This is a fun spot for a family day out with a ton of activities to choose from. Some of the highlights we saw included glow-in-the-dark mini golf, axe throwing, a ropes course, bowling, go-karts, and a full arcade. We really enjoyed the mini golf, it has a cool space theme and it's a great way to golf without dealing with the hot Florida sun. The axe throwing was pretty unique too. They use a projector system that lets you play fun games like Connect 3 or Tic-Tac-Toe, or just aim for the high score. The only downside was that there was just one axe for the group, and it wasn't the best fit for me personally. They also offer food with a mix of California Pizza Kitchen options and items from Elev8's own menu. Whether it's here or your regular CPK restaurant, I highly recommend the Butter Cake. I've been twice now during what you'd expect to be peak hours, and both times it wasn't busy at all, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it's a great spot to spend the day with family, lots to do, plenty of variety, and an especially fun atmosphere for kids but good for adults too!

Laser tag fun

I stopped by here with my husband and step kids to try the laser tag. The attendee at the laser tag let us walk around the room to see how big the course was prior to buying admission. It was $13 a person for a 10-minute game. The room was pretty decent sized and had different panels that you could hide behind but some had Windows. We were only a group of four so we were able to hide from each other a couple times. Overall it was a good course and the guns work well. I would say it's definitely worth the $13. If they ever did a deal for all day laser tag, I would definitely want to do this again. If you're in the area I would recommend checking this place out.

The view I had before attempting to conquer my fear of heights lol eventually crossed it!

I know this place is probably intended for kids but myself and a group of other 30 year olds had a great time! They have different package options with the activities offered. We opted for the package thay offers 3 activities - we enjoyed Laser Tag, Go-kart racing and a Rope Course. They also have bowling and many arcade games. We enjoyed the bar after our activities and the drink options were great! I appreciate the bartender making her version of a strawberry cocktail they offered. The drink originally came with ginger beer and she swapped that for coconut rum which was delightful! Come here with your friends and have a cocktail! It'll be quite the adventure.

Definitely a place to take kids or adults. I'm surprised it's not that expensive for all the activities they have! We did go karting, bowling, laser tag and played a couple of arcade games. The arcade games are not your traditional ones. Spent about two hours here. They have a full bar and small kitchen. Go karting was the main event. To my surprise, they go really fast (45mph) and you have to go through a series of safety videos before you're allowed on the track. Definitely coming back!

Okay.... The food and drinks were surprisingly good. I've visited twice and same experience with the staff...terrible. No one seems the slight bit interested in tending to guests. There's lots of teen workers, but older adults too, and no difference. Very disappointing. It's a huge place with lots of activities, but I won't be returning simply because the customer service is TRASH!

Entry into this business was very complicated. GPS took me to the 1st level of the mall which shows an entrance, however, right after parking and going to the door, it directs you to go into the mall to access the facility. That wouldn't have been an issue if entering the mall you didn't have to walk halfway through it to find an elevator to use since all of the escalators you pass are closed and blocked off. And when I say closed, I don't mean not running. No, they are literally closed and blocked off with a guard rail type thing and signage to say it is closed. After getting to the entrance through the mall and walking to the other side where you purchase the activity options I noticed there is a 2nd entrance from the outside of the mall on the 2nd floor. My boyfriend ended up moving the car to avoid the unnecessary trek through the mall again when it was time to leave. As for the activities, we ate at the restaurant which was good, and I was pleasantly surprised. We waited a bit due to an issue with the kitchen but the staff was nice and informative so we didn't mind it. Bowling was fun, but I will say that nobody was working that area and manning the counter despite how many times we saw employees walk by. After 5mins standing there, we finally got service, but it wasn't the most efficient. The guy who got us set up with shoes left right after that so when we had trouble getting the pins set for us to start playing it began another waiting game to see him in the area. Again, not the most efficient. We paid for an hour and got it because they helped us, but the waiting was annoying for a day that was not very busy. Overall, it was a fun day with my family due to the company, but this place does not stand out to me as a place I would return again with my daughter. The concept it cool, but didn't deliver for me on what works for us. Next time I might go without any kiddos to try the go-carts.

