Their Lower School principal also resigned recently to relocate (although many would say that was a good thing). The academics at Oak Hall are not great in my opinion and the favoritism, again in my opinion, is unlike anything I've ever seen. Unless you are a big donor or friends with an administrator please don't even consider Oak Hall. Over the last few years many of the best teachers and brightest students have left for Frazier or other private schools. I also know for a fact about behavior issues and racism that have occurred that would shock you. The fancy gates and prestigious price tag status entice many families until they actually get to know the school. Some of their buildings are around 50 years old and are in desperate need of work. After 'nationwide searches' they tend to hire parents or people that many teachers and parents don't even want.

In fact the paint looked fresh, carpet was ok, place was decorated decently. The skating rink was decent and the shoes- well they're rental shoes so not the best by a long shot - they have rollerblades if you want for extra $- still expect rental shoe quality. We were shafted out of our go cart rides (thanks rain) but were offered other activities to do- rock wall climbing- bouncy kid house thing- or jumping on trampolines with bungee cords. The kid house thing was a huge hit with the littles. The other stuff we didn't do - nobody wanted to. The video game area is pretty small but good i thought. The staff was very very nice but if you schedule a party here they seem kind of rush rush when your having you r cake and pizza stuff. They need more party rooms. That would prob help. They let us bring in a fruit tray which was awesome cuz some places don't. I would do it again. *edit * My partner actually complained to me about for 40 min straight about how crappy the food court area was- took like 30 minutes to wait for a couple of pretzels, pizza was sh*tty, if somebody had an order ahead of yours forget it. He said all that junky good should be already ready and not made to order in an airfryer, takes too long. He also complained about how rushy the place was in using the party room. He said the hostess needed to stop hassling us about getting stuff done-might as well said 'hurry tf up and finish your pizza & get out'. Said the whole organization was chaotic & "completely inefficient". I mean I didn't see it that way but I'm not all tightly wound up. At least not on that day.

Well, after 2 rides with the family they said that we need to wait 20 minutes to ride again.....they ripped me off. The same with the wall-climbing. My daughter went 3 times and when she tried for the fourth time they said that we need to wait 20 minutes, she was the only one there as you can see on the picture. They just robbed me. Don't go there, do anywhere else, too expensive for the few attractions and nothing is REALLY UNLIMITED.

The venue is good for a small to medium sized gathering and offers two restrooms and multiple photo opportunities outside and inside. It features and auditorium and a adequate amount of parking. It's secluded enough to offer privacy to host fundraisers, celebrations, etc. Overall it is a great venue to host an event.

It was such a great experience and everyone was so thoughtful making sure we had a great time! We each got to decorate our own cake and choose what color we wanted the frosting. You can choose whether you'd like to use fondant or piping to decorate. The set up was so beautiful! They allow outside drinks so we set up a mimosa bar to enjoy during the cake decorating too! It was such a unique experience and I highly recommend it! I was gifted a martini glass cake from there as well and the flavor was DELICIOUS. I also recommend their cake pops! You can order those on short notice and they make a great gift! Plus they have football cake pops for football and tailgating season!

She doesn't care about how her clients are treated, and would rather make them wait and stress. I had to buy another dress and now I'm having to resell this one. Awful experience I do not recommend anyone ever endure this place. I ordered in May. Just now getting it at the end of December. Still don't physically have it. When I finally contacted her, she had no clue where my dress was. Which means she never ordered it and had to try to get it rush delivered. If she could have delivered it in time, I wouldn't be so upset. But she just doesn't care. One of the girls behind the counter went upstairs and saved us a table and prepared it with what we would need. They have a lot of different pottery pieces to choose from and a bunch of different paints to use. It took us about two hours to complete our pieces and about a week for them to be ready for pickup. A fun note to add is that you can order a drink while you paint-water, sodas, and hard seltzers. We had a great time and plan to go back in the future!

They have a great variety of pieces to choose from, and the whole environment feels cozy and creative. The only thing I'd mention is that the music kept shifting from loud to soft, which was a little distracting. If you're sensitive to sound, sitting outside might be a better option next time (the outdoor seating was full when we went). Overall, we loved it and will definitely be back. It's such a peaceful way to spend an afternoon.
