It took us awhile to get here because of traffic on the turnpike - but parking wasn't a big headache. They share a parking lot with other businesses. Holy cow, all of central Florida was inside DEFY today. It was jam packed full of people. When you first walk in you have to sign a waiver and then jump into the Flyers lane where you pay and purchase socks. I signed the waivers and my boys got in line to save time. Get to the register, told the guy I had 2 groupons - that I literally purchased not even a hour prior and only had to pay for socks. Flyers have 7 pairs of socks to choose from. You have the option to get a locker for your belongings or trust the strangers. I wasn't jumping so I held onto my boys shoes/socks. There are a variety of jump zones from small to big. Can we talk about the ample supply of seating for parents?? Thank you!! We had 2 Groupons for 90 minutes of jumping and they really got about 2 hours worth - they don't really monitor your wristband colors; they go by the honor system of leaving when they call your wristband color time is up. Today, the boys got extra time and then we left when someone decided it would be funny to pull the fire alarms?? Really, who does that? They have obstacle course, zip line, high dive/jump, basketball, american ninja, dodge ball, regular jumping, circus type thing and many more. Buy a groupon(s) and you can easily spend an afternoon here - employees are walking around and are stationed at specific spots throughout the facility. read more

Great place to bring active children to burn off some energy! They've remodeled it some from when it was Defy. They do need more attendants to make sure kids aren't hurting each other. Some kids can be very rough. It was also very warm- the AC is being worked on. read more

Very disappointing experience at sky Zone on west colonial Dr for my son's birthday. I paid $425 for birthday party, however, he did not enjoyed it at all. The manager's behavior interrupted my son's birthday and took away from what should have been a special day. I felt disrespected and treated unfairly, the customer service was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location, and I will not be returning. read more

Been here a couple times for birthday parties. They do a good job even though their party rooms a kinda tiny and dungeon-like. All good though, the kids have a ton of fun on all the balance devices, jumping things, and slides and all the other stuff. Plenty of seating for parents all around, and they even have a lot of TVs. Parties go by faster while watching some college football. read more

So now that I finally wanted to use the passes today, the person at the front named Eddie refused the passes today. Once again, Skyzone doesn't honor their passes. Now I'm sure it's discrimination. It's the same person denied the promotion the first time. I just wanted to use the passes. The passes don't have any expiration dates. read more

It was awesome. My friends did tell me that the workers were horrible. I'm sorry what?? They were awesome. It did smell like dirty feet and a bit of death, but I don't really care because it is a trampoline park and they take there shoes off. Other than that, food was good, employees were amazing. Thank you so much! read more

Be prepared to burn some calories! Lots of different obstacles to explore and things to do. My nephew loved the dodgeball bounce court and spent the majority of our visit there. Lots of fun for active adults as well, my husband and I enjoyed battling it out on one of the obstacles (picture attached). If you forget to bring grip socks, they have them for sale.. there are a few really cute options and I was tempted to buy multiple pairs to just wear at home. read more

Nice place but alittle smaller than what were use to . Overall not bad the kids had fun and it wasnt packed. read more

Things were broken, staff was rude, they wouldn't even give me a cup of ice. I would avoid this place, it's overpriced and not worth it.

The kids love it!! And it lets them bounce out most of there energy (THANK YOU) !!! $25.99 for 90 minutes. That doesn't include the sock purchase but we saved the ones from last time!! Don't recall what they cost. read more

I wasn't jumping but watching, we came late in the afternoon on a holiday weekend. There was a lot of older kids jumping but it looked like they were in one area and the younger kids were in another area. The kids loved it and had fun. You do have to purchase their special grip socks if you do jump. read more

Good for little ones not necessarily 8+ certainly not teenagers! The staff except for one attendant are rude! Not clean at all! Needs updating! read more

