I actually truly loved this place. It was soooooo man things to do for everyone. The baby area, 4/5 different rock walls, The big play pin. The arcade and of course the jumping area. The price was actually pretty good. And with the all day pass it's worth it but I was so tired I wish I got the 1-2 hr pass. They concession stand was pretty expensive, after $10 for a small cup of dip n dots I didn't go back up there. They have cubbies for your items and also $5 lockers. You can also have parties here. And it's so many seating areas ! S/O to Emmanuel he was super helpful and I wish I grabbed her name at the front desk but none the less staff was great. They also have adult nights ! read more

The music is too loud. Well above a safe decibel level for children, and even for adults. If the music wasn't so loud, we'd come all the time as this has the potential to be a great inside alternative in the summer. Visited family in Orlando and decided to take the kids here to celebrate a birthday and it was such a fun adventure park. The kids were engaged for hours and didn't want to leave. Love that there were a variety of things to do for the set price. The trampoline area was a whole vibe. Love that they had a DJ and the different activities in that area. We needed something to do with the kids besides the regular Chuck E Cheese and we ended up here. For the price we paid the kids had loads of fun. The place was crowded but the kids didn't mind it. This is a new hidden gem in Orlando, a great place to spend the afternoon with kids. Giant inflatables, climbing walls, ninja warrior style courses and even a dance party. They have designs and attractions specifically for toddlers and the fun is designed even for adults. They have (3) available rooms for private parties with plenty of seating area, they even have green screen karaoke rooms to entertain everyone. They have a super reasonably priced concession stand that has the most delicious Argentinian empanadas and a wide variety of pizza, burgers, hot dogs and chips. We hosted our son's birthday party at Funtastic Depot, and the entire experience was overwhelmingly negative -- largely due to the actions and attitude of the manager, Ian Galdo. Our party was scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM, but because there were not enough staff checking guests in, we didn't get inside until 12:30 PM. This immediately ruined the timeline they gave us: * 12-1 PM: Inflatable Zone * 1-1:45 PM: Party Zone (food) * 1:45-2:45 PM: Playtime (ninja warrior, climbing walls, arcade) They cleared everyone out of the inflatable zone at 12:55, meaning our group only got 25 minutes of the full hour we paid for. We reasonably asked that the kids be allowed back in for the remaining 35 minutes -- time that was clearly part of the package. They said no. When we asked to speak to the manager, Ian Galdo, the situation became shockingly unprofessional. He immediately blamed us for "booking last minute" rather than acknowledging the facility's own staffing delay. We could see him sitting in his office vaping while our entire party stood outside waiting. When he returned, he said he didn't "trust us" or even his own employees about what time we entered and insisted he needed to review the surveillance footage. His tone was rude, condescending, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. The most upsetting part: Our son was standing behind us crying, asking if he could please go back in. Ian saw him, heard him, and still refused. He never apologized -- until we directly pointed out that he hadn't, and then he gave a forced, half-hearted "sorry." We paid for a party package for 12, and had 11 people in our party (7 kids and 4 adults). Ian only gave us five inflatable return tickets. We had to argue again to get the rest of the tickets our group was owed. We didn't go to the live show, and had no interest. We just wanted the kids to be able to jump for :30 more minutes. To top it off, our food came out 15 minutes late, cutting even more time out of an already shortened schedule. This should have been a joyful day for our son. Instead, it was overshadowed by poor organization, delays, unprofessional behavior, and a manager who showed no empathy and no accountability. We will not return, and I would strongly caution other families before booking here. read more

My kids had a blast here! It's a great place for the kiddos to burn off some energy and it's reasonably priced. There's a little area for toddlers but my 2yr old grew bored of it quickly. I was able to guide her through the larger bounce areas with the bigger kids. The DJ show was also really cool. I have been there 3 times and we had a good time in all of them. My stepdaughter is a 7 years old non verbal autistic, we are aware that we always have to be near her. So all of us had tickets and access. We are always ready to leave whenever she is done interacting. She always had a great time, she runs around the big inflatable, she also likes to be on the playground for a while, and chill on the ninja warrior space. The staff is always nice and understanding about her situation. She always leaves happy and have a nice night of sleep, we usually go on fridays around 6PM. read more

