Stopped by here to pick up some crew necks T-shirts' for work since the Petaluma outlet didn't have my size or color. Jordan the cashier was super helpful and polite. There wasn't a white crew neck in a medium on the sales floor and he offered to check in the back and just my luck! He found one. Now that's what you call great customer service! Also this location is a military friendly store and honored those who are serving. Thanks Jordan for the great shopping experience, got in and out with no issues. Thank you. read more

Worst express store I've ever been to. Gladly will never come back. I bought 2 dress shirts from the men's section for someone else. 1 didn't fit right, was too small and fitted like a women's shirt. Sure enough I checked the receipt and it says it's a women's dress shirt. No where on the dress shirt that it indicated that it was women's. Mind you I picked it up from the men's section. I tried returning it however I noticed that on the receipt it said non refundable. Which I was not notified during check out either. I went to the store to see what they can do because that is entirely their fault for putting women's dress shirts in the men's section. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. But when I started to explain the situation some raggedy coked out looking female barged into our conversation and took over, said there was absolutely nothing they can do because that's what "non refundable" means. Well no duh but as it being your stores fault for 1 having it in the men's section and for 2 not disclosing that it is a non refundable/returbable item there is something you can do. You'll know exactly who I'm talking about she is either the manager or trys to act like one cause she's always in everyone's business. read more

I had a great experience at Express. The service was excellent and I felt truly appreciated as a customer. Vina, the salesperson, went out of her way to help us find what we needed. She was very attentive and made the whole experience enjoyable. read more

I enjoyed shopping at Express for the first time I was greeted promptly and one of the workers offered to take my clothes to the fitting room. Here's a friendly and slightly more detailed version perfect for Yelp: Had a great time shopping at Express in Vacaville! The store is super clean and organized, which made browsing a breeze. Clothing is organized and there's a wide selection. The highlight is the staff. They're helpful and attentive. They gave me recommendations on outfit combinations and searched for sizes. The 70% off sale is fantastic for the bargain hunter. Great experience! read more

I was just in the store tonight with my fiancé looking for an outfit for a wedding! They had a lot of great stuff, even got a few extra things from the sale section. But the main thing I wanted to mention was the customer service we received from Maria! Very welcoming the minute we walked in, super helpful even suggested a few things. Would check in on us to see if we needed anything. Great job Maria, y gracias!! read more

Wonderful experience. Maria helped me check for the correct size and when we did not have she even went as far as looking online to check if they had online. What a goat. read more

My boyfriend and I came in today to find some business attire clothing for an event in October. When checking out, Maria was so kind and funny; she kept us laughing the whole transaction. She even told us about signing up for texts alerts to save us 20% which did help us with our total in the end. We never really shop at Express but will definitely return based on this trip read more

I came here looking for a suit and boy did I get what I was looking for. The customer service I received was most convenient; Courtesy of Maria whom helped me upon my arrival and even provided some helpful advice for a more stylish selection of an outfit. Do expect to spend a pretty penny BUT this outlet does offer a grand variety of coupons that you can use to your advantage. read more

It's a good store to have at the Vacaville outlets. They have a good assortment of casual wear and office attire. Pricing can be hit or miss for me. Sometimes I find the prices reasonable and more of a deal than the regular Express stores. Other times the markdowns don't seem worth it. Staff has always been friendly and not overbearing. I enjoy their selection of denim here. I always try to stop by whenever I'm in town. read more

Every time I visit this store, the product is a mess. It can be first thing in the morning, afternoon, or early evening and the store is a wreck. The staff is always on their phones or talking with each other. Plus the available product sizing is always inconsistent. I've given this store a few tries since the start of summer and it has always been a crummy experience. Avoid like the plague. read more

Terrible experience. I've been here twice in the last month and will never return. The store has limited choices and the place was a mess--with no one picking anything up and it was dirty. Staff was rude and very unprofessional--they were much more busy talking to each other and looking at their cell phones than helping customers. When I asked for help in finding a shirt, I was met with an eye roll and a sigh. I was made to feel like I was bothering them. I ended up walking out. Truthfully, I found a better deal at another outlet and will never go here again. read more

Not only do they have a wide variety of quality products, the express outlet in Vacaville also has quality customer service processes! Tanya at the Vacaville store completely understood my issue with the wedges, and was empowered enough to take care of my situation herself. It was such a reassuring experience - I had a lot of confidence in the Express brand before - and now I'm reassured that their customer service expectations reinforces their brand. read more

Worst location I have ever been to. I walked in for the 2nd time this week and wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. I went in to make a return and let the cashier know, she inspected the clothing like she wanted to find a defect so she could deny my return. Made me feel like I was doing something shady. I walked behind an employee who was fixing a shelf, I said excuse me and she didn't acknowledge me and just ignored me. The cashiers looked miserable like they hate their jobs. The store itself is just a hot mess and so unorganized. I used to be able to find decent stuff, now it just looks like a fast fashion clothing store. Will definitely not be back. read more

