Has a special area for 3 and under as well as arcade games

A fun stop for little ones to get some energy out. Can get busy and definitely something you'll want to wash your hands after but for sure worth it!!

Great place for kids to burn off energy! The inflatables are a blast, the staff is friendly, and everything was clean. My kids had so much fun, and the arcade games were a nice bonus. Sam & Allie were amazing! Definitely coming back!

I was highly disappointed with my experience here. I brought my 4yr old daughter and her friend to celebrate her birthday and right from the start, I knew it was going to be a hot mess. It was my 1s time at one of these locations and wasn't sure what I needed to do since there was nobody at the desk when you walked in. I ended up walking to an area where you could purchase food, only to interrupt a group of very young employees who were standing around talking in order to get assistance in the front. I filled out waivers and paid $30 for 2 kids to play only to walk out after 30mins. The location is small, there were not a lot of options for bounce houses and a lot of the arcade-like games were out of order. I cannot imagine you would need to be there for more than 30mins regardless of the group size because your options are limited on fun things to do and the kids will get bored very quickly.

    "No adults"

Updated review My kiddo wanted to come back, so we figured we'd give this location one more try. FYI they've raised their prices- it cost me just shy of $22 for my three year old to play in the play space. There's not enough monitoring by staff. Parents were all over the play space that specifically had signage stating "no adults permitted on this attraction." The adult presence is intimidating to some kiddos, mine included. He was too nervous to use the play space because "big people" were blocking everything. I was not happy to pay almost double what we've paid in the past, but I'm absolutely willing to in order for my kid to have a good time. Unfortunately, this place isn't a safe, controlled play space for a three year old. Staff really needs to monitor these spaces better. It isn't fair for the kids. I felt so horrible when my kid asked to leave less than five minutes into our day here. We won't be back to this location.

    Pizza party time!

We were invited to a birthday party for our friends' 5 year old boy, Dexter. It was a ghostbusters themed party, complete with pizza and cupcakes. This was our first time here, and we brought with us our 21 month old daughter. She had never been to a place like this before, so we were not exactly sure what she would be able to participate in. There was a sign on their door that stated ages 1-12, so that was promising upon arrival, as we tried to search on the Monkey Joes' website for age requirements and didn't have much luck. The facility is located in a strip mall, is easy to find via GPS and plenty of parking spaces. You have the option to fill out a waiver online prior to arrival for your kids for the parties, however we as adults were instructed to sign waivers on a tablet near the check in desk. Socks are required, and ones with sticky bottoms are recommended. The inside of MJs is large, with tables and a concession area with drinks, and light snacks, several party rooms, arcade games, tons of bounce houses and obstacle courses, and even two small areas just for toddlers and smaller children. When it was time for our party to have pizza and cupcakes, it was announced over the sound system for the party to meet in the designated room. This was helpful, as it's easy to lose track of time in there with all the fun you are having! Our daughter loved the slides on the inflatable bounce houses. We enjoyed our time spent here, and will definitely consider this place for a future play date or birthday party. Four stars because the website did not offer a FAQ page, or any easy to find rules for ages etc. prior to arrival.

My boyfriend and I took my niece here to play and burn off some energy on a rainy day. I'd never been to a Monkey Joe's before and didn't know what to expect. For the most part it's a pretty cool place for kids with a couple of downsides to consider. There are quite a few bounce houses and a couple have some pretty awesome, tall slides (I wish adults could play on them haha!) We arrived in the late morning and at that time it wasn't too crowded and many of the kids were small like the 3 year old we had with us. She was able to play and not get too overrun. She even found a friend to play with and was having a blast. Later in the day it just got too packed. There were too many older kids and my niece couldn't really play without getting knocked down or pushed past. They do have a toddler area, but of course she wanted to play on the bigger, more fun houses too. Luckily we'd been there long enough for her to have some fun before we decided there were just too many bigger kids. The major negative is the food. I would say eat elsewhere before or after. It takes a long time to come out so have an adult watch your table and keep the kids playing to avoid them getting bored while waiting. When the pizza slices came out, one was fine, one was a little burned, and one was really burned. I was disappointed they would even bring it out, but we just dealt with it instead of trying to deal with a long wait for a replacement slice. This place is worth a visit if you have kids to entertain. Just keep a close eye on your little ones (and please remind your older ones to be careful with the smaller kids too :) ).

