We have been members for three years and visit two or times a month. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The special events with activities lead by staff are wonderful. Planet 3 - now Defy, I'm honestly not sure what to call it because the outside sign says "Defy" but there is still tons of merch inside with old branding. Anyways, if you're a parent and you're kids have been stuck in the house or just need to burn off some energy, then this is the place to take them. Why not 5-stars? Well it's from the anxiety you feel watching your kids narrowly escape serious brain injury from near miss, mid-air collisions, with other children. Are there staff monitoring people, sorta, but mostly it's parents in here doing one of two things: a.) helicoptering around their children b.) scrolling on their phones (writing Yelp reviews, of course.) As a parent, you don't come here for the peace of mind. No, it's for the hope that by the end of it all, your kids are going to be so tired that bedtime will be a breeze. The floors are disgusting, the staff is young and look like they don't want to be here, and it's really only worth it if you find a Groupon so you can afford taking multiple kids but it's earned it's 4-stars because of the energy it takes out of my kids. I have been having months of issues with place charging me an additional month even after cancelling my memberships. The only way to cancel the membership is online. I was told the incorrect information when I signed up but still cancelled with the 3 day period and was still charged. I called and spoke to the manager and he said I should just be able to email Defy and get a refund. You can't talk to live person and the only thing you can do is email coordinators. I emailed several times, mentioned the manager said I could get a refund, mentioned I cancelled within the 3 days period but was refused a refund a refund multiple times. This has been a complete headache and would not recommend signing up for a membership with this place. read more

Best trampoline park I've been too, the managers are great. They help me with any issues I have. Large trampoline space for many kids to jump around. Wide array of activities to keep them busy. Affordable prices. Some of the young employees get distracted from their job, but besides that this is a great place to go for trampoline jumping. read more

We went all summer with a membership pass and it's a great place. Kids got a lot of exercise and had a good time. Best way to move around & have fun during the summer heat. We went to parks before summer, but the heat got pretty brutal once it warmed up. Staff was all super friendly. If you want a place to get the kids moving and you live nearby the memberships are worth it. I enjoyed it too. read more

This place has gone to hell. Use to come all the time when it was planet 3 but the whole vibe is different as it is now called "defy". Music was super loud, which is fine, but the playlist was not appropriate for kids, considering most of the kids during the day are under 10 years old. The workers were jammin out to the rap music and there were at least 4 of them grouped together not watching any of the kids in any area. Bathrooms were "out of order" so the kids couldn't use it. There's no food aside from a small snack section. Honestly, go to urban air. It's more expensive but worth it. read more

Don't sign up! Over the summer I signed up my stepson for what I was told by the front desk would just be for the month of July. What they didn't disclose is you must cancel or the charges will continue month to month. Yes, my negligence to not read the fine print and go off of the employee who ensured me to not worry it auto cancels after the month I paid for. Once I noticed the charges still occurring, I officially cancelled and got their confirmation e-mail on 10.2. Their own confirmation email notified me that no more charges will occur after 10.4. They charged us again on 10.30. We notified the business only to be run around through an email thread that made no sense. The emails clearly showed their errors and for some bizarre reason they wouldn't refund and kept asking for info we already sent. Meanwhile they hit our card again in November. At that point I was over it and called only to find you can't talk to anyone who is in charge of finances. They just told me to email and send through another cancellation form. Ridiculous. What ended the madness was having to call my bank and report fraudulent activity. That same day I get an email with them telling me to enjoy my benefits for Dec. and now they will cancel my account that was already done in Oct...In response to that email, I laid down the law and let them know I just reported them, and resent the same communication we've had with proof that they have been charging our card without permission. Would you know it, the next day I finally received the apology refund email. Scammers! They would love to string you along and ignore the process until you report them. If you're dealing with the same headache I did, just report fraudulent at your bank and watch it get straightened out expeditiously. read more

Had a small birthday party and even though the kids were older and we didn't need decorations... we weren't on their list as having a party (after paying for it) and we were put into a dirty room, the tables were dirty and the floor also wasn't swept and there were empty drink bottles everywhere... not one person come to see how things were going... very disappointing... read more

We recently became members again. I have to say that I am shocked. If you ever decide you want to make a complaint to their corporate office, they have a phone number that doesn't ever go through to any extension properly, and nobody ever calls or emails you back at the corporate level apparently anyhow. Anyway, the current general manager doesn't seem to care at all about her facility. None of the toilets work properly. They ALL overflow, and don't flush properly, on a constant basis. The whole place is not up to any sanitary standards. I have noticed more recently that there is even leaking coming from various ceilings. I'm really disappointed in this place lately. When we were there earlier this evening, I noticed that there were a few unsupervised children who were under the age of 13. Parents are not supposed to leave their children there unsupervised, under the age of 13, while they leave the premises for hours. That's actually an extremely important rule, listed on the Defy website. However, parents do this anyhow, and apparently staff members at defy/planet 3 in Palm Bay are not only aware of it, but they also allow it. They are understaffed. A lot of their amenities are not even open, ever anymore... Like the rock climbing wall. The employees are unfriendly and incompetent. They don't have any customer service skills. There are never enough staff members working at one time, in order to keep a proper eye on children's behavior, and any rules being broken. This place is completely inadequate. All they seem to care about is making money, and nothing else. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. read more
