    I'm a huge fan of Kirkland's. Country and classic home decor. Not a lot of modern options but that's not what I'm personally into anyways. Lots of candles, art work, and awesome selection of throw pillows. Also, tons of lanterns, which I have an obsession with. The prices are moderate, more than target but less than pier one. They have decor for every season so check it out if you're looking to create a seasonal table scape. Finally worth mentioning is the selection of lamps, and small furniture items. Small Tables, shelves, and foot stools are frequently available.

Let me start with how amazing their light fixture area is, they have a large selection of signature pieces. Some are still selling at the full line store, but here you get 50% off They have so many different couches, you don't know you need a new one until you walk in to this store. We purchased the Laurent one, as soon as we walked in we knew it was going home with us, and it did. Jake did an amazing job wrapping it, him and my husband somehow got it secured in no time. They honestly have everything you need for your living room, bathroom, dining room, and bedroom. Oh they do carry outdoor furniture also. Not only do you get amazing deals at this location you also get amazing service. Derek the store manager, Jake, Tiara and team are so knowledgeable, and friendly.     My wife and I visited the West Elm store last week to look at a desk we were interested in…read morepurchasing, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. We asked an employee for help finding the price of a desk that had a large box sitting on top of it. We were about to lift the box so she could check the tag when she abruptly and rudely told us, "Do not touch it." Ironically, moments later she couldn't move the box herself and then asked for my help to lift it. After that, she still couldn't locate the price and told us she would go check. We waited in the store for about 15 minutes with no update. Eventually, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, we saw the same employee at the register helping another employee wrap a customer's purchase instead of assisting us. We approached her and reminded her that we had been waiting. She said she would go check, but continued standing there wrapping items instead. At that point, we spoke with the manager, whose response was a half-hearted apology. He described the situation as "a good coaching lesson," which felt dismissive and minimizing given how poorly we were treated. The entire interaction left us feeling disrespected and ignored as customers. Based on how we were treated compared to others in the store, I honestly walked away feeling discriminated against because of the color of my skin. We came in ready to buy furniture but left feeling unwelcome. Customer service and accountability clearly need improvement at this location.

When I'm at the outlets, this is one of the shops I must stop at. CB is one of my favorite retail furniture and home stores. Their style leans to being modern and functionally minimalist. I visited recently. The staff greeted us and everyone that walked in. Staff individually moved about the shop asking folks if they needed assistance. We spoke to a couple of associates; they were engaging and helpful. This weekend they are having an additional discount of 10% added to the already tiered markdown prices.. And the items not marked down are 20% off. This sale structure is common of them. The inventory of furniture was in good shape and in my opinion, was marked down accordingly. Don't get me wrong, it's a discount outlet so there's a reason the furniture is there... damaged, retail returned or discontinued. So check out the pieces throughly to see if it meets your standards before purchasing as most items are final sale. And if you like an item, get a sales person attention and stay with the item. Remember since these are not stock pieces. Other folks are also eyeing the same items. This discount shopping ain't for wallflowers. I like to browse the housewares (service ware, glassware, all of that). These pieces aren't broken, but are likely discontinued.

(The order boxes are literally next to the front door with a simple curtain covering it so it'd be pretty easy for people to steal your order too) Honestly I won't be back. World Market used to be good, but the quality has really gone down especially in customer service and it's a waste of time. I will tell everyone I know what a terrible customer service experience this was along with how ordering online here is a waste of time, if I could give negative stars I would.

Many items matched what was currently in store, so my close guess would be that they carry seconds or minimally damaged/returned items. The few Le Creuset they did have were mainly in dirt brown and cerise, items that could be found online for the same price or lower. The service wasn't helpful or friendly and the store felt more like a Goodwill than the higher quality I was used to with Williams Sonoma. The final straw came when our items were rang up as the final sale price wasn't clear on the screen and didn't match the percentage listed on the shelf. Overall, there was nothing positive about this store so we never plan to return.

I bought them to add to a gift bag that I am giving to each work colleagues. I got home and tasted one bar; It was pretty dark chocolate. I began peeling off the price tags and adding the bars to the gift bags. Then, I looked closer at what had been covered up by the new price tag: "Best By: August 2025." I can't GIFT four-month expired chocolates!!?? I took the chocolate bars back out of the bags... Now I would normally take expired goods back to the seller for a return or exchange. But this location DOES NOT accept returns.

    I came into Lowe's today to purchase a Microwave for an elderly couple who I help with random house…read moremaintenance. While I was driving there I got a text from a tenant that I manage a house for who told me their dishwasher is having troubles and needs replacement. I walked around for a bit in appliances to see which microwave and dishwasher I could purchase. There was 1 person working the appliances helping someone already, the. myself and 1 other person waiting for help. The employee noticed us waiting and quickly called for more associates to come help in appliances. Within 5 or so minutes someone (Kiera) had come over to ask if I needed help. I told her I wanted to purchase a microwave and walked her over to the one I wanted which fortunately in stock so she went to the back to get it. While waiting I was trying to make a decision on which dishwasher I was going to purchase. While I was waiting for Kiera. Another associate came over to see if I needed help. The other person that needed help was already being helped. Shortly after Kiera came out with the microwave I wanted then asked if I needed help with anything else. I told her I needed to purchase a dishwasher for a rental house. She was very knowledgeable about the different dishwashers and explained to me the differences of each one I pointed out as well as check to see if they had them in stock. I finally decided on an LG dishwasher that was in stock so I can get the quickest delivery and install. It costs $209 for the delivery, install and haul away of the old dishwasher and another $50 for the power cord and required hoses/parts. Since the dishwasher was in stock, I should be hearing from the delivery/installation person in the next couple days to schedule the delivery/install. Fortunately, I can install the microwave myself. I'm not sure if Lowe's just happened to have more employees working today (Sunday, 2/2/26) or they have improved their service, but it was a very pleasant experience today.