    Again more duct tape

Disgusting. This place should be renamed to "Pink Eye Joes". First off my son and I got there at 9:55. We were the third and 4th people in the building. And there was popcorn and food on the floor from the night before and hand prints and sticky substances on the obstacles. So clearly they don't sanitize. The carpet in the facility is absolutely disgusting. And upon using the restroom as soon as I got there the whole restroom stunk like urine and had dried pee all over the floor. Cut to the games... Some of them are held together with duct tape. No that's not a joke real duct tape. Many of them are out of order and one even dons a little message that says to be patient because it works slowly. Honestly I don't know how this place stays in business. It's absolutely nasty. We will never be back. See all my photos.

A bit chaotic and sketchy experience. My 6 year old loves the place though, so I will likely suffer through it again.

However, everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly and cared about our experience. We started with the Antipasto Della Casa was lovely! Cannelloni beans, marinated shrimp, cheese. Salami, olives, and more! For dinner we had the Bucatini Alla Enzo and the Filetto Con Formaggio. The pasta was outstanding! The mushrooms made the dish but the quality of all the ingredients--excellent! Rudy's recommendation of the Chianti paired perfectly. The steak my partner had was cooked perfectly and was melt in your mouth tender. The slice of cake for my birthday and the cookies were a great ending. Be sure to go outside and sit by the lake. We listened to the guitarist for a while and watched the sun set. A perfect special occasion place but also somewhere to have a few drinks and nibbles and enjoy the sunset and music.

The lakeside view provides a stunning, romantic backdrop that elevates the entire evening--it's easily one of the most beautiful settings in Central Florida. The Highlights * The Custom Antipasto Tray: This is the star of the show. I love that you get to choose exactly the items you want. We opted for the mushrooms and shrimp, plus much more and all items were incredibly fresh and flavorful. It's a great way to tailor your starters to your specific cravings. * Fresh Starters: The house salad is a standout--crisp, fresh, and a perfect lead-in to the main course. * The Main Event: The Veal Scaloppine was tender and seasoned perfectly. It's clear they use high-quality cuts and traditional techniques here. * Sweet Finishes: Definitely save room for dessert. The wedding cake is wonderful and moist, and the peppermint ice cream is a refreshing, nostalgic treat that I highly recommend. Pro Tip: Parking They offer free valet parking, which makes the arrival seamless. Just a friendly reminder to bring some cash to tip the driver, as they provide excellent service! Overall: Between the customizable appetizers and the gorgeous view of the water, Enzo's is a top-tier choice for a special night out.

The disorganization of meeting to do final planning and final pricing was just the start of our disappointment. They have a policy of paying all fees 60 days before the event which is completely understandable. What is not understandable is holding us accountable for them being late with final paper work, 35 days late. When we were first contacted to discuss our wedding plans we were under the impression we were meeting to discuss arrangement of the room and timing for the day. To our surprise it was more about what we wanted to add to our bill because it was already late and because it was late there is a 10% late fee but they will "wave it" if we pay immediately. Mind you at the meeting all the questions we asked 90% of the response was "We can figure that out the day of the wedding," I did contact the owner and inform her of this iteration. Long story short we then had another horrible experience when it came to trying to pay our bill and the owner threatening to cancel our date and add the late fee back on. They have no empathy, understanding, or time management. Will blame you for there mistakes and expect you to give them grace but not show it in return. Like I said beautiful venue hate that we lost 1,000 in this place do to there horrible management style only use this place with a wedding coordinator.

They refused to refund us for this. We didn't even get much support for the set up of the screen. The tech they sent didn't speak English so we couldn't even communicate what the problems were to them. - The venue is grossly over priced ($18k+ for 5pm-11pm) - Josephine, the owner or operator of the business, was not communicative. We asked her to confirm things multiple times well before the reception and heard very little to nothing back so we had to hope she was going to deliver. She was rude and dismissive at times to my family members and wedding planner. - we ended up having to put together much of the decorations ourselves even though we paid for the staffing Overall, we did the best we could with what we had to enjoy our special night. But we would not recommend our experience to others - especially not for the price they asked of us.

As luck may have it, a friend of mine decided to have his wedding reception in one of the smaller private rooms. I was astounded by the beauty of the place. Seeing it up close was breath-taking. Archways, ornate decorations, elaborate flower decorations, over-sized windows that overlook lush landscaping including a small pond surrounded by statues. The overall atmosphere is perfect for any special occasion and it lends itself very well to beautifully composed photographs. Inside the lighting continued setting the perfect mood with dim lighting, low playing music and upscale table settings. Not idle for photo taking but great for setting the right mood. While absolutely beautiful and stunning, for all the luxury and European charm, I wasn't too thrilled with the food and the room the reception was held in was quite small. And I'm sure it all came with a hefty price-tag.
