Beware of deceptive pricing and bait switching at GameStop. This is the second time I've gone into GameStop where the price displayed on the product didn't match the price I was charged at the register. This time, I picked up Resident Evil 3, which had a $14.99 price sticker. At checkout, I was told the total would be $20.57 after tax. When I asked why, the cashier said someone had forgotten to update the sticker and that she wasn't authorized to honor the displayed price. After telling me that, she removed the $14.99 sticker from the game before completing the sale. So the store was authorized to put the sticker on the game, but not authorized to honor the price? That's unacceptable. In my opinion, this is a scam. Whether it's intentional or the result of poor management, customers shouldn't be shown one price and then charged another at the register. Since this has now happened to me twice, I won't be shopping at GameStop again. read more

Great place to find new and used video games for all systems. Trade in value isn't as good as Best Buy but sometimes you get extra on certain games during promotions so check their website. read more

My other Ps4 is buried in storage and almost maxed out on data anyway so I decided to get the PS4 Pro so I could enjoy Red Dead Redemption 2(which is awesome) . I came in and was helped by Jason but it was busy which made things take a little longer but I managed to trade 2 games and buy the PS4 Pro but decided to get the Ultimate edition which has more content. Overall shopping experience was good except for another Gamestop person who seemed bothered by me figuring out what I wanted to do. New consoles are alot of money and so are games so I do not rush a purchase. That said the sales clerks there were friendly and professional. read more

This has been my bottom-barrel GameStop for a while now. Inattentive staff, small location, and strange smells (literally) generally keep me away. Came today to this. Don't think I'll bother trying this location ever again. Stapley location is 2 miles down the road: go there instead. read more

Waited 13mins on the phone to ask if a game was in stock. Someone answered and asked me to hold. I held. For 13 mins! No one answered and I finally hung up. This was even worse than being on hold with USPS. My friend was on his way to go check if the game was there in person and when he arrived there, (5 mins after my 13 min hold) told me that the store wasn't busy and no one was there. Wtf was I even waiting for ?? read more

The staff has always been fairly friendly. I admit that includes an allowance for the standard gamer-geek awkwardness and lack of social poise. I'm a gamer, and have been for years, but I somehow managed to escape the standard of not showering and not speaking. The new games are new, so not much to say there. The used games are often pretty good, and when they aren't, they're easy to return and receive a replacement or refund for. For example: I bought a Harry Potter game, and the first two used copies wouldn't work in my PS3, so they gave me a new copy. They even went so far as to hunt down another copy, play with it and then transfer it to my nearest store. The customer service is difficult to beat. And they have great prices on games. read more

Pam has horrible customer service.. Her work ethic shows why she gets paid dog shit.. this corona virus that is happening is making me order and pick up ganes which is fine but if you can't explain the process of doing so for me what are you even doing there in an empty store? Go work at walmart next door if you can even do that properly... We know the standards of walmart but is this the standards for gamestop... Pathetic read more

This is the best gamestop location I have been too. Max is such a good employee! Always the best customer service.

I have yet to come across a Gamestop that has employees that don't want to be there. Max is a great member of the Gamestop family and I appreciate the time he spent to help me find age appropriate games for my kids. Great store for your gaming needs. read more

A great store to get all different varieties of games. Whenever I go in, I never leave disappointed. They have a large stock on virtually every game and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to a family member or friend if they wanted a cheap game that you can't buy at other stores. read more

I was just in your store about an hour and a half ago. My family came in prepared to drop $400+ on a brand new switch and some other games from the pre owned section of PS4 games. This was going to be my daughter's birthday present in addition to the other games we already bought for her. We had just walked in from Culver's down the street so we had some drinks that were almost empty. All that was left in my daughter's drink was ice. She asked your associates if she could put her empty cup in their garbage and they did but a moment later asked it it was empty. She said just a sip remained (ice). The associate then proceeds to take the cup out of the sack she was proceeding to take to the garbage outside anyway and very snotty, says, "We don't want bugs in our store. You know sugar ants?!" THEN GIVES HER BACK THE CUP THAT WAS JUST IN THE GARBAGE BAG AND TELLS HER TO TAKE HER TRASH OUTSIDE! My daughter and I have never been so insulted and treated so rudely at your stores ever. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of product from your stores and have been in enough GameStop's to understand why customers treat it like a garbage bin as the associates refuse to put a simple cup in a trash bag they are taking out already because of "sugar ants"?! I've seen cups of soda placed around randomly in your stores and have sat there for hours because no one bothers to put it in the trash. So if your store has a bug problem I would blame your associates for not keeping the place of business tidy in the first place. Not someone trying to prevent littering by asking to place trash in the full sack she was transporting to the back. Not to mention as we left they were smirking as if they accomplished something! How arrogant and stupid! I. Will. Never. Shop. Here. Again! By the way, we ended up going to FYE and spending TWICE AS MUCH AS WE ANTICIPATED! So FYE thanks your shitty employees for the gained profits. They didn't have a problem taking my, then, empty cup. I hate littering. read more

This place holds chase pops for their managers and then when they get caught they try to lie about it. If you have any issues their district managers number is 5626558899. I waited almost an hour to purchase one item from them that they refused to sell because it's limited and their employee wanted it. I appreciate the district manager for making her employees do their job however I felt legit like I had to fight with someone to make a purchase. The customer is always right especially in a corporation go hunt pops like everyone else has to. read more

this store doesn't deserve and rating I go here to check on to see how much an xbox one fallout 4 edition is same as amazon but the clerk tells me I can trade in my xbox 360 with a 250gb or more hard drive if I have all the cores for $100 credit if I buy a new xbox one fallout 4 edition, I'm like sounds good I told him I have an modern warfare 2 edition he said ok thats fine, I go home grab my stuff, I got back over there about an hour later store manager said no I can't give you $100 credit for it, I ask why , manager said that's only for the slim, I told him that's not what the clerk before said, manager said I know I over heard your conversion but I can only give you $30 for it. I say no give your info for the store he gave it and to store owners #6023174678 and name bob vasta, I called it 10 times no answer only voicemail I leave one I call back to the store #4804619986 I talk to the store manager again and tell him he is not answering his phone, he said I don't know leave a message, I was very upset and yelled then store manager hung up. This is the type of misleading and incompetents people we deal with and allow day in and day out, this store need to be shut down. read more
