I recently visited The Children's Planet Indoor Playground and had a great experience. The space was nice, clean, and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and have fun. It also wasn't too crowded, which was a huge plus and made it more enjoyable and stress-free. I really appreciated that it's only $20 for unlimited playtime which includes two adults and then it's 9.99 per additional child, making it a great value for families. You do have to purchase a $3 pair of socks on your first visit, but the good thing is you can reuse them for future visits. They also host different holiday events, which is a fun bonus. If you're planning to go, don't forget to complete the online waiver before arriving to save time at check-in. Overall, it's a great spot for kids to play and burn off energy!

Love this place but I had recently bought the 10 pass membership thing for my 4 year old son since we come so frequently to save some money. My one year old sometimes comes if he's not napping but when I first brought him, one lady charged me $10 and then when I came again the other lady charged me $20 and I'm confused to why I'm now paying extra??? A little irritated.

Super cute , open and clean! There's a few snacks options for sale. Cost $20 and then $10 per additional kid. You have to buy their socks for BOTH adults and kids which are $3. ( Can we use). I just dropped in on a random Monday but not sure if you typically need to make reservations - only downside is even with a Monday morning there are not enough tables/chairs for adults , also not sure if there are high chairs available if ya needed one . Love that it's $20 bucks for unlimited time- a lot of other places charge for the hour

This is a new playground. Overall I love the space, it's clean, the playground is large enough for kids to play with. There's plenty of bathrooms, 2 diaper changing area and a chalk wall that's also magnetic. The amount of toys aren't as much compared to other playgrounds but I think it is a good thing. The simplicity is actually better and keeps kids engaged instead of overwhelmed. There's a snack area you can purchase snacks from. Water fountains are available to refill water. Seating area is available for kids and adults. There's also wifi available. They have party packages and special packages now with their soft opening. Definitely take advantage of it !

Wow what a neat place to take your kiddos! Currently in their soft open until March 1. Go to their Instagram for any other updates. Inside is clean with a play area that is good for adults too. Another soft area for smaller babies. 11months and under are free. Bathrooms are clean and there are changing tables. Also an area that I assume they will sell snacks. My toddler had a lot of fun and I would definitely be back. Oh they also have rates for parties!

I like the idea and concept however. The rates are extremely taxed for daily play. 20 per child and the socks are additional 7 (required per ltheir floors" even if they have their own nonskids) 27 per kid is too much in my EXPERIENCE. Also, these moms do not watch their kids play and they have mean little ones. Snatching toys, pushing, and telling other kids to "clean up" mid playing. Idk we frequent playspaces and have a membership on the spacecoast. I don't usually have problems like the ones I've had here today. Plus there are kids without certain "required socks". We won't be back after today

Wow! We waited for awhile to come here because it seems like there's been a bunch of these places opening lately. We heard it was more quiet than some other places so we decided to check it out. We arrived shortly after opening on a Sunday and were only the 2nd ones there. Others joined but overall it was relatively quiet! There's plenty of room for kids to play without it feeling overcrowded. It also smells really clean which is nice. We will definitely be back!

4 Stars for location, location, location!…read more Eola House is a historic 1924 house-turned-rental space owned by the city, right by Lake Eola. It may seem like an odd sight in the middle of the park, but in fact it used to exist in a line of historic homes that were taken down for the park expansion. Now it sits alone, right off of the walking path surrounding the Lake. The home is lovely and features a sunroom, living room, parlor, outdoor terrace, upstairs area with a balcony, bridal changing room, and more. Recently I went for a lunch meeting in their upstairs space, the Summerlin Room ($75/hr rental with a 2 hr min). It was a lovely spot and fit our group of fifteen perfectly. I'll admit that I had been to the house once before to help with another event and the room wasn't set to the specifications agreed upon so we had to move and reset the chairs and tables right before the meeting. I remember the event organizer was quite annoyed... Hopefully it was a fluke! Side note- There is no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow. This is worth mentioning in case your event includes someone with mobility issues or who uses a wheelchair. As I was heading out I stopped in a room by the front and appreciated the array of pamphlets set up- ranging from history of the house to an Orlando biking map. There were also tourist pamphlets with the typical attractions (presumably for out of town guests of weddings of meetings). Overall, this is a beautiful meeting/event space that is priced reasonably and located in the heart of the city.

You really can't get a more picturesque spot than this. On the day we visited the flowers were blooming and swans wandered the grounds. Today the house is owned by the City of Orlando and they rent it for reasonable rates for private events like parties and weddings. A full listing of the prices can be found on their website. In addition the house has a welcome center and park offices. On the day I visited the house was closed and I could only peak through the windows. This looks like a fabulous venue for weddings and outdoor parties on the lawn.

I've had the pleasure of attending a yoga event as well as a salsa event at The Balcony and both times I left wanting to figure out an event to host at this beautiful site. Though getting in to the building and up to the right floor is a bit of a process, the view that awaits is worth every head scratch. This is truly a Balcony, but much larger than you'd imagine. They've used the space for cocktail parties, seated dinners, weddings, fitness events, and I imagine a photo shoot or two. The space is available for rent, and I've made a point to take a tour (which you can schedule any time) to check it out when they didn't have an active event happening. The indoor space you'd walk thru for The Balcony is actually a marketing agency. I haven't been in several months, but it doesn't seem to provide a lot of weather backup space, so one thing to note. Then again, this place is so unique, you'll be convinced to cross your fingers and pray for clear skies!

Now, diving in, I've only had food from Red Panda Noodle - which I initially discovered during Tasty Tuesdays in the Milk District. My first time having them, I fell immediately in love with their beef noodle option: Beef & Broccoli. It is flavorful and filling! The price points are standard (roughly $17.00 for the Beef & Broccoli). All other dishes are reasonably priced. As for A La Cart City as a place, it's centrally located off Orange Ave. There is PAID parking all around - sadly, unless you use the DTO promo code for a free two hours of parking, you will have to pay to park just about anywhere in Downtown Orlando. Parking is ample, but it can get pricey depending on when / where you park. There is ample seating downstairs and upstairs. It is service animal-friendly. They have a large screen for viewing sports or displaying any video (if you reserve the space for an event). The staff is kind, attentive, and helpful. They have a decent (not super large, but decent nonetheless) beer and wine selection. Price points are comparable to the other A La Cart locations. The overall location is great in the sense that it's a great spot to start a "bar-hop" vibe and make your way down into the thick of DTO. All in all, I am a fan of all three A La Cart lcoations. Also, did I mention, it is a great little spot for events! So, definitely visit them if you have not already.
