Unfortunately they were the wrong size. My husband misplaced the receipt and didn't give our telephone number when checking out so they couldn't track down our purchase in store. The associate, Tony, was handling the return said there was nothing he could do. They couldn't look up charges off of cards, like Walmart or Target does. All he offered to take back the shoes without the receipt for store credit for the lowest selling price of TWO DOLLARS What's ridiculous is that there's no way there's their lowest selling price for NEW NIKE SHOES. They don't even sell anything in that store for $2 My husband then asked to speak to manager (Kristian I think was his name) and he just reiterated what Tony had said. Needless to say my husband left the store with the shoes pretty upset. I happened to go into the store at a later date and thought to ask a sale floor associate if it was really true that they couldn't look up charges on a card which he confirmed. I briefly mentioned what had happened and he suggested we bring in our proof of purchase using our card statement and said they might be able to work with that. Doing just that, I returned a few days later. Steven was at the cash register. When I brought him up to speed on the situation, the first time he said was to "call customer service and they should be able to help look up our purchase and email the receipt." Once that was done he could process the return. He promptly gave me the number and guess what?! IT WORKED! It was a short call and the customer service attendant Jakaira immediately emailed me the receipt. Both Steven and the manager Vince helping process the return and it was resolved quickly! Steven and Vince are the reason why I am giving the store 4 stars. They were both so polite and helped return the shoes without an issue. Honestly if it wasn't for Tony and the other manager, I would have given the store 5 stars‍

The manager, Victor, needs TRAINING. He unwillingly/rushingly scanned the PINK item and stated "Nope that's all we have is PINK". I asked, so not in back either? "No". I could tell he wasn't dilligently looking so I asked another employee if they had the item in BLACK OR WHITE..he found "THREE AVAILABLE" IN BLACK. As he was on the register he only pointed me back to the area I had already looked. I said I already looked there, he said "ok well then we don't have it, whatever is out is what we have" Long story short I looked online and ordered the item for pickup, about 30 mins later I receive a message that my item was ready & drove back to the store to pick it up. I asked to speak to the manager, and I couldn't believe it was the same guy who told me they didn't have it! We all make mistakes right, but it was just the way our initial interaction went that I knew he was being lazy. Further, rather than apologize he double-downed on his explanation that they only had PINK. Like bro I'm holding it in my hand & it says available online? I realized he only scanned the pink item, so of course it didn't bring up the other colors that may or may not be available. He was like upset I found it?? It's just annoying that I was just in the store and all he had to do was take 2 minutes to assist me. There were more employees in the store than customers & nobody could spare a couple minutes to simply look for an item, isn't that apart of the job? It was super weird bc Dick's employees are usually very helpful. I hope Victor is having a better day.

Not once did they greet me or paid any attention. I even waited in front of the cashier and the employee just passed me without asking any questions or if I needed anything. Instead, their focus was on their friends watching the FIFA game. I wish this store good luck. But bad customer service, or lack of, is not going to be sufficient for a card store to make profit or even last. I'll take my business elsewhere as this is place lacks any professionalism and business aspect.

He is incredibly knowledgeable about tuna fishing, does an outstanding job lining reels, and has always treated us with professionalism and respect. He's the reason we've continued to shop there.Unfortunately, our experience with Eric, the manager, has been the complete opposite. My husband stopped in while he was tired and quiet, yet Eric later commented that he came in "crazy," even though my husband hadn't said a word to anyone. That was both unnecessary and disrespectful. This also wasn't our first negative interaction with Eric. On a previous visit while Dave was lining our reels, Eric repeatedly interrupted to tell Dave to make sure we knew we had to pay for the special line marking. We never questioned the charge and had absolutely no problem paying for it. We appreciate Dave's expertise and know quality work deserves to be paid for. When my husband simply said, "It's okay, Dave takes care of me," referring to the excellent service Dave provides, Eric immediately responded, "We all take care of you." The interaction came across as defensive and left us feeling unwelcome. It's unfortunate because Dave is one of the best resources for tuna fishing and reel setup, but management makes the overall experience unpleasant. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, and that's a shame because we genuinely enjoyed working with Dave.

Asian dude with glasses and a black hat. He was extremely nice and showed me all the safety tips and how to properly handle the gun. Im most likely never gonna shop here again because of that rude guy who first helped me. Now that I have the gun I want I will take my business for ammo and parts somewhere else. I really hope the managers read this review and tell that guy he needs to work on his people skills. The guy is a complete jerk.

In fact we send a lot of players to get Shock Doctor insoles from them as they are the only local shop to have an account with this high quality sports protective equipment provider! Shop is easy to miss if driving down California Avenue but is an eye opener once inside, as they have a lot inside and keep growing!
