I had the delight of checking out this awesome gacha claw shop with my family while visiting Orlando. It was my first time there, and I was absolutely floored by the amount of kawaii items, prizes, and plushies available! Pricing: $$ Prices were a bit higher than expected, but the quality of the items and prizes definitely reflects the cost. I'd recommend this as a fun night-out or date-night activity that you save up for. It makes the experience feel more worth it and gives you a better chance at earning as many points as possible. Plus, there are super cute accessories and home goods (like rugs!) available for direct purchase as well. Vibes: We stopped by late afternoon when the shop was empty, then returned in the early evening after dinner on a weekend. While the crowd level varied, it was always comfortable (aka no competition for the claw machines), which was a huge plus. If you're visiting on a weekend and want the least crowd, earlier in the day is definitely the move. As soon as you pass the adorable window art and walk inside, you're greeted by friendly staff and a low-lit, casual atmosphere that really makes the LED-bordered claw machines pop. There are over 10 machines toward the back of the shop, lining the side and back walls. The prizes displayed to the left of the entrance and mostly behind the register are an overload of cuteness, with clear and easy-to-read point values shown on the display cubes. In the center of the store and along the front sides, you'll find items available for purchase without points (or with point equivalents clearly labeled). This area is a dangerous temptation for your budget, especially if you're a blind-box fanatic like me--the variety is huge!

So cute. My daughter was able to win a ton of stuffies. Easy for children to play the machines. They were so nice and friendly. We had so much fun!

My husband and I stopped here for party of his birthday festivities to see what this new place was all about! When we got inside there were a couple of other people in there but nothing too busy where we couldn't try all the machines we wanted. The staff explained how the machines work and they had a good deal going on where we could spin the wheel and get a free plush! We tried our hardest to cut the string on the large plush but unfortunately no luck! Some of the other claw machines were tough as well but overall we had such a great time! We will be sure to head back there, maybe with our nieces when they come visit!

Fun little arcade of all claw machines! Some claws you win the actual prize and some you can take the prize to the counter for the something else. It was a cool experience, but probably something I would only do once or twice. It was $25 for 90 credits to be loaded on a card. I only won 1 item for $25 basically lol. Each machine is 10-15 credits so you get about 8-9 plays out of 90 credits! Machines will drop your toys after they grab it when it gets to the top, but fun to try once for sure!

    Such a cute place!

What a fun place! You buy a rechargeable card, I got one for 90 credits for $25. Each machine has games that are between 5.7-12 credits depending on the size of the prize. All the plushies are so cute! I ended up winning 3 and two of them were on my first try!

Super cute spot in Orlando with a big variety of prizes. The machines are fun to play, and it feels fair since the staff are willing to adjust things if you ask. Nice change from the usual places that just eat your money.

Came here on my birthday and had such a fun time! They're located in a popular area with other Asian restaurants and Boba places. There are plenty of different machines and it was relatively easy to win prizes. They also have a counter of popular items to purchase such as labubus , Sonny , angels, etc. The shelf in the back also display extra prizes that you can trade up some of your smaller prizes for which is what I did. There's also some cute photo ops around the store

I think some of the rhythm games could maybe be less loud or maybe more contained since a lot of them are next to one another and it gets hard to hear the game you're playing. A few of them are also difficult since they are in Japanese only, so it'd be nice to have a little guide on how-to-play. Most are pretty intuitive, but some are more difficult to figure out. Our last visit, one of the basketball machines wasn't working and the skee-ball was a little wonky. The 1 vs. 1 games on the 2nd floor were fun as well. We always end with a few games of pinball on our way out. Some of the games you can see the wear-and-tear since my last few visits, so I hope they are doing well enough where they can repair or replace them soon. I don't think I've tried any of their food or drinks, but there's a lot of shops nearby to eat and drink before or after visiting!

For example, the top of the bar is actually a time line of the history of video games...something to take in while you're throwing back a few adult beverages. I haven't quite figured out the food menu. But hey, P1VGB is not really, I don't think, that kind of place. GAMES? They have an excellent selection of old school vids. And whatever the game count, it goes up by 60 because they have at least 1 multigame rig (packaged in a Ms. Pac-Man cabinet). This combo brings you most, if not all, of the blockbuster titles from the 80s. They also have several rare machines. Last but not least, they THE SINGLE ALL TIME GREATEST COIN-OP SPORTS GAME! Well, this is not a pinball palace, but, they do have about 8 to 10 tables. Great titles including Twilight Zone, Haunted House, and Jaws. In addition to the coin-op games that us Gen-Xers grew up with, they have multiple videogame consoles available. For a bar that offers this many games set on free play, admission is very inexpensive. I'd say that at any given time, 5 to 10 percent of the games are down. Not too bad. Located just up the street from Sofrito Latin Cafe, this place is well worth a few hours of time time. 5 stars!

Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. When booking the Pancakes & Play package, I ran into unexpected challenges trying to arrange seating for the accompanying parents. What I thought would be a simple request required several conversations before a solution was found. As a parent of a 5-year-old, being able to sit close enough to supervise the children is important, so I was disappointed that this wasn't easier to accommodate initially. I shared my concerns with Main Event's President, Tony Wehner, who personally responded and committed to working with his team to find a solution. Todd Gurney, the General Manager, then reached out to better understand what I was hoping for and made sure everything was in place before the party. When we arrived, the seating was exactly as discussed. Two tables were reserved near Party Street, allowing the parents to comfortably supervise the kids while still enjoying the celebration. It made all the difference. I also want to give a huge thank you to Adrienna and Zarianna. They were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, organized, attentive, and genuinely excited to help make the party special. They stayed on top of every detail, and because of them, we were able to relax and enjoy celebrating with our daughter. What impressed me most was not that everything was perfect from the beginning, but that Main Event listened to customer feedback and followed through. It's refreshing to see leadership and the local team work together to make things right. Thank you to Tony, Todd, Adrienna, Zarianna, and the entire team for making our daughter's birthday such a wonderful memory. We wouldn't hesitate to celebrate another birthday at Main Event!

We love that we can watch a game on the big TVs. Prizes are usually pretty good but require too many tickets in our estimation. Their food is pretty decent. There is always been lots of available parking, I've never had any trouble finding a spot even though I drive is so busy. The bad: someone ate half of our chocolate cake which we took to go. There was an entire investigation at the restaurant as to what happened and I still have no idea what the outcome is. The fact is half the cake was gone when we got at home. The crowds can be a little difficult to deal with. There's a lot of people in there just walking around also and not playing any games. The issue wasn't simply that my meal was prepared incorrectly--it was how management handled the situation. I ordered salmon that arrived significantly undercooked. When I sent it back, our server handled the situation professionally and was both courteous and apologetic. However, from our table I observed the manager, Dalton, visibly berating the server while pointing toward us instead of focusing on resolving the issue. No employee should be treated that way for bringing a customer concern to management. When my mother spoke with him directly, rather than acknowledging the problem, he insisted the salmon was properly cooked and suggested the issue was that we hadn't specified how it should be prepared. Salmon should be cooked to a safe temperature unless a guest specifically requests otherwise, and the photos speak for themselves. What should have been a simple correction became an unnecessary argument. Good managers de-escalate situations, support their staff, and prioritize guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. To make matters worse, we never received the Power Card promotion that was supposed to come with the meal. The one bright spot was our waitress, who remained friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to make things right despite the circumstances. She deserved far better support from management than what we witnessed. A restaurant can recover from a kitchen mistake. It's much harder to recover from poor leadership and a refusal to take accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
