1st off.
It's a place not really for young kids. 9 ++, teens and adults..I brought my 8 & 4 year old there and pretty much left with a day of lines, a few expensive arcade games, sad kids and a stressed and overstimulated momma.
The only thing young kids can do there is Lazer tag if they can wear a heavy vest, bowling and possibly the obstacle course besides the arcade games. Oh and mini golf... which was hard to find pricing for.
* I asked if my son was tall enough at the front desk to ride the virtual reality along with the go karts. They measured him and yes Absolutely. As he was just a smidge taller than the marker.
Got in line waiting for Lazer tag (waiting over 30 min) only to be skipped by multiple parties and then it's time for our scheduled race so we have to get out of line and never make it to the Lazer tag.
- we go to our race only to be told that my 8 year old is not big enough and he can't race. :( the other kids in our party were older, we paid for a 5-7 min race and the time from the last car out until the cars slowed was only about 3 min and 50 seconds. So I totally feel like the $12 per rider is $$$. Then we finally get back in line to wait for Lazer Tag... The Lazer Tag my 8 year old seemed to really enjoy and it looked like a cool course. Checked in for the virtual reality and ran into more issues. The staff should be the only people swiping cards for Omni because the computer screen options for check in are pretty detailed and the systems don't always work. After waiting over an hour and getting skipped multiple times, it's totally disappointing having your child be told he's not tall enough. (When I had previously asked hours ago at the ticket counter.) My son is over 4ft tall for a reference.
The idea is great but needs to have a better layout. Using a confusing kiosk is not the way to have parents start their day there. Having an app or an online portal to register for what attractions you'd like to do at a specific time would help with the flow, lines and help keep people happy. The place is so big, it's hard to find where everything is. Not a fan overall.
