No baskets or carts available so we walked around as best as we could to check out this year's holiday displays. It was challenging to walk around with so many people in the Christmas aisles so I left to check out the rest of the store. After about 30 minutes and our arms filled with treasures, we obviously needed a cart so I went searching for one at the front of the store. Jackpot! Two carts returned so my daughter and I were able to comfortably move our things into one cart. It's a large store with too many fun things to look at and want. I truly wish there was a store closer to us. My receipt said my checker was Danielle W. She was exceptionally happy and filled with smiles. She was also kind enough to wrap our breakables before putting them in a bag. I appreciated her cheerful demeanor in spite of the huge crowds she must have been seeing all day. The store was fairly well stocked and clean in spite of all the shoppers. Hobby Lobby is such a fun store for gifts, crafts, décor and seasonal gems.

I had even called the day before and came in person to ask about availability, and was told they would be in stock. However, when the doors opened, I saw an employee grabbing the Pokémon cards for himself before any customers even had a chance to get in. The fact that the manager allowed this to happen in front of paying customers is incredibly unprofessional and unfair. It felt like my time and effort were completely disrespected. If customers don't even have a fair chance to buy items because employees get first dibs, what's the point of showing up early or calling ahead? I hope this store reconsiders how it handles product releases and prioritizes fairness for all customers.
