I went here for the grand opening of the new urban ninja parkour gym. I spent $20 for the 1 day…read more(even though the grand opening event is sat and sun.) The gym is beautiful it has a salmon ladder, a warped wall. If you are a fan of the ninja warrior this gym is drool worthy. It is hard to find, there are signs but they are so tiny you can't see them until you are in front of the gym. There is a sign in the front of the gym so you know where your destination is. We signed waviers outside and had to bring them inside to be signed in. I bought my ticket jan 5th. they had lost me and my friend's tickets. SO we had to prove we bought our tickets and get wristbands. Once inside people were just walking around the front office and using the gym without wristbands. I am assuming that all those people just didn't need wristbands. I asked the front desk how did this work? They said just go in and play. I had messaged the gym and asked if this event was for beginners or was more of a "show". This business said it was for "everyone". So I was there for a hour and a half. During that hour I didn't see any staff that worked there. SO I just sat for an hour and a half and watched people run into each other. It was just chaos. I think this business was overwhelmed with the amount of people. As a beginner I was very intimidated. Everywhere i went in the gym, I was in the way for the more advanced people. All the other beginners left. I was waiting for the class at 2pm so that I could get a handle on what was going on. At 2 someone shouted something that I couldn't hear. I couldn't see who shouted it. There was no instructors or fylers handed out. I think this is a nice business and I will try it again when their grand opening is over. I am disappointed that I just sat for 1.5 hours and didn't get to try anything. I wish it was more welcoming and organized because it is a drive out there. I will revise my review when I have tried this gym again.

Lots of equipment if you choose to work out on your own, very clean and has showers and a sauna. They open at 5:45am so if you' like to work out early it's perfect! There are different membership levels, you can go to any YMCA in Central Florida and also have a few visits available to use in other cities. Great valide, great staff, check them out!

They have so many different ones to choose from such as strength training, pilates, yoga, to even barre which Im very excited to try next, amongst many more. I recently did the bike cycling class and my immediate expectations weren't high since I just assumed their couldn't be much to it. However, the instructor Sharon was so motivating and incorporated the resistance bar which was a game changer and really helped get a real work out in. I can't say enough about the Yoga and Pilates instructors too - always a beautiful zen like feeling you get here on top of your workout. The classes are at different times of the day too so there's a lot of flexibility and extremely accommodating if you might get there a few minutes late. It's easy to reserve your class on the app and you can easily delete your booking beforehand if something comes up. All the instructors bring their own unique style and you can see which ones are going to teach what in case you may have a preference. Very importantly, the bathrooms, showers, and steam room are always in tip top shape. The Y here makes me look forward to my wellness routine and truly gives me the best bang for my buck, that's sincerely priceless.

We got the $40 package and it came with 2 rounds of laser tag, 1 game of bowling, and unlimited time on the trampolines. Also there's a $4 charge for trampoline socks. For $40 I thought it was a reasonable deal, especially if you want to beat the FL heat and keep the kids entertained for hours.

Which was the last straw, so we pulled her out. My daughter will now spend the summer recovering from severs disease. They really showed their true colors towards the end and I wish I knew this sooner. The unprofessionalism is amazing as I can't figure out why a business owner or manager would not want to meet with the people who are help paying the bills. At the end of the day their business is doing well and neither one knew who we were. So not important enough to meet with I guess.

It's not cheap - this is what makes me complain. Not sure how the older classes are. Hopefully better than these little ones. Also the age groups that they specify on their schedules are not kept. So your 8 year old may be in a class with a 15 year old- and doing different skills. Again- not a good learning environment to learn for the younger ones.
