I can't say enough good things about Lewis, his furniture, and his staff. I was overwhelmed with my move and buying new furniture and happened to drive by. This was the place my mom spoke highly about of where she bought her couch and how helpful they were. I stopped in the first time to look and Lewis was so helpful and not pushy. I went back a couple days later and ordered my bed and mattress. I was so hesitant on what mattress to get but I loved the memory foam which I've never had. It was only a $100 more but still, I debated. Lewis said that it depends on what you want, but it's also what you'll sleep on for 8 hours a day for the next ten plus years. It was the best investment I've ever made. I've always had trouble sleeping for multiple things. But I melt into my mattress every night and can't believe how much better I sleep. I wondered for months what had happened to the old furniture on Silverado. I never took the time to find out because I wasn't in the market for any furniture. This week I was. I fould the place on Main Street. Furniture 4 Less. I knew I was in the right place when I discovered the giant black and white spotted chair in the corner. In the market for an inexpensive sofa bed, Louis showed me several good deals and helped me to choose exactly what I needed. AND, it was delivered a couple hours later. Always wary of the comfort of sofa beds, it is super comfy as a sofa. Even better, I opened it up as a bed and had a very good night's sleep with nary a complaint. Thanks Louis! I usually try to shop local but would not recommend this store as the owner obviously does not care about customer service or return customers. I would also suggest that anyone who shops here check prices elsewhere before buying. I found the bed frame I purchased for $150 cheaper at another store - exact same frame and manufacturer. I purchased a bed frame and realized as soon as they put it together (a process that should have taken an hour but took 4 as the guy he sent had obviously never put a bed together) that it was the wrong size. I called the owner immediately and he just responded that he could not take it back - no apology, no negotiating a return fee, just I can't take it back. Definitely my fault for not measuring my existing mattress but when I went to purchase the bed the owner said there were only Eastern Kings and California Kings and he sells one Eastern to every 100 California. I explained that I had a regular king (never heard of an eastern king) and he said a regular is a California king (it's not). Anyway, totally my fault for not going home and measuring but really bad customer service to not even try to work with me on a return. I called another store out of town and bought the same bed for $150 less PLUS night stands and a dresser (which I would have bought local if he had worked with me) and unfortunately now have an overpriced bed frame stored in my garage. read more

This place is a joke. Bought a sofa set and the stitching started coming apart when it was only 3 months old. We went in as no one would return our emails and we were told to bring in the section of the sofa that was coming apart and they would have it repaired. Then covid hit and everything shut down. I have just contacted them again as the damage is now much worse and they are saying it is normal wear and tear. This sofa is not even a year old yet! DON'T GO HERE. My girlfriend and I bought a new bed from here that they claimed to have in stock, but they delivered us a dusty, broken floor model. I called to say that this was not what we had bought, and they refused to take it back! After days of arguing, they finally agreed to give us a refund and came to pick it up. When the delivery guy came to get it, Louis, the owner, was hiding in the truck. He walked up to my house and ACCUSED ME of breaking the bed! Later when I went to the store for them to process the refund, the woman at the register told me, "Louis says no refund." It took another few days of wrangling to get our money back, and even then they wouldn't give us all of it. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Stay away! We were so excited to support a local Napa business after the earthquake. We went to Furniture 4 Less in Napa. Claudia and Luis were very nice. But...we ended up waiting months for our furniture. First we ordered a set that we found out 3 weeks later, after we were waiting for it, that it was discontinued. We picked out something else. Everything arrived only to have the wrong bed size. Wow, after this, we waited 4 weeks. i would call weekly because we had paid for everything already that 'I told you it would come next week". Well Friday of next week came and went with no call. It got very frustrating. We FINALLY got our bed. I called Louis to chat about this and he never called me back. I am in sales and I would have lost a customer by now.
