Having just came from browsing RH outlet and walking into the William Sonoma outlet, the customer service vibe was so different in the best way. Staff greeted folks as they entered. The staff were engaging and relatable. Just giving off fun, welcoming shopping vibes. Anyway, the shop was organized well with beautiful staging of products. It gave off a shop vibe versus warehouse outlet vibe. They sold furniture, housewares, small kitchen appliances, home decor, and lighting fixtures. products looked to be in fairly good condition. No obvious broken, non functional pieces. But I didn't notice much of a savings for their housewares and small kitchen appliances considering the more restrictive return policies versus buying retail. I didn't catch them on a big sales day.

I adore Williams Sonoma. When I discovered the WS outlet in Vacaville, I was super excited. My excitement was met with disappointment once I walked inside. This warehouse type of store is filled with overpriced rejects. Not the oh wow, this is a great deal rejects, but the oh wow, this is a waste of time rejects. The sales staff is nonexistent. Yes, they're there, they just aren't willing to help customers beyond their counter. It's not uncommon to find items on the floor that are broken, damaged, or are in need of some repair mixed in with regular items waiting for their forever home. It just feels like an overpriced garage sale. If you were looking for a bargain, this really isn't the place to find it. Price points are still very high for an outlet location, and half of these things I haven't even seen in their retail stores for eons. My curiosity got the best of me which is why I've stopped in, but I definitely don't go out of my way to shop here.

I don't even know Williams Sonoma has an outlet store until I found it in Vacaville near the Vacaville Premium Outlet. This Williams Sonoma Outlet Store is in a shopping center across the street from the Vacaville Premium Outlet Mall. The store is even bigger than the regular Williams Sonoma stores. But doesn't have all the items as the regular stores. This outlet store carried a lot of furniture, household items, and small appliances with an average of 30 to 40 percent of the discount compared to the regular Williams Sonoma stores. Of course, they don't have all the items available here! The merchandise available in this outlet store is hit and miss. But you can find a much better price if you can find it in this store. This is a store I will like to check out whenever I'm in the area.

I am giving this establishment 5 stars because the inventory is SO beautiful! I was in there about 20 minutes checking out the merchandise, and one employee did ask if I needed help. Which is fine with me, I don't want employees constantly asking me if " I need help". Believe me, if I need help, I will find an employee. The presentation is gorgeous, the quality of the items are above par..., and so are the prices! But having said that, you get what you pay for. They have a very large selection of home decor, unique seasonal items, lighting, some fabulous kitchen appliances and utensils. I advise you check it out!!

Stopped by this store while out in Napa. I purchased two sets of the All Clad D3 10 piece sets as gifts. The price after the 40% discount was worth the drive. I also picked up a few other things at a discount. I wish this store was closer to me!

We bought a beige queen coverlette which seemed like a great price but when we got it home and unfolded it, it had stains that were probably rust and apparently bleached, so it's permanent. Now it is a waste of 139.00 plus tax. So sad because you would think that they would inspect it and tell you there was something wrong with it on a label or something.

If you like high-end kitchenware, you have got to check the store out…read more It was quite the learning experience for me, I had no idea Zwillings owned so many high-end companies Zwilling Henckels Miyabi BSF Demeyere Staub Fontignac Ballarini I came away very impressed. That is a hard hitting lineup. The sales were very exciting. First there was a storewide 20% off sale. And then some of the individual pieces had some pretty impressive reductions. However, remember this is an outlet store. I found some of the most heavily discounted equipment had cosmetic flaws. On the other hand, I went to the Le Creuset store two decades ago and got myself a Dutch oven which had a cosmetic flaw, and that thing has been working great the whole time. But before you go to town, check to see if the warranty is in effect. It's kind of pity that my kitchen is so well stocked with equipment. Between the discounts and the excellent selection, I would been in deep trouble with this store several decades ago. While it's easy to focus on the knives and the cookware there is a lot more to the store. They carry an incredible number of small kitchen accessories that can solve common problems. The expert and friendly sales person showed me a really nice magnetic bar, which can be used to mount knives in otherwise wasted spaces in the kitchen. Unfortunately, for the sales person, I already had one of these. But I can definitely testify that this is an incredibly useful device. Some people complain that magnetic bars ruin your knives. But you have to know the trick to using them. Basically you have to kind of peel the knife off the magnetic bar and this prevents scratching and other minor damage. Also, if your knives are looking scratched, there is a whetstone with an incredibly fine grit that will put a mirror polish on your knives. Scratches are not the disaster you think they are. So stop feeling bad about all your kitchen problems and go to this store which has more solutions than you realize. Remember to bring your knives if you need them sharpened.

