There is nothing to not like about this place. I live about 30 minutes away and go there semi regularly to look for treasure. They get new stuff in on predictable days, staff are friendly, store is clean and organized and there are deals. I have been buying RH for years because the quality and customer service are best in class. I mostly walk out empty handed but inspired and sometimes walk out with an amazing deal. If you can be patient, you can win big here. read more

It gives more warehouse space rather than an RH. From my experience with many RH stores, wouldn't have guessed free outlets would look this way. The service was ok. A lot of people standing around. Selection was not for me. Couldn't find anything that caught my eye. read more

There's a Restoration Hardware outlet in Vacaville. It's not in the outlet shopping plaza. It's across the street on Helen Power road from the furthest western section of the outlets. The shop is large, with an open floor layout. The furniture inventory is in pretty good condition. I didn't see broken, non functional items. They had furniture: lighting fixtures, living room (interior and exterior), dining room, bedroom, and office. RH furniture is mainly larger pieces not meant for mobility and smaller spaces. The products are beautiful and pricier due to the quality of the materials, size, and additional craftsmanship. The outlet prices are discounted from their retail pricing. From what I can see, the discounts seem comparable to the as is conditions. The majority of the design look is modern classic. They do have statement pieces screaming other styles such as bohemian and eclectic. On my last visit, as I was walking about, the 3 various sales staff walked past me without acknowledgment. Well on the plus side, they did seem to have enough staff to cover the number of customers on the weekend afternoon I dropped in. read more

This gem has been here for years and somehow I didn't know it was here. We came here after finding this store on goggle, we are shopping for our house that's being remodeled in Rancho Cordova. We were just looking for counter stools and beds. We really liked the Nicola, unfortunately they only had one. I called the store and spoke to Guna said she has three of the Nicola open barrel back. She sent me pictures, as soon as I saw them I fell in love. The following morning I was able to be there right at opening, not only did we love the barstools but we found the perfect dining room chairs. Sabina was assisting us with finding the rest of the chairs. Not only did we receive amazing service but we got an amazing deal. We save over 50% from the full line store. Isn't RH Outlet supposed to be a clearance store? I visited on March 27 and looked at a specific table that had visible damage--I even marked the spot in red. When I returned on June 12, I was surprised to see that the exact same table had gone up in price. I asked the gentleman at the register if they could honor the earlier price, and was met with a very cold and dismissive response. I understand if this were a full-price retail store, but for an outlet--especially with a damaged item--raising prices like this feels completely unreasonable. This experience really changed my impression of RH Outlet. It's not what I expect from a discount store, and it's definitely not a place I'd choose to shop again. read more

Very large outlet with many choices to sofas/sectionals, tables, chairs, and outdoor furniture. Prices don't seem that cheap even after 50pct discounts. Maybe this can change periodically if there's too much inventory in the system. Store is very clean, bright, and spacious inside, easy to get around. You can find some deep discounts if something has been sitting on the floor for a long time but those can be unconventional styles. There's also west elm, williams sonoma, and crate & barrel outlets very close by. Good to have everything close together as folks can drive far to get to Vacaville outlets. read more

High-end, home decor store located near the Vacaville outlets. It is an outlet store but without the outlet prices!:) RH, as they now call themselves, formerly Restoration Hardware...does offer unique accessories to furnish your home or office. It is the highest priced outlet I have encountered so be aware when you walk thru the doors! The Outlet is huge! Which makes for great social distancing. Lots of inventory including couches, tables of every type (dining, side, end, coffee), chairs, bar stools and general home decor. Staff are approachable, wearing masks as are customers. Restrooms open. I was surprised.Parking plentiful. I was couch searching (not surfing!:)) when I came for the first time. Had been for months to no avail. As the anchor piece for my new, smaller home, I did want something special and comfortable. Just my luck. There it was sitting waiting for me front and center when in I strolled :). Perfect size and color. Very, very comfortable. Quality. I bought it! And I love it, love it, love it! A bit of a splurge but well worth the money to me. I shall be sitting on it and living with it for years to come. The outlet price was wayyyyy less than paying normal price. And there were absolutely zero defects. Maybe the style was outdated or perhaps it just wasn't moving in the non outlet store (no way this piece is outdated:)). But it was my dream couch. Mission accomplished! Two vases also purchased on a couple of other visits completed my love affair with RH:)! Back to the "real" shopping world. If you need inspiration and enjoy window shopping, this a fun outlet to visit. I am currently trying to find some less expensive "knock off" pieces somewhere of other items I found tantalizing. This is the largest RH outlet in Northern California and also the busiest. They get deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, so you'll see new items on these days or the day after, it all depends if they have enough space to put the new items out. Items sell very quickly here, so be sure to put items on hold if you're interested. They can hold items up to two hours. Most items are at least 50% off, but some are not. Some items with no damage have to be on the floor for 90-180 days before they go on clearance. However, every store has their own practices for discounting, so you never know. If you are serious about an item, have them check the item because sometimes an item is marked down, but they have not had a chance to mark the tags yet. You have to arrange your own pick up and they can give you up to two days to figure it out. The folks here can check their inventory to see if other stores have more of an item you are looking for, but they won't know the condition of the item or the price of it, you'd have to call the stores directly to get that info. I have always been greeted when I have come to this store, and the customer service has been great. Sabina is the store manager, and she's the rock star that is always actively overseeing everything at the store. read more

