We had a great time last week, Beth was seriously the best GameStop employee we've ever had experienced, was more than patient with us when we did a big trade in and was very kind and courteous, not acting like they know any better like those on Grant street or Washington. She was incredibly helpful and kind and really restored our whole family's opinion on the chain. This store in particular will be our go to from now on and I highly recommend others check them out as they are generally very nice and not pushy in the slightest, as compared to the ones off of Grant street, Sheridan or Washington. read more

This location is pretty meh. Their selection of games is really small, and it seems like they never have the game you want. The people who work here are pretty nice and keep a good conversation while you're browsing. This location has some odd switch finds though, so come here if you are looking for some weird games to play that they have on physical copies. I found a couple of decent games here, like Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. Overall, ok store, but don't come here if you're looking for Wii games, they don't have anything in terms of those. read more

They sell you insurance for your controls and when they get damaged you go and they are not worth it, the manager is rude

I bought an Xbox gift card that includes 12 months of Xbox Live Gold for $59.99. I proceeded to redeem that gift card the next day. The card was invalid and defective, and they sold me an invalid gift card. I called to ask if I could just grab a new one in an exchange and they refused. I threw 60 bucks into the trash because GameStop sold a defective/invalid product and wouldn't do anything to make it right. That's so scummy. Literally unethical business practice read more

I buy used games here all the time and it's just fine for this. But... for my sons birthday he wanted a new console, he thinks Nintendo S itch but I wanted him to demo a PS4 since we have a PS3 that he learned on. This shop didn't have a demo for anything other than the Switch set up. They said they didn't have enough outlets to set up all the demos. They even had a ps4 demo machine there ready to go with no power. I'm in your store. Ready to spend $500+. Figure out how to make a sell. read more

Horrible customer service. I purchased two games and started playing the one and when I went to play the other I opened it and realized that there was no disc in it. When I went back to see if there was anything they could do they turned it around and basically blamed me because I didn't check it to make sure a disc was in it when I left even though it was completely there fault for not putting a disc in it after I purchased it. So I pretty much just lost $30 by shopping at this store, stay away if you want to make meaningful purchases. read more

The store is small. The employees are friendly and eager to help you find what you're looking for. It wasn't too busy when we came in and the employees were doing stuff instead of standing around. When one of the guys in the store saw me waiting, he came right over to help me instead of making me wait for the guy behind the counter to finish up. The store was apparently only being staffed by an associate when I came in and he had two people in line; I immediately picked up the game I wanted to buy and became the third. The first customer wanted to buy a gift card, but the associate couldn't adequately convey how to pay with a chipped credit card (in his defense, the customer was a moron), and the transaction took over ten minutes to complete. During this time, the manager came out of the back with someone who appeared to be the manager of another store. No attempt was made by either of the managers to help the associate with his customer payment difficulties; rather, they cheerfully chatted while standing next to the associate behind the counter and studiously avoiding looking at the customer line. After the first customer finally paid, the next one had a bunch of questions and I finally gave up after five more minutes of watching the managers ignore everybody (I think maybe they were sweet on each other), so I put the game on a random shelf and walked out after thanking them for their help. That was honestly the worst customer service I've seen that wasn't part of a theme restaurant where bad service is part of the underlying concept. read more

Couple of studs working here. Mitch is definitely the ring leader, he's super cool and knows his stuff. Count yourself lucky if you get to work with him.