We chose this place for our son's 3rd birthday party. There were actually a lot of activities for him which is great. However, this place needs to have training for their staff and pricing. We emailed and called and then finally Valerie called us back to answer our questions. They told us that the pass was half off before noon on Saturday for both kids and the companion pass. Once we got there they acted like that never existed. Getting gaslit right away was a bad sign. They charged each person who came to our son's party a different price. Then tried to tell us after we paid that it was a 1 hour pass but we paid for the full day pass. Once we got going they had staff walking around like lifeguards basically telling us we couldn't do things. They would not let the adults sit on some attractions. They would not let my toddler stack blocks in the toddler section. They would not let my toddler play in the ball pit for more than 8 seconds because he's in the way (even though there was no body else in the ninja warrior course). The 1pm "show" where they have gymnast come and do a small show was all over the place. No one knew when it started or who was performing. They would not open the rock climbing wall because "no one who can run it was available". TLDR: Place is too expensive for what they offer, staff are miserable and will straight up lie to you (Valerie). Worse of all, for a place called "funtastic depot" they try really hard to not let you have fun. read more

We would return for the Friday night Groupon option we had such a great time ! We purchased the Friday night, three hour option on Groupon. For tickets for 80+ dollars. We brought our water bottles but ended up purchasing more. The water bottles were no more than two dollars each. I think it's definitely worth the money that we paid on Groupon. The kids were having so much fun and used up so much energy within just a two hour timeframe and we're ready to go. ages 7 to 12 perfect option for a Friday night. If their owners do not support serious claims regarding our kids and our safety, I can't support such a facility it's owners or management. It's Horrible... instead of stating the incidents didn't happen or "recorded". Plenty of EMTs and hospital records will state differently. When you clearly take no responsibility for the actions of your facility, management or employees, it clearly shows you only care about those dollars. Oh, have you ever seen a business respond to all the customers with bad reviews and yet they have no reply for really positive reviews? Yeah, I noticed. And it you read the comment to the review, they all sound the same which tells me they do not take the time to actually "fully" respond to a concern. BTW, nobody can bring anything up to management because they just blow you off and make up their own version of what happened. Let's be clear, their videos freeze, go to a commercial, stop etc, during business(yes witnessed it) so be very cautious of "incident not recorded" or "it didn't happen at our facility". They advertised a package price on their website that could be used on week days and then when we got there, they told us we needed to pay more because it was the first week of Jan and they consider that a holiday week. It was a bait and switch. Everyone in line experienced the same thing behind us. They said they didn't even know where the price came from on the site. We spoke with 2 employees and a manager. Then they told us that each adult would also have to pay even if we weren't jumping because our child was under 10 years old. A $30 adventure quickly turned into a $75+ one and we would have left but our kids would have been devastated so we felt trapped. We listened to the manager scold another guest for wanting to pay the price listed on the website yelling "you're wrong" at him. To make matters worse, no one spoke English so every time we had a question, they had to get help from someone who spoke a little more English than them. The check-in process took 40 minutes due to the confusion and then they told us that our "hour" of jumping started 10 minutes ago so we would have less time than we paid for. We went in the jump area and there was a "show" going on and they wouldn't let the kids jump during the 10-15 min show. Then they ended our hour of jumping 10 minutes early to "clean up" between sessions. There weren't many people there and it felt like they were nickel and dimming everything. Our child was thirsty and they had Slushies but the cups were short (the size of disposable wine glasses) and they were charging $6.95 for one. I asked for an extra cup (for water) and they charged me .95 for the cup. The things to do are fun but the pricing system and entire customer service standards need a complete overhaul. While the facilities are really great and provide an incredibly fun experience, the management is beyond horrible. We had an amazing time, until our party had completely separate and equally horrible interactions with the General Manager (who is named in many bad reviews across Yelp, Google, and Trip Advisor). He accused one family of sneaking in their child who lost their wrist band in the bounce house and then told her she would need to pay $100 (which is more than twice the price of admission) to get a new one. He also kicked toddlers out of the