Le Creuset Outlet Store turned out to be a great stop while shopping at Vacaville Premium Outlets…read more We were looking for a birthday gift for a friend who loves cast-iron cookware, and after browsing for a bit, we ended up purchasing a traditional round skillet that matched the color of her existing cookware. The associate helping us was very patient and helpful, especially when it came to choosing the right color combination. The store itself is not huge, but it carries a surprisingly large variety of cookware and kitchen items. Since it's an outlet location, you won't necessarily find every style or color available in full retail stores, but the pricing is noticeably better. We've also been trying to slowly move away from some nonstick cookware and toward cast iron and other materials, so it was nice to see so many quality options in one place. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience with helpful staff and good value.

To be honest, Le Creuset doesn't really have a lot of whole new exciting products. On the other…read morehand their classic lineup is exciting. So I headed in to take a look at all the pieces I didn't have. 25 years ago, I would've crumbled and purchased everything. Now I've grown up a lot and learned how to use straight up cast-iron. since I can make my own nonstick coating, Le Creuset suddenly looks expensive and kind of over the top. The one great thing about that enamel cast-iron, it resistant to acidic foods which means you can cook just about anything you want in the Le Creuset without switching to stainless steel or any other material. Since Le Creuset shouldn't be heated past medium, you still have to switch to stainless steel if you want high heat. Nevertheless, if you're making a stew, a Dutch oven from this company rules. So I took a close look at the Dutch ovens. They have quite the lineup. There were the adorable little ones which look cute but cook hardly any food. there were the more medium size ones, but since I already have one, I don't need the one that's one size down or one size up. Which leads to the 8 to 9 quart Dutch oven. Honestly as a single person 8 to 9 quarts is pretty impractical. Also, where would I store it. Nevertheless, I drooled. I was quite amused to see the big signs announcing the fresh new colors. They just don't have very many marketing gimmicks that they can apply to classic cookware. The one really nice thing about the store is the full lineup of cookware that this company makes. There aren't a lot of places that have anywhere near the stock that this store has. It's a great place to check out some of the harder to find items. Just make sure to ask about cosmetic defects. I purchased my pot from an outlet store 20 years ago. The staff person was very meticulous and showed me the exact cosmetic defect in the pot I purchased. She also warned me that the outlet products were not covered by the usual warranty. I purchased the pot and the cosmetic defect was indeed cosmetic. The pot cooked great. Luckily I've never needed the warranty. So make sure you ask.

But even the dirty dishes and food my child had accumulated in her room was left in a pile on a chair in there. Window linings and exterior windows still are caked in dust, bugs, dirt ! That's the one thing I needed real help on, the one thing I specifically requested multiple times , in very clear details, to be done! And despite me specifically asking for detailed window cleaning included in the price of the clean... & being promised such. I paid this company THREE TIMES AS MUCH as much as I paid my usual cleaner. For this half-job on my new 3 bed 2 bath house in Fairfield, than what I paid for my 2 bed 1 bath place in South San Francisco. So , not much bigger place, living in a lower cost of living area, yet 3x the COST.. for worse job? I don't even know if the exorbitant flat price I paid included tip (or even decent pay) for those who cleaned my house. As a single mother of a developmentally delayed child working multiple jobs on a tight income , no time to deep clean things clean myself but busting my @$$ to keep it all together on my own... I feel grateful that someone else did something productive in this home other than me for once! But I'm also sad & irritated seeing my home is barely any cleaner than I left it for them, and, that I could've saved that money for things our family needs and done better on it myself. This is something I request from anyone working on my property to make sure both parties are covered in case of damage or injury. I work in property insurance, so this is a standard precaution I recommend to my own clients. I actually hired them in 2020 for a cleaning and it went fine, which is why I reached out again. This time, the company told me they had never been asked for a COI by a client before, and shortly after, they cancelled my appointment, saying they felt I was "setting them up." I was surprised by this reaction, as reputable service providers typically have liability insurance and can provide proof without issue. Because they refused to provide a COI and cancelled my booking, I cannot speak to the quality of their current work. However, I would caution other homeowners that if you want to ensure a vendor is insured, this may not be the right company for you.