Elev8 is located at the Seminole town center mall. Park at the upstairs entrance for ease. You can't enter through the mall as the doors are shut off to the mall. On a Monday evening there wasn't a wait for any games and the place wasn't crowded. The staff said the weekends are busy and there is almost always a wait. They were all very friendly and answered any questions we had. I came to Elev8 for a work bonding event. There is an assortment of activities to play for all ages. We played laser tag and bowled during our event. I was surprised at how fun I had. The only con was the air seemed to not be working properly. The food was surprisingly good and made to order. I tried the chicken Philly without bacon. It was great! They also have a full bar. Price point were good for food and drinks. If you're in the area definitely give Eleva8 a try.

Elev8 is the perfect rainy day activity in Orlando area for all ages! Even as adults we had a blast!!!! Elev8 prices are really reasonable especially if you do the bundle of go kart, arcade and an activity of choice (we did laser tag) for just over $30. Other activities include axe throwing and we bowled for $5 a person including shoes. Plus great happy hour drink deals made it such a fun day

I wasn't exactly elevated by the experience. I went on Black Friday. At first we thought their B1G1 deal was nice, but in the end my group only played the glow in the dark putt putt course because the downstairs was closed due to an escalator being down. It really wasn't anything too impressive. It might be a nice cheap place to entertain kids for a few hours on the weekends.

The establishment was a cool concept with arcade, rope course, go cart, laser tag, bowling, and a full bar. The decor was well done with lots of neon colors and lights... very stimulating! We went for bowling, 12 lanes, but awful pins with strings attached and overpriced at $40 per hour. The pins are not accurate and the frame scores were off as well. Random pins that you knocked down on the 1st bowl will just pop back up on your2nd turn... ugh! It was disappointing! If you don't care about that stuff then good luck. We will definitely not be back for bowling, maybe something else , but probably not. The establishment did have several TVs throughout and around the bar... so that was kinda cool. Anyway, it was ok and if your bored then maybe give them a shot, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come.

Elev8 located in the Seminole town center mall in Sanford has tons of things for kids to do everything from Arcades to Go karts and even Bowling. This location used to be the old Sears at the mall and honestly it's the only thing keeping this mall "alive". The kids and adults will love it here, there is even a restaurant with a bar inside and plenty of space to ply arcades or bowl and if you get board from that they have more old school arcades down stairs with pool tables and laser tag but wait there's more....go karts down stairs. It's pretty amazing to see how they were able to fit all this in a former department store. The food is not bad and I haven't bought any alcohol beverages from here but we did eat while we bowl and that was fun. The go karts also look like fun but I have more try them out YET. There hours are very convenient to those that like staying out late, the one thing I don't like about this place is that when you sing up for their "card" you have to go on a computer and fill out a bunch of stuff but overall I do enjoy coming here.