designated toddler area for being "too tall," despite there not being an age or height maximum listed. When questioned as to where these specifications were listed (since the children had been playing in the area for hours prior, with employees who did not remove them), the GM said "he didn't need to justify himself." When approached about his lack of customer service, he made racist comments towards several members of the party and told us to leave because he was calling the police. Normally, I read reviews like this and imagine that there must be more to the story to instigate this type of behavior from management; however, you will see this is consistent, unacceptable, and documented behavior from this individual if you look through reviews across Yelp, Google, and Trip Advisor platforms. His behavior is abhorrent and an embarrassment to the establishment, and should be addressed immediately by termination of his employment. Further, the owners of the establishment should investigate the policies and procedures he is implementing for collecting payment from customers, as it seems he may be modifying admission policies and payment for personal financial gain. read more

Brought my 15 year old son for the first time last Thursday (2/29/24). Met up with his friends and their little sisters; ages ranged from 10-15. They all had a GREAT time! Oh I have a lot to say. But first, what everyone needs to know, management here is so ignorant and not customer oriented at all. That famous(from the bad reviews famous) Gilbert and his "always mad face" wife can't work with people, they have to be locked in somewhere in the back that no people that come to enjoy, can see their unhappy faces, you can clearly see how much they hate their work. His wife for all these times that we went there didn't smile even once (for fun places like this, they have to be more friendly and make guests feel valued). We had a membership for 2 month and had issues with them few times. First issue came up when I brought my friends in (as we liked the place so much that I was telling all my friends how great this place was). They had advertisement on big screens saying 28$/month membership, but Gilbert said its not like that, he is GM and he can change that into whatever he wanted. Ok, we dropped and my friends paid his imagined price. When I was getting membership, I was told I don't have to pay for myself and 1yo baby and I can accompany my older son (6yo) and watch him there, thats what I did for 2 month. Now suddenly they changed rules and I couldn't follow my son and see what he does and if he is safe. If you let your staff members to be upfront, they have to know all the rules. I asked Gilbert to refund me money for the last month as we were not coming for a few weeks and he said no. Did not let me come in and watch my child without paying. First time see this, we have memberships in many places and every single amusement park of this type lets kids under 3 without charge. And definitely you can go and watch your child. I watched so many situations in the ball pit that kids were falling on the other kids and imagine 10yo falls on 5yo kid?! Who is going to prevent it if not me ?! They have different rules for everyone coming in. One day I forgot funtastic socks for my son, but I had from the other place, also grip socks, they didn't allow me, and then I saw half of the people in the bouncy house wearing other brand socks and some people even wearing shoes. Another thing: they don't control what kind of music plays in the bouncy house. One time we were there and there was a song: "... mind your business b...h" really?!?!?!? Its the bouncing house, not the club. I was in love with this amusement park until today, I brought bunch of families there, as well i as planned to make birthday party there for my son. On the other side, all other staff members are great, very friendly and sweet, but management will ruin your experience if you are going to get membership, for some reason they treat people with memberships as a piece of shit, not right away, but after couple month you will see their true faces. He told her he would call her two days later to complete her paperwork. He said if I don't call just call and remind me. She called him twice because he didn't call and both times he stated okay I'm going to call you and gave her a specific day. He never called. My daughter decides to call him and see what's going on because she didn't start on the day he originally said she would. Gilbert hung up on my daughter after telling her " Oh yeah I was going to call you on Tuesday but ... and that was it. I called the main phone number and asked for a manager and he gets on the phone with an attitude and was rude. He proceeds to tell me my daughter is not getting a job there because she was too persistent. Lol. He's tacky and disgusting. Well if she's too persistent you Gilbert are inconsistent and nasty. Borderline racist if you ask me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!! Social media always makes things look better than what it seems. My girl went there with the kids today to see how this place was and from the moment she got there nothing but problems. I understand it's a new place and staff is still learning but the person attending her