The restrooms, however, could use a bit more attention and cleaning. They have multiple party rooms and always seem to stay busy. My 4 year olds had a great time, but at times they were overwhelmed by the older kids running, jumping, and playing more aggressively. This place is great if you have a kid who is into and one day wants to be an American ninja Warrior this is the place to take them. There is a Rockwall. There are obstacles. There's a zip line. It's all indoors and air-conditioned. It's not overly freezing in there. There is a bar and snacks if needed. They also have some pretty good deals. As two adults, an hour was the perfect amount of time. We got to do everything for adults. The trampolines were fun! The obstacle rope course is fun too, but not like a "ninja warrior" type thing. Don't miss the zip line though! If you go with kids, it seems like they would have a great time! On a Tuesday afternoon, it was pretty empty. I bet it gets packed on weekends though! Fill out the liability waiver ahead of time on your phone to save a little bit of time. It was all pretty clean for what it is too. I am a deaf parent from Southern California, visiting Florida with my son. We went to Planet Obstacle in Orlando and I communicated with the staff through written notes. I asked about the play passes for my son, but was told he could not play until 6:45 pm even though the place closes at 9:00 pm. I didn't care about losing a few minutes, but the rule was not explained in a fair or patient way. As deaf guests, we need things explained clearly, but instead we felt unwelcome. It was very disappointing after traveling so far. This place is huge and has just about everything a kid, teenager or adult could want. They have five different rooms where you can have a birthday party and they set it up for you and offer you pizza and drinks. They also have a concession stand with some very reasonable prices. Brought my niece to planet obstacle for her birthday. Typically, we will do individual outings with our nieces and nephews to get some alone time with them and enjoy their company. She picked this place and we decided to give it a whirl. We came in on a Sunday and it was a little less crowded than I anticipated. They had a few birthday parties here, but it was very spacious so didn't really feel overly crowded. The actual facility was tucked away in an industrial area in Lake Mary, but understandable being that it had so much space inside. We got in early and paid the price for the tickets. We were a little shocked that we had to buy THEIR socks opposed to just wearing our own. While we got over that pretty quickly, it was a little annoying as we likely won't be coming back as adults. We sat down at the concession stand and ordered some food prior to starting. I had a slice of pizza that was okay for what it cost and where we were. My husband and niece had hot dogs, which they agreed, too, were just okay. Our time was called and we started our jump. Outside from just a trampoline park, they have other things that the children can do such as: trampoline basketball, a rope course, bumper cars, etc. My niece is 7 and we wanted to do the rope course with her to ensure that she felt comfortable. While she did it alone, she definitely would have enjoyed it more if we were with her. They required us to go to the top course and her to stay on the bottom. That was a little disappointing. This is a fun indoor (yay air conditioning!!) place for kids, teens, and adults to run out their energy. I brought my 4.5 year old daredevil daughter, and she did really enjoy it - she cried when it was time to leave. She's petite and at 41" and 31 lbs, she was too short (and/or too light) to go on the regular ropes courses (but there is a preschoolerish ropes course that we did), rock climbing wall, and the zipline. Once we grow a bit we'll return for these. There are plenty of trampoline areas so you can pick one that is less crowded. We were there on a weekday, which very likely helps. We didn't eat there but there is a cafe with entrees, snacks, and drinks. Clean bathrooms. It was a little over $30 including 2 hours jump time (arrive at or before the top of the hour to maximize your time, because they end jump time on the hour), mandatory Planet Obstacle socks (you can bring these back to reuse if you go again), and tax. As a non-participating parent/spectator, I didn't have to pay anything for myself. Great indoor fun, especially on a weekday when you won't have to wait as long (or at all) for space on these activities. read more

Brought kids that were 7 and 5 years old. Cannot emphasize enough how much the kids loved this place! It's $26 for 2 hours of play and you have to buy their brand of socks and any food or drink has to be purchased there as well. There was so much to do, I felt like I got my money's worth! Rock climbing, a zipline (45" height minimum), big and small obstacle courses, midway games (these cost credits). bumper cars (48" height minimum) at least 5 different trampoline areas including one dedicated to dodgeball... They do a pretty good job separating the smaller and larger kids into different trampoline "rooms"! However, you know there are always a few kids being overly wild - so as a parent you have to keep an eye on them since everyone is moving so fast. Don't expect to bring your kids and play on your phone the whole time! I think if it were a busy weekend I wouldn't bring kids under 8 since crashes and rough play is unavoidable. But we came on an early afternoon and the gym was mostly empty. We got lots of personal attention from the staff. They even geared up my 5yo three times just for her to get scared and decide she didn't want to try something. The staff was definitely young - teens and early 20's, but the ones we interacted with were patient and attentive - even when she cried. There was also a LOT of overlap for adults to do here. A BIG obstacle course, trampolines, rock climbing, all of these were challenging enough for me and my husband to participate in. We will definitely be returning. read more