Carnival style games

What a Gr8 place. Bring your M8 and sit at the restaurant for a PL8 of food, test your F8 on the climbing wall or ropes course, but don't be L8 for your go-cart stop time or you may H8 the fact you have to W8 longer to race. I R8 this place 4 stars as it could use a bit of polishing. First things first, you have to go to the 2nd floor to register/pay for everything, so even though we went right in to the go-carts on the first floor, we had to head upstairs then W8 in line. The self service kiosks were working up until the point of paying, then we had to head back to the service desk (who told us to use the kiosks) to pay. Seemed odd we got there right at 11a when the G8 opened and then had a 12:30p Go Cart time as the option. Also annoying is if you're registering 2 people, if you add a game card, everything adds in increments of 2, and there's no good way to back out. At one point, my order total was over $1000 and I had to start over. And I'm good with computers, even since the early windows days of Microsoft with Bill G8es. When looking at game cards, you may have to Calcul8 the best value for your group. At certain levels, you get bonus credits, but don't let it B8 you into a higher tier unless you plan on using them all. Many games seemed to be in the 4 to 6 credit range, which was reasonable. There's an area that is full of old style carnival games with a modern twist. If you want to remember how much you H8 and suck at them, try the ring toss, ping pong ball fish bowl toss, milk jug toss and throwing baseballs at those tiny furry prairie dog looking things. I wish they had the squirt in a clown's mouth game! You also have your classic arcade games (Pac Man, old 80's and 90's games) as well as new games (racing, motorcycle, shooting) and plenty of basketball and skeeball too. There's probably something for everyone, even if you just want to sit at a bar and drink, this is your place. There are also lots of games where a crane of some sort drops and attempts to pick up something (stuffed animal, rubber ducky, billiard triangle) and you can win tickets. The tickets are virtual so don't go find an attendant and tell them there's no tickets coming out. Only stupid people do that, but they won't Abacin8 you for it. Speaking of attendants, I didn't see one person walking the floor. There were a few instances where I ended up with 6 credits on a racing game and the bubble soccer had a bunch of broken players that you couldn't move, but the only place I saw "help" was at the desk and there was a line of people W8ting. But don't let the minor inconveniences T8nt your visit. My friend N8 and his partner K8 had a blast, don't you want to be like them? They're open L8 so go and P8nt the town red and have a Gr8 time.

Do we know if they provide a happy hour during the week? For drinks or games (when no tickets are awarded?). Similar to what D&B offers? Thanks

Kart - very plain and boring. The score didn't seem accurate and I didn't even want to race again even for free. I would've hated if I had to pay for it. As someone else mentioned, no music or lights. Not exciting. Food- everything was more or less and even the chips weren't crunchy- probably old. Just bar food with nothing special. As you can see from my review history, I usually leave positive reviews when I am impressed and…read morerarely post negative comments when I am disappointed. However, I feel compelled to write a negative one in this case. On 3/6, I purchased two Gold Packages for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Each package includes two races. The representative who helped us explained that if we only completed one race that day, the remaining race would be stored as a credit on our membership cards. We therefore used only one race on 3/6. When we returned the next day, the representative at the counter, Desi, told us the next race would start in about six minutes. However, when I presented our membership cards, she said she could not see the remaining race credit. She then began asking questions such as whether we had purchased only one Gold Package and shared it, and whether we had receipts. It was clear she suspected we were trying to misuse the system. She continued questioning us for several minutes until I finally asked her to call the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, I logged into my credit card account to show proof of purchase. When I approached the counter with that information, the manager said rather casually, "Oh, we already found it." Unfortunately, by that time we had missed the race we could have joined and had already spent about 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one initially apologized for the inconvenience. When I told the manager that Desi should apologize, the manager responded, "It was not our fault. It was a system error. Sorry." Desi then said, "You did not even give me a chance," and tossed the race tickets onto the counter before trying to walk away. When I said that if I had not asked for the manager she likely would have continued questioning us suspiciously, she responded in a hostile tone, "If you want to take a picture of my badge, you can." The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disappointing. System errors can happen, but how staff handle them matters. A simple apology and professional attitude would have made a big difference.

I've been twice--both times, my group did the night games, one outside in a "king of the hill" style, and another in a rescue mission style. Both were fantastic. Do note that these games are rough around the edges. It's no manicured, pinkies-up, gun soiree. Bring bug spray, water, and wear black. Come ready to scrape knees, score bruises, and serve dinner to the 'skeeters (protip: lay that bugspray on thick). The highlights: - the terrains are super fun, interesting, thoughtfully designed, and the time flies. Be careful if you're playing at night because there is shrubbery and hard objects that you can run into (or hide in/behind). - the equipment was great. There were several different types of weapons you could choose, but be aware that most of them are quite heavy. The lightest one was still an arm work-out after running, ducking, and hauling around for an hour. They're also thoughtfully designed, each with their own strengths and drawbacks. My friend who was able to carry the heavy sniper gun, really enjoyed hers because she could shoot without alerting others to her location. - the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about. M2 is an experience you can't get in big cities with fancy tech and cutting edge facilities. It's a rural, lightly regulated, and no seat-belts kind of good time that you won't want to miss.