Customer service is very discriminative, came in Oct 15, wife, son and I. Not one person approached to offer any help. However 3 different guest entered soon after us and were greeted by a sales person with a hello, how are you is there anything particular your here for today. Yet my family and I received no greet. We found a sectional that had not been marked down in over 2 weeks and inquired about it. The lady came over looked and marked it down an additional 10% asked if we were ready to purchase? My response was when would or how does the discount work m, would it be discounted in the next week once again. Her response is we do it random you may call daily but it's random, and if I was not ready to purchase then to wait until I am ready to do so. W did phone daily as recommended by the lady. However the response was you called yesterday and the price is the same there are no plans to lower the price any time soon. October 27 wife phoned in the morning around 11am. Still no reduction in discount. I did stop by around 3:30pm and saw the sectional. Noticed the price had been marked down. I said I'd like to by it and was told a young couple had just left to go rent a truck that they came in inquiring about the sectional and that the price had not been discounted over a week. That very moment they discounted the price and sold it to the young couple. I was very disappointed to be told this. As I turned around from the cashier kiosk a uhaul had parked and the young couple exited the truck. As I exited they entered I asked did you purchase the sectional they said yes very happy. Terrible experience I had today. I drove over an hour just to get there. I had just walked in and sat down on a chair that had no hold slip on it. Before I knew it, Kendra was charging at me to tell me in a very rude and attacking tone that the item was on hold. Running was absolutely unnecessary. All she had to do was calmly walk over and inform me that the item was on hold. To make matters worse, I asked a gentleman to help me once he freed up. He freed up and never came over. After waiting around a few minutes I left. Terrible service all around. I rather shop at the San Rafael location. Extremely friendly and attentive staff in San Rafael. Ventured here in hopes of coming across decor or potential furniture to furnish our home. One great thing about RH Outlet was how spacious the outlet was in comparison to other home furnishing outlets nearby which were claustrophobic. It was nice since the outlet was organized by room (such as outdoor, decorative lighting, etc.). The only downside was even though it was an outlet, the prices were still expensive in my opinion and what they were selling wasn't nice enough for me to pull the trigger and buy. Overrated and overpriced! This used to be my go to furniture store. Prices in the RH website are lower than the outlet store-Go figure!

My husband and I were searching for rugs and decided to check out RH outlet at Vacaville. We were ecstatic to see the same rug we wanted at RH Roseville at the outlet store. The price was significantly lower compared to the original store. Also we saved extra hundreds of dollars by not purchasing the RH "member" fees and delivery fees by taking the rug home in our car. George (the store manager) and his team were super helpful showing us all the 10x14 rugs one by one. They also wrapped the rug carefully to take it home in the trunk of our car. Don't hesitate to visit the RH Vacaville outlet. Everyone was helpful and maybe you'll find a gem when you visit as well! read more

I love restoration hardwares' style, but their furniture prices are astronomical. When I found out they had an outlet I really wanted to check it out. I came in thinking I could get a 6piece cloud sofa for around 5/6K (Still expensive with other brands selling same styles for 3/4K new) I came in and I was kind of shocked, dirty sofas, some missing cushions, are selling for literally only 20/30% off, have you the original prices are 15+ thousand. I figured this store would have just overstock and good quality 'changed mind' returns, and they do have a few, but most furniture is damaged. Chipped coffee tables, dressers with broken slides, tables with cracked leafs, and the cream of the crop was wine and food stained rugs selling for thousands some as much as $10,000. They should call this store Restoration Needed. I was disappointed, and I don't know why I anticipated reasonable prices for damaged goods. For some perspective: the cheapest thing in the store that I could find was a $15 pillow case thrown in a fabric bin that literally looked like a rag I would wipe my floors with... If you're charging these prices at an outlet at-least offer some sort of secondary warranty option or 7 day returns. That's right, everything is sold as is, no returns or guarantees, no exceptions. It's a shame because I think their designs are really nice, but this place is just good for showrooming. Find what you want and just buy it at the normal restoration hardware (if you can stomach the price) or do what I do and simply search for identical items online that are 1/5 the price. I'll be back for inspiration, not sure if I'll be back to buy. read more

What's not to love about an outlet. Prices are affordable and the selection is vast. There's plenty of parking too. The photos is of the selection at the time of my last visit. With the latest health issues, masks are required, but you can easily be more than 6 feet apart. Attitude wise, the majority of the staff are pretty friendly. There were just a couple that were rude, but judging them all because of 1 or 2 rotten apples is a bit unfair. Shipping is also available. The service they use is also professional and can even do setups (i.e.: beds). read more

I bought a rug from the Outlet. When I got it home and laid it out I decided it was not working with my decor. Knowing the Outlet does not accept returns, I rolled it back up intending to sell it via Craigs List. Within a few days there were tiny carpet moths flying around the area of the rug. When I investigated further I noticed the carpet was infested with carpet moths and moth eggs. I might trust buying the furniture at the outlet but would never again consider a rug purchase. Be careful. You might not see the moths when purchasing, but the eggs might be imbedded in the carpet, as in my case. read more

The staff are consistently nice at this outlet. I've been there at least 30 times, at this point it's time to weigh in. Going to the outlet is a great education in how bad the furniture quality is. Stay away from anything with marble: at first glance it looks fine, but one chip will reveal the cheapo veneers that are glued together. The upholstery goods are mostly from China. The full retail is ridiculously high for such poor quality. And the outlet prices are better, but wow is the quality bad. read more

Upon walking in, we liked out everything was laid out and all the furniture were staged. Their showcasing of furniture allowed us to envision our home. Super duper great deals with occasional larger discounts on top of the outlet price. Bought a beautiful rattan queen bed that retailed for $3,000, for $300!!! Perfect right outta the box! I have gone into the store at least four times since they've been in this location. Each time I go in, not one employee says hi to me, asks to assist me, or even says goodbye to me when I leave. I'm not sure what's up with that, but it certainly doesn't make me feel welcomed nor want to shop here. This last time, I even waited around near the register a few moments, to share that feedback, but, employees just walked by me, and the woman at the register was helping another customer and never even looked up at me.