The pricing is fair and there is plenty to do. They have bumper cars, dodgeball, zip line, basketball and just free jump trampolines. They also have arcade games that are extra and a snack bar. You have to purchase their socks, which are $3 and if you want a locker, it's $2 for a lock that you get to keep. They have so many things to do obstacle course, rock climbing wall, trampolines, bumper car. The food here is pretty good I usually go for wine and a burger. For reference my kids are all under age 10 and there was something for everyone. And my husband who is 30 had a blast!! Although we were there for a birthday party, we paid for our other 3 kids and my husband to play and the total came out to $90 for 2 hours of play. It was kind of pricey, but it was definitely worth it. I'm not sure we will be back all the time, but I'll definitely bring them back sometime over the summer and cross my fingers they get invited to more birthday parties here so I don't have to pay lol. I came here with a group of other adults on a Friday night. It was moderately busy, but we didn't have to wait long before we all checked in. You need to bring socks or purchase socks from their facility, and they only have tiny lockers big enough to hold a wallet and phone, so leave your belongings at home or locked in your car if you don't have someone else in your party to sit in the cafe area with it. The facility itself is large, with multiple trampoline areas, a rock climbing wall, an obstacle course, aerial silks, trampolines into foam pits, an aerial obstacle course with a beginners and an advanced track (in which you are harnessed to a cable) with a zip line from one end of the facility to the other(!!), and a child's play area. There is also a concessions area with food and drinks, and a section with tables and chairs (however no one from my party had anything from there as we were going out for dinner and drinks afterwards elsewhere). We decided to take our boys here for a fun evening with friends as a way to escape the heat and get some energy out. I have always heard great things about this place and from the pictures it looks like a blast. Honestly, this place is a paradise for kids and I would say the best age range to take a kid here would be between 7-13 years old. My sons are 5 and almost 3 and it was a little tough. It was mostly tough because there isn't anything really available for the almost 3 year old and even the toddler area is a bit too young for him at this point. And with the 5 year old I was often nervous the bigger kids would knock him over (which they almost did on several occasions). So I guess that will be Tip #1: Don't go on the weekend. We made the mistake on going on a Sunday night thinking that wouldn't be as bad as a Saturday. I am sure it's not as bad but it's still pretty freaking insane. Tip #2: Just be ready for anxiety. It's a mad house here. And yes, it's probably a huge germ house. But just go into this place accepting this. Tip #3: This place is ran by teenagers. It's a bunch of 17+ year olds running this joint so be cautious of watching your own kids. No one else will be doing that. I didn't eat any food here or experience any event so I can't give advice on this but from what it looks like there was about 4-5 birthday parties happening at once. Which means BOOK IN ADVANCE (Tip #4!). I think we will give it some time and come back when the kids are older or try and come on a random weekday when school is back in ;) Summer weekends are crazzzyyyy. read more

I was a bit nervous since I never tried it before but I complete all the things and ride the zip line at the end. This is the perfect place for Florida summers for a few reasons. First; it's inside, with AC. That fact alone is worth a few extra stars, but that's not it. It gives kids of all ages (I saw a lot of little kids there, and my niece is 11 and my son is 16) something to do that won't break the bank. Rock climbing, trampoline, obstacle course, slides, dodgeball, foam pit - lots of stuff. The entry was only about $27 for two hours of play. And all that play will wear your kids out. And isn't that the most important part? However, the one star taken off is for one incident that happened. I'm drinking a bottle of soda, watching my son do some rock climbing. Suddenly this kid comes up and asks "mind if I do a waterfall?" I was stumped. I was born in the 70s, and this lingo just wasn't jiving (kids still say 'jiving' right?!) Finally my son had to explain they the kid wanted to hold my soda over his mouth and pour in a drink - like a waterfall into his gullet. Do...do they not provide refreshments or a water fountain for these kids? Why on earth would you ask someone that? What if I have nothing but backwash in my bottle?? Walked in to register for 2 hrs, waited about 15 mins to be tended to! Once we had to resign a waiver which "expired", the kids played for about 1:30 & a staff member cut off their wrist band!!!!! WTF, is a policy that if you come in after the hour you get 20 mins deducted from play time???? 2 hrs is 2 hrs regardless of what freaking time you arrive! Get what you paod for PERIOD! Absolutely the best indoor park to take your kids. Staff was helpful, too big to seem crowded which is ideal. The only issues we had was it says "all ages" which really means 3 and up. Toddlers have a tiny little toddler dungeon in the corner. Which was not ideal for our 7 and 2 year old. Luckily we could split up, but made it less fun for sure. read more

After doing some research, I learned on Groupon that it was less expensive to buy the tickets at the location rather than on Groupon . So I headed over to planet Obstacles website and found the review to be true. It took us a while to get to planet Obstacle and didn't find the sign to the location. We just stumbled upon it. Lots of parking; however only one cashier taken care of all customers. Filled out that waivers and got the tickets. The place forces you to buy their socks in order to use their facilities. Lots to do and all within a confined area. The food court has very reasonable prices even though we didn't eat there. The one thing I observed was the staff wasn't really paying attention in the ropes obstacle course because the kids were pushing the slower ones. No organization, no gloves to handle the ropes. Kids definitely loves the zip line!! Based on the kids: they had a great time. Lots to do, lots of places to jump around. Would we go again?? Probably yes!! We found it cheaper to take advantage of the Groupon deal so we could have all day passes vs just 1 or 2 hours. Overall we went on a Sunday around 11:30 am we had kids aging from 5-9. We all had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time. By 2:30 we were all pretty hungry and decided to head to lunch. However the place was packed by then!! Definitely didn't seem like "Covid protocols" were in place and everyone walking around without masks by then.
