    Rules and COVID-19 prevention
    Allison S.

My child came here for a 4 year old birthday party a few weeks ago and has not stopped talking about this place since - so we returned for a few hours to play on a rainy day (Wednesday afternoon). It wasn't too busy, but it was clean and lots of things for kids to play with/on. There are party rooms upstairs, two interactive game rooms, a music area with instruments, dress up costumes, arcade games, slides, a kidi town, a ninja course, and more. The snack area is not much, but there are a few things if you're desperate. There are signs that say you are not allowed to bring in any outside food or drink, so be prepared. There were several hand sanitizers and Covid-19 signs throughout the facility. This place requires grippy socks, and if you come without some, you can purchase them on site for $3.50 each. For about $18, your kid can come and go and play all day, so it's perfect for people traveling to the airport since it's conveniently located minutes from MCO who have hotel check outs at 11am but don't fly out until later in the evening and need some place indoors for their kids to get the wiggles out.

This place needs some serious cleaning and updating. Everything is messy the play area barely has any items to play with and so many things broken. The climbing ropes are broken, the basketball machine is broken. I would not come back.

Its dirty and run down. I took a video, i hope i can load it here. The toilets are clogged,no soap, everything looks gross. I just paid $40 for this, but admittedly i didnt walk around prior to paying. (One admission plus socks, and 2 pairs socks for the adults). We were waiting for the airport, and this was close for our kid to get some activity in... i have been to many places similiar to this in Ohio. Im shocked at again how bad it is, with nobody here and two people lounging at the reception desk. At least they could pick up some toys, run down could be acceptable if they were trying to keep things tidy. My son seems to like it, so i will give it 2 stars

We have been wanting to come here for so long and I'm so happy we finally made it in. This place exceeded my expectations. You really can't even imagine how much there is to do for kids. It really is a kid universe. I wish I had something like this as a kid. They have a huge play place with slides, a basketball court, a baby area, ninja course, interactive game play, rock climbing, a play kitchen, grocery store and so much more. They also have a cafe with food and drinks for sale. The prices are fair, the establishment is very clean and the staff are all very friendly. My reason for 4/5 stars was the lack of air conditioner. It was very hot inside and almost felt like there was no air. My son didn't seem to mind but I was feeling hot. Overall it was an amazing experience and we look forward to returning.

I've been here numerous times as I'm a local. First, it's super entertaining and they've added even more areas for kids to play (basketball count and multiple floors up). For the price and you can go in and out, it's so worth it. That being said, if you come in the afternoon, expect it to just be chaos. None of the toys are where they should be and it looks like your living room after a play date. Last time I went there were kids being unsupervised and mishandling toys. When I mentioned it to one of the workers, he did something right away. Gerald was his name I think. He was walking about which helps but some other employees didn't seem to monitor much. It's expected that the parents watch their kids behavior. The food and snacks are meh but the playing areas have always been a huge hit with my son. They have a toddler area, gymnastic type areas with slides, a climbing/ninja area, and kid pretend houses with toys.

    Super market/grocery store. Completely empty.
    Angela S.

One star for the idea of the place. It could be incredible, and we were so excited to bring our three and four year old to this "pretend play/ creative play" business. Unfortunately the little town with the market and diner and fire house etc were not only dirty but lacking the toys that make pretend play fun. The supermarket had absolutely nothing in it. (See pictures below.) The employee reminded me that it was a big play area that kids didn't have to clean up and may. Have taken things to different areas. She said they clean it up at the end of the day. We have similar things where I live. I didn't expect it to be perfect. But I do expect employees to make sure there are things to play with in the special areas. This is a big deal for little kids! We spent somewhere around $60 for our two children and all 4 pair of socks. After seeing the entire place and quickly realizing there was nothing to engage my children, we asked for a refund. They refunded everything except for our socks which you must purchase whether or not you have socks on. Will not be back. But thought this was a great alternative to a hot day at an amusement park. The owner is really missing how great this place could be. Too bad.

It's a great way for the little ones to explore and expend some energy while meeting & playing with other kiddos. Terra Play Center is located in Lake Nona, and while it's quite a drive from me, this is by far my favorite play center so far! You do need to book a reservation online in advance because the time slots do sell out everyday, and they do not accept walk-ins if they are at capacity. I love that you can book 2 hours for $20 which is a great deal and the perfect amount of play time. Entry includes up to 3 caregiver passes at no extra charge. Adults are required to wear socks at all times and kids must wear the grippy Terra Play Socks ($3.99). Once you purchase them the first time, you can continue to wear them for future visits. Upon walking in, I was amazed by the sheer size of the play area and it's beautiful unique design. My son was just in awe. They have so many little nooks to explore, including a dedicated area for crawlers which we really appreciated during our first visit as my son was not quite walking yet. It was also not overly crowded which was a relief. He loved the climbing blocks, swing, ball pits, and trampolines. I was most impressed by how clean and well maintained the facility was. You will see staff continuously cleaning and wiping down surfaces the entire time that you are there. I even watched them remove every single ball from the ball pit in between play sessions to wash & sanitize. I know that germs can be a big concern for many parents when it comes to these play places, but seeing this definitely gave me peace of mind. They also have a stunning cafe area to order coffee & snacks, as well as seating to either relax or get some work done (where you can still keep an eye on your kiddos while they play). I highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be back!

On my first visit I tried the chai latte and it was delicious and just had the right level of sweetness. On my second visit I ordered the oat milk latte with two pumps, and it was perfect. The staff are all so kind and accommodating which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this to moms looking for safe, fun play space for their little ones. I'd say its great for babies around 9 months up to kids 6 years old.

Nicole said the owner, Nikki was absolutely wonderful, super accommodating, set up all the decorations, ordered the pizza, and just organized everything so well. I noticed Nikki was also very good with the kids and kept everything running as smooth as possible. I think she had a few other instructors or helped but for the most part, she did everything by herself. When we first arrived, the kids got to run around a bit and play with all the equipment. They had tons of play mats scattered around the room, a small ball pit, rings, parallel bars, high bars, zip lining, and a few other small kids activities. Our group had kids that varied in ages from 2-16 years old. Many of the parents, super young and the older kids were just hanging around watching the other kids play. The area is spacious and clean. Nikki would gather the kids to do different activities such as zip lining, parachute and tumbling. Then she would allow them a break in between and let them go play on their own. Once the pizza arrived, the kids got to go into the birthday room and eat and drink. They had enough pizza for some of the parents too. Then kids went to play and we gathered the kids to sing happy birthday and cut the cake. I think with the party, you invite the guests and bring a cake. They take care of everything else! Prices for most items felt reasonable, but I do think a few things are overpriced. For example, I don't think an applesauce pouch should cost $4. The only other downside for me was parking. It can be a hassle and a bit difficult to find a spot. I personally wouldn't come here to work on personal tasks since it's noisy and there's a lot of movement going on.