The young African American girl at the high jump is a jerk and is mean to the kids. Made my son cry. Some of the employees are nice but most very antisocial and seem annoyed with everyone. The bathrooms are disgusting. We enjoyed coming here for a little bit I think it's time to find some where else. We are over the staff attitudes towards the customers. read more

It is very unfortunate that I feel the need to leave a negative review in regards to this facility. Today, November 3, 2025, a crucial attraction is being closed; the Trampoline Wall. If this was not bad enough, the location here is Orlando is so poorly staffed that there is only one team member working the floor. This means that certain sections have to be closed off to families because this one team member cannot be everywhere. With the closing of the Tramp Wall, I will be canceling my membership today. read more

I had a great time with my 10yr old. Great music and the team were there to ensure safety. Looking forward to going back!

We wanted to cancel for personal reasons. They make it hard to impossible. They let you be stuck in a bullshit loop! Never let anyone do this with you. read more

What can improve is when your employees are promoting and selling these memberships that they're disclosing to customers that on the weekends they only can be there for two hours and then on top of it members can't get a discount when they take their kids there on the weekend and I have to pay $85 for two children for the day. I think that's very predatorial. I saw bugs in the bathroom with us very unhygienic the bathrooms are very dirty unclean staff needs to be on top of it read more

Didn't like the attitude of any of the employees, they were all rude or looked miserable. BY THE WAY, if you have grip socks from elsewhere, THEY WILL MAKE YOU BUY THEIR "SKYZONE" SOCKS BECAUSE THEYRE MONEY HUNGRY. @ Their water fountains also served hot water which was not satisfying after such a workout. It's a pretty small location as well and staff is watching you constantly & bickering. read more

Great place to bring the kids. It was extremely busy the Saturday we visited. They have tons of trampolines and different places to jump, swing, spar, anything to let the kids get their energy out. I bought a Groupon and got a great deal. Will definitely be bringing the kiddos back. read more

I have the monthly subscription. I bring my daughter often, and, well.... This is a great outlet for that stored up energy kids need to get rid of. From a kid's perspective, this place is awesome. Kids will be kept entertained for hours. They can definitely work up a sweat. Weekends tends to be filled to capacity. During the day, it's hosting many birthday parties. As the afternoon and evening approach, the crowd gets older and you'll have more teenagers jumping around. The staff is young. High school age and/or college age. Not the best at providing customer service. At times, Defy will seem understaffed at busy times, meaning kids are running wild with little supervision and structure. They have reduced the seating areas. For parents who choose to watch from the sidelines, the reduction of the seating areas is unacceptable and poorly thought out. The MUSIC! I firmly believe that the choice of music that is played in Defy is determined by whether or not the manager is on duty. I've frequented this place enough to make that call. On Saturdays, when birthday parties are being hosted, the music played is parent appropriate; meaning no cuss words and explicit language. The music will pop & top 40, old school rock and roll, 80's & 90's sounds. But, I've been here on week days in the evening, and, the music is straight hip hop & rap - the uncut & fully explicit version! My daughter is happy, she enjoys Defy. It has become a reward for good behavior and stellar academic performance. Defy could definitely improve, but worth the $20 monthly subscription if you visit often. read more

Our first time visiting is for a birthday party. Very cool place and clean. The party was nice and my kids didn't want to leave. We ended up buying monthly passes which are a good value. Bathrooms are clean and available. Snacks and drinks are nearby and plenty of places for parents to observe inside and from the outside gated area. We are enjoying our time here. read more

This place is great! More than just the usually jumping and pits. They actually have an obstacle course. They have lots of different options to appease kids out every age group. Adult kids included. They have free lockers to keep your belongings safe while you jump. Just find an empty one and set your special code. We were able to get a Groupon deal for 7 jumpers which was perfect for my son's birthday. They do host birthday parties in the back, but we opted against that. They don't have concessions here at all but they do have a few limited vending machines in back. Wal-Mart grocery store id's next door for a cheaper route if you like saving money however possible like me. The place has a balance beam, basket ball, trampoline feats, dodge ball and a whole lot more. They have a seating area belowthe action, but if u want to be close to the action as a spectator only, you only need to fill out a waiver to do so. This is especially great for keeping an eye on your kids without embarrassing yourself (and them). Go. If you haven't been. You should go. They offer monthly memberships too for $20 - $25. Plus Groupon has deals often. So no excuses. Go!!! read more

