit we learned that they've switched from those coins we all hate to RFID card that we will learn to hate as well.