had no idea what she was doing. From not being able to find her name in the system to ringing up her incorrectly. She wasted 45 minutes of her time waiting for them to fix whatever issues was done incorrectly. After being told the price and paying that price only for them to come back say it was incorrect. Then told they voided her purchase and wouldn't provide a receipt f the voided purchase after requesting one since the charge has gone through her account already and since we talking about prices these place seems way overpriced compared to other kids play places.They charge by the hour just so that everyone knows. And management is no good didn't even bother to talk to her about the issue or offer to compensate her for the time she spend waiting on something that should have not taken more than 10 minutes..And at end of it all she decided not to even waste her money here. I wish I could give two and a half stars, as while the place is fun and my kids and I love the "giant bouncy castle" feeling of the place, the pricing is high compared to other local options. Also, the "show" aspect is a little frustrating. Your ticket includes access to a show at a specific time, and those not booked for that time slot cannot go into the main play area while the 45-minute show is in progress. The main area is the star attraction here, and so that means killing a lot of time in the multi-story play area (which is fun) or the modest "ninja course" area, which is "meh" compared to other similar parks. Also, once you've seen the show once, there's little reason to do it again, and so on a repeat visit this would be frustrating. The food options aren't great and the video game selection is limited, but overall the place is a good enough time. It's also worth noting that there's no max height on the multi-story play area, which meant I could go in and help my little guy gain some confidence with the slides and climbing. That's a plus compared to some places. The trouble is, it's more expensive than other options. The "all day" pricing is misleading as, again, "the show" interrupts things, and unless you want to kill 45 minutes every couple of hours, you likely won't make it past the three-hour mark. Also, there are no "parent ticket" pricing options. To compare, as of April 2024, all day UrbanAir pricing for my family of three (dad and two kids) was $68.76, incl. taxes and fees. The three of us at Funtastic Depot is $143.62 and, again, there's less to do. No bumper cars, no ziplines etc. FD is promoting the pricing as a grand opening special, and each ticket included a $10 arcade credit and socks, but of course the games aren't cheap and you only need to buy the socks once so that only marginally balances things out. We had fun, but I can't see going back very often. read more

I reached out to this venue right before Thanksgiving to ask about Black Friday deals for birthday parties. I was told they would have sales going on and to check the website on Black Friday. I checked on Black Friday and there were no deals. I reached out again to ask and I was told someone would contact me. No one did. I reached out again and I was told someone called me but I had no missed call from them. I asked to call them and was told to call the location where I was told there was no one that could help me. I tried again later and was put on hold for so long that I had to hang up. Finally got in touch with the owner who said the party planner would message me and they can only text (so I'm not sure how they called if they can't call). There were no real Black Friday deals but I was offered an upgrade to the unlimited package if I paid $449. I said I needed to talk to my husband and would reach out in the future. I just reached out and am now being told they will not offer what was presented to me. I asked if I could connect to the owner since this has been disorganized and I keep getting different info. The party planner told me he is the general manager and highest in charge, there is no one else above him for me to talk to and I should've taken the offer when I had the chance. I explained that he never told me I had to book immediately to get the offer and there has been absolutely no customer service during this process except rudeness. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman that was condescending and not willing to work with me at all. My son loved this location and we were excited to have a party and continue providing business to a new location but this whole process has been frustrating and disorganized. He was in the office watching porn and somehow he didn't realize it popped up on the main screen, and when I confronted him he said their system was hacked. How can this new establishment systems be hacked and was able to recover their main screen within seconds. Also they charge for EVERYTHING! Even for parents that are just watching. I requested for corporate information and he would not provide it to me as he stated he was corporate. In addition, I have my purse and they wouldn't allow me to stand and watch my kids jump on the side with it as I am a paying customer. I kid you not the employees/staff are great but very confused on ton of things they should know as employees for a business ! Honestly very disappointed.
