    I stopped by to pick up a few more gifts for my man before heading home. This Marshall's was clean for the most part. I was able to find what I need before paying and heading out the door. The cashier was pleasant and quick to ring up my items. I will be returning soon when I start shopping for Spring items!!

    Like my daughter says if she could she'd move into Marshall's. It's her favorite store and how can you not love it??? First off this store is amazing because you are greeted by the employees when you walk in and there are plenty of shopping carts available. Two sizes to be precise. But hey it's Marshall's I need that big boy. At first I scan for the clearance areas and head that way. Shoes first, absolutely my weakness, Emelda Marcos relations I'm sure I am. I'm sure I have at least 100 pairs of shoes so I need to keep moving those lime green Converse I need to pass one, lol. But the shoe department was pretty small but tidy. So off to housewares. Their kitchen gadgets and bowls were quite the draw for me. I snagged a few snap lock containers and a folding colander for my RV. Then a few wall decorations too cute signs with sayings. Great prices. Also snagged a large mason jar with a metal lid closure on clearance for $5. Steal! The clothing departments were very orderly and the selections in the pet department was also large. I really liked this store especially they had many cashiers too, so check out was quick and easy.

    So much cute stuff here! I came to check out some night stands but ended up buying some cute stuff for my dog. You just never know what you will find here! Very clean and organized store.

She personified classic Nordstrom values and customer service. She was kind, bubbly, and courteous. I'm sure she probably wakes up that way every day and uses her spirit to achieve and anything she does, but on this day, she represented Nordstrom and the white club experience. I grew up knowing. She explained to me I don't buy item what was the final sale and how all of the policies worked. She was warm and empathetic from beginning to end. What a profile and professional excellence. Thank you, Nordstrom for restoring my faith and great service.

My sister has been looking for a pair of Hokas on sale and this was the second Rack location she tried. Unfortunately no luck here, but I tagged along and tried on some shoes. They have a very large selection of good designer shoes...the largest choice of Sam Edelman shoes I've seen in ages. The discounts are good, not great. I ended up choosing a pair of EVA Arizona Birkenstock sandals. At $54.95 they are $5 more than buying on Birkenstock direct website, so no savings especially as free membership allows you free shipping. However, I wasn't sure of my size for this brand so it was helpful to try several pairs out in person. The salespeople here were low key and helpful if asked for assistance. The store was large, cool, well lit and had a large selection. The store was larger than the ones I have gone to in Sacramento. I briefly looked at personal care items and they had a nice selection. Otherwise, we didn't have time to look at much else as we wanted to head home and beat the traffic. I am taking one star away for no discount on the shoes and the fact they when I got home I realized the security tag hadn't been removed at checkout . Fortunately my Dad had a bolt cutter and he took it off for me.

    I recently purchased two items and attempted to return them the very next day with my original…read morereceipt. The only issue was that the tags had come off while trying the items on (I placed them in the pockets so they would not be lost). The associate at the register (Devin) refused to process my return because the tags were not attached, even though I had both the items, the tags, and the receipt from the exact store. She also suggested the items might have come from another store, which was insulting and inaccurate. I even remembered the manager who assisted me the night of my purchase, as it was only the evening before. I understand Burlington's return policy requires tags to be attached, but in this case, the tags were still present and the purchase was clearly verified with the receipt. I feel this situation could have been handled with more flexibility and certainly more courtesy. I would appreciate clarification on whether Burlington can accommodate returns where the tags are present but not physically attached, and I also wish to share my concern about the customer service I received at this location. Honestly, I will never shop there again.

There was a long check out line that you entered in a department and had no sight of the front. Understaffing is definitely an issue here. Despite the huge line there was one and then two cashiers but the supervisor was making price tags and cleaning up. My cashier was friendly. Don't buy too much, only what you can carry. Loss prevention allows no carts outside. All in all even with the long wait and having to pick through loads of merchandise they had what I wanted so I give it an ok. I would come back at a slower time next time and bring help to carry out my items

The first was a tall, thin, female near the check stand who was speaking with other staff. When she saw me approaching she smiled broadly and directed me to a cashier. I really appreciated that since I had just left a (different) store where staff ignored patrons so thank you! My cashier much shorter with gray hair was super nice, friendly, and had a great sense of humor! Can't recall the last time checkout was so pleasant. Lol. Found most of what I needed and their prices can't be beat! I'll be back for sure.

The first time, an employee had the nerve to accuse me of stealing a TWO DOLLAR item -- something I had already PAID for. I literally had to show her the receipt to prove it, and when she realized she was wrong, she just stood there QUIET. No apology, no "my mistake," nothing. Just attitude after falsely accusing a paying customer. Absolutely ridiculous. And today? I'm here with my autistic daughter, who's crying and overwhelmed -- and the employee is LAUGHING. Another one is just standing there staring at us like we're a sideshow. Who TF laughs at a struggling toddler? Who does that? It's disgusting and it shows exactly what kind of people they hire here. I'm an honest person. I work hard for my money, I don't steal, and I sure as hell don't deserve to be treated like this -- and neither does my child. This place needs a complete reset: New staff, new training, new everything. Because the way customers are treated here is nasty, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for a business. I will NEVER be back. And I hope management wakes up, because this is the kind of behavior that drives customers away permanently.

They carry so many designs and styles.... they always have discounts going on as well. On my last visit there, I was assisted by Alona (had her write it down for accuracy) she was kind, professional, asked if I was a member with any coupons, etc. I just felt recognized, happily assisted, and found some really good retail bargains. Plus parking is right out the door. It's the perfect stop to get in, spend money, and get back on the freeway.

The clothes are styled and displayed beautifully. The styles range from bold, frilly to classic, neutrals. The main attraction for me is the petite section. Having a dedicated petite section is rare in any women's clothing shop and in particular in an outlet shop. Plus they always seem to have a markdown. Anyways on my last shopping trip, part of my purchase was incomplete. The cashier made a honest mistake. I did not notice it was missing until I got home. Oh boy. So the next day I called the store and explained. The associate said the manager will call me back in a few days. I thought to myself, this may go nowhere. But no, the manager called back. She made arrangements and left instructions for the staff regarding my order. I told her I would not be back for a couple of months. She replied that it would be no problem. Sure enough it was not. On my return visit, I explained to the associate and she had to check the notes. She quickly returned and my transaction was fixed and completed. I understand that mistakes happen. The management handled the situation well and rectified the problem. The staff was informed of my situation and was ready for my return visit. The transaction was quick and effortless. Great customer service from my initial call to the store through returning in person.