We came here for a birthday party during the middle of the school week. It was nice because it was pretty empty. It was a lot of fun, and lots to do but the staff and attitude were left to be desired. They were pretty young so the friendliness was lacking and I get it. Like previous reviews, their birthday rooms and set up and host just lacked integrity. We had pizza 2 hours after the initial time we were told. Kids were hungry, adults were crabby. I couldn't even imagine what a weekend party here would be like. Would I come to play? Hell yeah!! Would I come for or host a party here? Hell naw read more

I've been to this place twice before this visit and had an amazing time this time they had completely new staff and they were absolutely disgusting. They harassed me and my three kids the entire time, we know all the rules and regulations and follow them accordingly and were still harassed, spoke to the manager, and was greeted by another disrespectful person who didn't even allow me to speak, as he was just repeating "they are doing their job" before I can even say anything. I tried to explain several times, and each time he interrupted me with the same line. Disgusting attitudes everywhere it's like every staff member in the building despised children it was awful to witness. I also tried to call customer service but of course there wasn't any customer service number to call. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! read more

Beware! This place is awful. Booked my sons 7th birthday party here. Cost me 320$. They were so late getting us into our room Our cake melted. The pizza was cold. The soda was warm and flat. The room was dirty and smelly. The floor was wet. Asked for a refund but they denied. Gave me an email to emaiA Laura B to ask for a refund. No luck there with Laura B. She doesn't care. This place doesn't care. This place is no where near worth the money. AVOID this place to avoid a headache and money loss read more

Monday night outing after work with the family! We bought tickets for the 7pm slot and signed all the waivers on line prior to coming, but we still had to wait in the line to get banded and to obtain the Defy gripped socks. I don't believe you can bring your own socks. It's a one time purchase of 3.00 and they have an assortment of designs. Just wash and rewear for next time. There are free lockers to store your valuables while you "take flight". As soon as 7pm hits my kids we're off. So much to do. Warp walls, zip lines, dodge ball, American Ninja warrior type obstacles and just plan trampolines galore....there is something for everyone. We had a blast and what a great workout. There are sofa, chairs and square foam block all around it you need to rest. You are allowed to bring your phones out so you can take pictures and vids! Love this place and will definitely be back! read more

As an Orlandoan with a young child, we've done about all you can do in the area. On days where the weather is just not great outside, this place is a great place for kiddos to be active indoors. Of all the indoor parks this one has the friendliest staff. Thank you! read more

Really Nice Place! Trampolines, Swings, Ropes and even Silks. So many things to do... Your kids WILL come out tired! If not send them to the wall for Rock Climbing, free falling, dodge ball or basketball. Music was loud enough to be heard and enjoyed but not so loud that communication was impossible. I see they offer rooms for birthday parties or other events. The staff were friendly and I can imagine that rainy days this place gets super packed. Should you have kids I recommend that you check this place out! read more

Great addition to the West Orange County side of Orlando ...tons of obstacles, foam pits ,silks Arials ,dodgeball and Ninja corses ... The MUSIC is loud but it's top 40 songs that kids recognize not like the SKYZONE in Clermont with the "WHOLESOME" gangsters rap!! GLAD we are done with that place!! And will not go back again. So DEFY is busy from the time the doors are open to the end of the day..kids,teens,adults so get there early, they have Groupon deals but make sure you read the fine print.. There is a different way that they do play times to enjoy the time 1 hour is not enough. At this place so go for the 1.5 hours or 2 hours it will be worth it!! Friendly staff knowledgeable but they need to get on kids that are going wrong way on obstacles so they don't get hurt by others going the right way... Overall great place and we will be spending a lot of time and money at this place for a while. Thanks .. read more

