Unbelievable how the staff police the parents and kids. Staff are so board they harass folks not doing anything wrong. For sitting in a massage chair, to jumping in own socks. Fun for sure. Love this place , great for adults and kids, huge trampoline park, they've got a section for dodgeball, basketball trampolines, a large ninja warrior type of set up, and so much more. They offer glow night on Fridays at 8pm and they have a dj and it's pretty cool, especially for the kids. They have great deals for monthly memberships, which I find to be cheapest. You have to buy the socks there $4 a piece and check the site for deals like on Sunday. Family of 4 can jump for cheaper. read more

I booked a birthday party package for my son recently. The package included up to 10 jumpers, 2 large boxes of pizza, drinks, & jump socks. The entire party lasted 2 hours (1 hour jump & 1 hour in the party room). Sophia (Employee) was assigned to assist the party, she was amazing! SkyZone is the best place we've found to hold a birthday party that all of our grandchildren love to go and have a blast, they weren't bored at all. They are from ages 3-16.. The party room is clean and well thought out & timely managed.. The birthday packages are fairly priced.. and I didn't have to clean up anything.. What an amazing experience! We booked a birthday party package for 5 kids. My son had a great time. Ben was our host and he was so kind, attentive, and helpful. The party room is beautiful, clean, and nicely set up. The pizzas were surprisingly good! From check in to check out, the staff was so helpful. I will definitely recommend the party option! Great place for the kids. Pretty clean. There are many obstacles for the kids(or adults) to conquer. Thy have locker rentals that are a quarter that you can fit your shoes and and a purse or small bag. It's very large inside the facility and there are many places to sit and watch the kids. I gave it 4 stars because it gets expensive if you have multiple children. $18 for one hour. $22 for 90 minutes and $25 for two hours. This is per person. read more

We've been here many many times..my 10 year olds fav place to come and bring his friends . They have such a good time..the employees are awesome and all around it's just a fun place. On one of the free jump zones, my brother had cracked his neck when he fell and got the wind knocked out of him. He couldn't breathe and 3 of us had walked him out of the zone to sit down and drink some water. We were all extremely worried, and the 2 workers on "watch" didn't even seem to notice because they were too busy flirting with each other. No one could've been at their stand, and the same amount of supervision would've been provided. After our time was up, we went to get some ice cream at the concession stand and the cashier's attitude was completely uncalled for. We were just trying to buy ice cream and she was overly rude and didn't seem to care about her customer service. While some other workers were very nice and outgoing, there were far too many who didn't seem to bother paying attention. Even if someone were to offer to give me a free ticket to Sky Zone, I wouldn't go back. read more

On Saturday March 3, I drove from daytona beach to palm bay to see my best friend (sons god mother) She was here from NY and we only had a few hours together. By the time we got away from the family thing it was 9 at night. We really wanted to just have a nice night together with my son who is 4. It was cold so we called sky zone then drove there 30mins both ways. Keep in mind I drove from daytona and was driving back to daytona after. They let us drive there and watch sign the wavier to tell me my 4 year can't jump because of "glow night" even though I was 100 percent okay with him being with the big kids with me. Wasted an extra hour driving. Such a disappointment and the gas added up fast and then it was to late to go somewhere else. read more

For my oldest child I give it a five stars. For my youngest child (age 5) I give it 2 stars. Definitely come right when they open if you can, because it gets crowded as the day goes on. By 11 it's totally packed. It is geared best for age 9 and up. For those younger guests in the preK or K age, it is extremely challenging to do the ninja course and at that age they don't know the rules of dodgeball, they just want to run, throw balls and hit people without the consequence of being 'out'. so that can get frustrating for smaller guests who visit. The ninja course needs the first one to be adjusted and take out the foot rings and do something else there because I've seen about 9 kids get caught up in the rings in a way that has their foot so extended into the rings (like pants) that the only way they can get out is if they fall backwards or forwards to roll out or someone has to pull them out. Once the rings are up that high on them, they are not strong enough to get themselves out. You are setting yourself up for a child to get foot or groin injury as the ring will end up caught up around the groin if the child has gone too far into the rings or if trying to get out, they will injure their ankle as the weight of their entire body falls through but catches at their ankle. also the people watching are on the platforms, not in the pit where the most issues for this will happen. If you are accommodating smaller guests on this easiest course, do yourselves a favor and adjust the rings on the last one and make it something else for their safety please. I resorted to spending an hour being the pit mom who rescued and pulled out a dozen kids who got the rings caught up on themselves like pants, pulling them free and then letting them climb up out of the pit while your employees maintained their post on the platform above. I think if the goal of this business is to entertain kids including the prek and K group making this one adjustment to the one obstacle course is a necessary business move. read more

This seems like a fun experience but I give it a 2 because there is a lot of potential risk. Even though they group by ages, some kids are just bigger and injuries do happen. My kids didn't get hurt but there were some close calls around the other kids. There are just so many kids jumping at once. I don't think I'll try it again. Such a fun place. My son had a great time on their Glow Night. We just made a big move so money is tight, but we will definitely take him again, probably for a Family Night deal. The prices are much more reasonable than I'd expected, and I think it's great that they hire teens to watch over the areas. I think teens can be a bit more understanding with kids sometimes, and I'm looking forward to my son working there in a couple of years. Spent admission for 3 and purchased a Gatorade for my son and asked for a cup with ice. The attendant asked "Kimberly" who seemed to be a manager and she said no. I would avoid this place on the weekends, as it is super busy. Adults were "hogging" the lanes. The workers are mainly teenagers who will reprimand the kids, but not the adults, even though the adults are much more reckless. read more