This is a new Factory Store that recently replaced the Coldwater Creek store that just opened. It's about time Express got into the Factory Outlet/ store game. Be careful these are not unsold items from traditional Express Stores in the mall. The clothing here is made specifically for this store and others like it. Look for the two small diamonds on the tag. That's how you can tell this is a Express Factory Store Item, it's the same at similar stores like Banana Republic Factory Store, Gap Factory Store, and J. Crew Factory Store. The quality is not bad, just different from what a regular store would provide, that's all. The place is really new and they look well-stocked. They are located in the south side part of the Vacaville premium outlets next to Le Cruset not too far from the Bath and Body Works. Express has arrived on the Outlet express train, so to speak! read more

I stop by here about once a month to browse and often end up getting good deals. I have gotten a white denim jacket for under $30 , flowy tanks around $20; crop tops for $15, costume jewelry $15'and most recently a matching skirt and top for under $30. The store normally gets items from the regular Express stores about a year later. I saw a top that I bought ( on sale ) but even cheaper at the outlets months later. They have men's items as well and have gotten my twins shirts here for great prices. Customer service is friendly - twice they have retrieved additional sizes for me in the back instead of just saying every thing is out. read more

I Am a client of Express for many years. I went to buy few things few days ago and Damya was so helpful. I went today again and she was great again. very patient, helpful and respectful. Companies need to honor, maintain and pay well employees like her. Thanks Damia for being so great. read more

Although the store looks clean and organize, it's a mess in the fitting rooms. The fitting rooms have clothes piled everywhere with no staff to attend to it. In addition, the selection for this store is very limited. Mind you it's an outlet, so it's understandable the selection is limited, however, the selections for items were more for older or middle age groups. read more

Just discovered this store last Christmas. You see it has been a very longtime since I enjoyed trying on clothes and shopping but since making a lifestyle change 2 years ago, it has brought the shopaholic in me back out. This is the closest one to me so I don't get here very often. I like their styles and prices are affordable. Styles are not too "young" and I can wear it to work. Average price point is about $20-25. My only gripe is SERIOUS lack of service and where ding in stars comes from. I don't expect a personal shopper by any means but Many of the items are hung high that I couldn't reach and I could not find a salesperson to help me so I had to pass up a lot of items. Then no fitting room person to help me get sizes so Instead I had to get dressed and undressed 3 times to go out and get some sizes. Lastly because I bought so much I wanted to sign up for a credit card to get the 20% and rewards program. Cashier did not offer nor share the benefits with me so I had to instigate and ask a LOT of questions. I guess my years in retail where you catered to your customer are long gone. Yes they could have easily increased their sales with me that day but they really had an indifference to all customers. I look forward to shopping here again because I got some great stuff. I will just need to bring a friend who can help me with picking sizes and such because there is no service here. read more

I came a few weeks ago and bought a shirt for my boyfriend. I love their clothes for men. It's definitely one of my favorite brands for men to wear. Express has a great style. They always have a promotion going on between 30-50% off but it's still expensive. Basic Shirts are around $25+ and that's already outlet price. When I came in for Black Friday yesterday, the promotion was 50% off but I didn't end up getting anything since the prices weren't cheap even after the promotion ha ha I feel like the men's section has better looking clothes than the women's. read more

I'm an avid Express fan, but I was disappointed in this factory store. Most of the styles were from last year, which is expected I suppose, but I thought the prices would be lower and reflect that. There were 30-50% off signs throughout the store, but at $50 price tags, my tops still came out to $25-30 apiece. I found that I would have spent LESS money at the regular retail store, because the retail store accepts my "$30 off $75 purchase" Express coupons that I receive through mail. The Express factory store does not accept these coupons, therefore the total spending at the factory store basically evens out to what I would've spent at the retail store with a coupon. The service was fine when I went here. Nothing outstanding, but no one was rude or standoffish. I won't be coming back to this outlet though mainly because the styles are really old and the prices aren't that cheap. I'll continue shopping at the Exprsss retail stores instead. read more

I'm disenchanted by the service provided to me on Christmas Eve. Yes, Christmas Eve. As soon as I walked in, I found what I was looking for, and I asked for a fitting room. Jennifer (sales associate/ manager) looked at me, didn't say one word, and her demeanor made me feel uncomfortable. She didn't say hello, or smile. (The only reason why I know her name is because the young man up front informed me.) I'm astounded by her attitude (first thing in the morning on Christmas Eve). I shop at this Express outlet often and receive excellent customer service. (In the past.) I was bothered by the service that I walked out and took my business elsewhere and decided to write a review. Super disappointed and not how I wanted to start my morning. read more

I had family members in from another state that stopped in and was interested in purchasing a shirt. Since they were from another state, she quickly tried on the shirt as she would not be able to complete a return if it did not fit. The store manager accused her of stealing and proceeded to SCREAM at her both inside and outside the store. She was not stealing nor was she interested in purchasing the shirt any longer either after the unprovoked verbal assault. I would not recommend that anyone shop at this business as the store manager is clearly unprofessional and needs retraining in customer service. read more

Love, Love, Love MY Express outlet! The clothes are so cute and the prices are great!

I'm one of "those people" who buys a shirt in 16 colors when they find a style and fit that they like. Luckily, Express satisfies that irrational desire to buy endless amounts of clothes. I love the fit of their dress pants, blouses, dresses, jeans and skirts. Finding the outlet was awesome because now I can stock up on my favorite items in all the colors available- at an affordable price!! Go check them out! read more