(from my Google review) Update: facility review remains the same, just a tiny beef about my personal experience today. None of the vending machines had water, the last drink vending machine had nothing but caffeinated drinks. With 2 sweating thirsty kids, I was settling for a soda. Welp, the soda got stuck in the machine. Assuming I was speaking to a manager, he in great detail told me my drink got stuck and they couldn't refund me unless I had paid cash and to call the number on the vending machine. So when I said I was out of luck, he said "I just told you, you can call...." and was rude as if I was some pain in the butt who actually cared about $2.00. What would have been nice was for him to offer a 50¢ water bottle, I'm sure they have some on hand (if not, that's also poor planning with 2 empty vending machines). Anyway, I won't give them money again. For $48, I'll go to SkyZone near me or drive further for more professionalism. Oh and there is one electrical outlet for anyone trying to occupy their time working while the kids play. Bye bye Defy. *************************************** (Original review) Great place, it was kept clean, employees were very friendly and very good at keeping an eye out for the kids safety. Love how they take a certain number of people based on time slots. My crowd anxiety wasn't through the roof. Lots of seating for the observer. I brought two 9 year olds, they jumped for 90 minutes and never got bored with anything. You can't bring your own food or drink and they don't have a concession area but they do have drinks and snacks which is more than enough considering the most time you can purchase is 2 hours. read more

We took the kids to Defy on a Saturday afternoon and arrived around 1 pm. We came with a Groupon and got a great deal for 90 minutes of play. The kids had a great time. We had 6 kids from age 4 to 13 and all of them enjoyed the arena. Defy is similar to a trampoline jump zone but they also add elements from the tv show "Wipeout" and "American Ninja Warrior". The kids really loved those elements. They had an obstacle course, a zip line, and basketball hoops. The trapeze was popular with the girls in my party while the boys liked the spinning bars reminiscent of wipeout. There were elements for the little ones too such as foam pits and smaller trampolines. The whole family enjoyed the time there, I think I'll be joining the fun next time. read more

We celebrated my twins 8th birthday at Sky zone. The check in was great! Both young men at the counter were friendly and kind. They spoke very nicely to all of the kids and if you can imagine having a 26 jumper party, its a lot of eight year olds. We didn't know what to expect especially after some of the reviews about workers being rude. I did not run into one rude person. There were a few mix ups but with the help of Laura we got everything figured out. The only thing I wish was that you pay at the beginning and everywhere else I have had parties it was always at the end and then you could tip the party host. However I didn't have any cash on me and honestly was exhausted so I didn't even think about it until I got home that night. I felt bad about that. Overall I would totally do another party there and am sure I probably will in the next few years. It seemed clean to me and everyone that we invited had a great time. Also for 27 dollars you can get 90 min of jump time. I will definitely be scheduling some family days there during this coming year. All of my kids had a great time and they range in age from 8, 13, 16, and 18! Definitely an affordable family fun day! read more

First time here being invited for a 10 year old baby girl and my 6 and 15 years old had a great time along with my wife and my self which means that this place is perfect for all family members from all different ages . Prices are reasonable and the place is a lot of fun . I have never seen so many active kids in one place , unlike the parks where you walk and ride, kids here truly move and run around to get all this energy out of their system. It reminds me when I was a kid my self . read more

This place is awesome! I will definitely be back. There's so much to run around and do, for all skill levels. I saw plenty of small children who were able to do things that were way out of my league. I grew up doing gymnastics, so being able to bounce around, flip into foam pits, and climb obstacles was right up my alley. It was also super nostalgic and brought out the inner child in me and all my friends. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us the run down of what we should do and how much time we should purchase. We did 1.5 hours and it was plenty of time to try out everything. You're EXHAUSTED after doing it, and I was most definitely sore the next day. If you're looking for a fun, active thing to do, this is definitely the place. read more
