There was a November promotion that boasted a $2.99 buffet option for reward members. When we got there, the cashier informed us that we had to purchase a drink. We didn't see it anywhere on the fine print, but AYCE for around $5 was still a crazy good deal. It was the most busy we've ever seen the place, but we were able the grab a nice table next to the pizzas. I am a big fan of their soup, so I had two portions and I like to add in extra noodles from the pasta noodles. The pizzas were all constantly being pumped out with lots of variety, and the slices never ran out. It was a good time. My favorite is the Mac and cheese pizza. Is it good? No. But it's just a novelty and goofy, very cheesy. The best one is probably the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. We ended with some salad and the dessert was great: warm cinnamon rolls and warm bavarian pies. The brownies are not great. The used dishes were picked up from tables every so often. And the staff was all very friendly and they take requests for pizzas if you don't see the one you want out. Decently sized arcade if you have little kiddos with you that need entertainment. The restaurant itself is not bad. The food comes out pretty frequently and it's nice and hot and you know exactly what you're getting from a Cicis pizza. The staff was pretty helpful. They always come around and clean. Your tables in the arcade is actually in really good shape. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I felt like even if you'd want to go and wash your hands before you eat, you would be grossed out and not want to eat there. Cici's is a childhood fav of mine so I love the occasional dinner night. My family and I went one evening and this CiCi's has been renovated and looks more modern. The cashier was very polite and cashed us out quickly. The buffet was fully stocked and was very clean considering all the people who were in the dining room that night. They had to buffet fully stocked at all times. All the pizza we had was very hot which was nice because you know it was fresh. For a quick meal that gets you full at a reasonable it was great. Went here about a month ago. It's probably been 5-6 years since we've been to this location. Wow. It has changed. Not sure for the better or for the worse. Two things that have changed... Price and Seating. The price is no longer that great. I can go somewhere else and pay the money I paid and get a better meal. Paying nearly $10/per person is just not a deal for what you get. I think the bigger issue is the lack of seating. They cleared out about 1/3 of the seating space to make room for a Dave and Busters style arcade. Which... doesn't work. People aren't coming to Cici's for arcade games. The smaller arcade space they had worked fine. This drastically reduced the amount of seating space they have. At the same time, even when the place is crowded, they're still letting people in. Where are they going to sit? I have no idea. We only came because one of our kids asked for it as a reward for acts of service. So we came. We most likely won't be back. read more

First time in a Cicis in about 20 years after a bad experience. This one was clean and the staff was friendly. Pizza was getting made fresh and coming out at a good pace. Variety was limited but if you asked for something they didn't have, they made it for you. We went between lunch and dinner and it was relatively quiet. Took my kids here for the first time! It was great. We got to eat all we wanted. They even had a mini arcade for the kids to play afterwards. My family goes to this location all the time! They had a renovation within the last year and now the back is a mini arcade. It looks so nice and is very family oriented. Kids can win tickets that are put on a card and are able to redeem them for prizes. Their pizza buffet and salad bar are great! You can ask them to make any type of pizza. They're always packed, especially on the weekends. The owner has spoken to my family several times. He's very nice and cares so much about his customers. I've been a couple times and this location was always pretty good. The restaurant is clean, the staff is very polite and welcoming, and the buffet has a pretty quick turnover so it's hot and fresh. This location had suffered pretty bad being shut down for Quarantine but they have been able to pull through. The restaurant is now back open for take-out and also dine-in. They do require mask use, they have provided gloves for patrons to use when accessing the buffet, and they have regulated they're staff to ensure infection control and safety. Cici's isn't the best pizza I've ever had but it's better than most, and with an all-you-can eat buffet for $5.99 you can't go wrong for a night out with the kids. With all that has been going on with the pandemic etc, we need to support our small businesses. read more

I was very very disappointed with my visit. I come here quite often on comfortable. And most of the time I have a pretty good experience this time not so much first of all the way the employees. Or interacting as well as the management using foul language around kids second they just could not keep up with the supply in the man because it looks like they were playing around third this is the second time I've been to this facility and they ran out of brownies. I ordered the giant supreme pizza via GrubHub. It was delicious. I don't know if it's the best pizza in the world or if it's just because it had been years since I'd had pizza. It was pretty to look at and had plenty of sausage and pepperoni. They also don't skimp on the tangy red sauce. It was even good the next morning for breakfast. Wait, did that person just pour ranch on their cinnamon bites? Of course they did, it's Cici's, now leave them be! If you're hungry, you only have $6 and change, and want a large quantity of pizza, pasta and salad and are OK that it will be made with the cheapest possible quality ingredients, come give Cici's a big ole hug.
