Very large selection of ceramic pottery! It's a large lot with plant pots and statutes of all sizes. Great place to go if you're looking for stately pieces. They are really heavy though. They have a wood carved table set weighing 1300 lbs for example. Didn't interact with staff but passed a lady a couple times who was busy breaking down crates. Shopping at Pottery Paradise was a great experience!! The woman who helped me was amazing.

What a gem! This place sells a huge variety of planters, pots, garden statues, and outdoor water fountains. The inventory is diverse and vast. I was impressed with the inventory and the pricing, reasonable. They have beautiful items. The pricing was cheaper than the majority of my local nurseries. They have a huge selection of everything, but especially if the planters. The quality is not throw away; the quality is significantly higher than a big box shop. Better yet, It is a family ran business. Since this is a family ran business, they do not have a lot of staff. But on the Saturday I dropped in, when I did encounter the staff, they were all friendly. They were working non stop assisting customers and still taking the time to acknowledge everyone. The style of pots ranged from terra cotta traditional; bright, bold colored modern; cool, neutral mid modern; crisp, timelessly classic white; Spanish themed; and so much more. Even if you are not currently shopping for new planters or outdoor decorations, stop on by to check it out. So glad I did. read more

The top of my water fountain had broken and I went there to see if they sold this piece. The lady there who I am assuming was the manager gave me some great advice. She said she could order the piece for me, but why don't I try to put it all together with some Glue that she recommended. I did exactly that and my fountain piece was saved! She is truly a wonderful lady! They have a large selection of water fountains there by the way. They are on the pricey side, but trust me, they are well built and sturdy and should last you a lifetime! read more

The serene location is a welcome respite from the highway traffic. It is also an antidote for those whose hearts race at the sight of thousands of pots waiting to be scoured and perused! The selection is extraordinary. And like many I have viewed this place for years as I zipped by on I-80 blissfully ignorant of the treasures it held. Pottery Paradise at 5930 Cherry Glen Road in Vacaville is more pottery than you are prepared to see in one visit. Like Disneyland, you need a two day pass to see everything they have on display. The selection goes beyond pottery, as there's benches, stone animals you'll want to take home (we bought two tortoises) fountains and decorative ceramic balls that grabbed my attention. The lady who owns it was very hospitable and helpful, Suki. The price is not as cheap as I'd like to pay, but if that's what you're looking for, check the big box stores as these pots are more unique, colorful, high art with style, flair and design, so the trade off is there. They seem to be imported too, so I can only imagine the freight bill. My husband seemed to think Suki has a million pots there. She said no she doesn't but never counted. It's surely in the thousands though. If you're willing to spend an afternoon here, you will surely find a thing or two you'll want to take home. read more

I was hoping to find a deal which I did not. However this is a nice place to stop on your way from the Bay Area to Sacramento. It's huge, you can get lost here with pots in every shape, size, and color. Most were marked with prices. As others said there wasn't anyone present, I had to call a number when I was ready to pay. If you use your credit card they add a fee, but you can use a debit card with no added fees. read more

I'd been looking for a 3 tiered concrete fountain structure and I finally found the perfect one here at Pottery Paradise to complete our backyard. There is so much pottery and vases here in all sizes and shapes and my daughter and I had fun looking around. The husband and wife helped to carefully load the fountain into our car. Pottery Paradise? More like Pottery Hell. This place well deserves my first ever negative review throughout all platforms. I highly doubt this place is just a facade as the lady who runs the place didn't seem to care about her business and was EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPATIENT with customers. I drove 2 hours roundtrip to go buy pots for my house plants, and here was my experience: 1) All pots and drip trays were randomly scattered. I inquired about a pot trying to get a matching pair. The lady said she would get back to me and she never did. There was only one other customer on site. She walked pass me twice like I didn't exist. I finally inquired again and she answered very impatiently with annoyed voice, "there was only one". Well, she could have told me 30 mins ago when I pointed out the pot to her. 2) I picked 5 pots and moved on to choosing the saucers. Since everything was so disorganized, I spent another 20 mins without luck. They were either wrong color or wrong size. Tried to seek help from the lady again, and the answer was "all are here". Cool. Very helpful. Thanks madam. 3) Didn't want to drive 2 hours for nothing, and some pots were indeed nice, so I moved on to check-out. After notifying the lady and her crew, I waiting outside the office for 15 mins, while the lady was prepping for closing the business for the day. Finally she came to me, started to calculate the total price, and speaking with even more annoyed voice, that "it is past the closing time", and "no need to double-check the total price. I have been doing this everyday for years". I paid around $1,000 and was treated like a plague. Never again. NEVER. If you want to experience the WORST-CUSTOMER SERVICE-EVER and find out how tolerant and patient you could be, give this place a try. If you want to be treated as a human-being (a valued customer? that is too much to ask for), AVOID this place. read more

This iplace IS a pottery paradise! So many options and styles from vintage to modern. Trending items tend to ran out fast though. The only disappointing part is that they didn't clean out the pots we bought. So all the dirts and leaves were included. They get pretty pricey too. Other than that we'll be back for more landscaping projects later. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! They legitimately have hundreds of different kinds of pots for sale, ranging from standard quart-sized clay pots to glazed yard-size pots. The prices are also incredibly affordable. I bought two large cat-shaped pots for only $90.00. Some people on Yelp are complaining about customer service. Honestly, if you're the type of person that requires personal catering when purchasing a damn pot, then you're unlikely to be happy in most places. I've driven by this place on the freeway more times than I can count, but only just finally made it there - and the selection did not disappoint! If you're used to Marshall's and Ross prices for pots you might be in for a bit of sticker shock, but I'm not willing to go so far as to say their products are pricey - I was disappointed to see not one but two customers trying to twist the employee's arm for a discount on their (enormous, beautiful, glazed) pottery. The employees (owners?) are sweet and friendly, everyone was wearing masks, and it is easy to get lost and wander for an hour or more looking for a piece (because really, a lot of these planters and pots are pieces of artwork). They have dollies of various sizes so you can easily roll your pottery around without fear of dropping and breaking it. Highly recommend stopping by! read more

Had there been anyone in evidence as we walked around, from whom we could have gotten answers to some questions, I would have given a higher rating. The setting under the shade of lovely trees was pleasant, and I certainly liked the large number of pots they had from which to choose. I'd come looking to find two pots for some rose plants I bought recently. Ultimately I didn't buy anything here, because what I found that I wanted was more than my budget could sustain. I'm thinking I'd like to return another time, when I am not on a quest for something specific, and I can take more time to browse, and maybe select something just for fun. read more

I went during a weekday. It was not crowded. If you are looking for selection- this place has A LOT. The products are imported from China and Vietnam - so pots are thick and heavy. So many shapes, colors and sizes. The price of pottery is not cheap, so tag on what the business had to pay to ship and transport the products into the US? Expect to pay up. What a gem this place is. We came in for a fountain and they had so many options. Everything was way less than what I could find on the internet. The owner is super fun to work with and very patient. Pottery Paradise is the "Tardis" of gardening businesses - much bigger than it first seems. We were amazed at the sheer selection of products which seemed to stretch on endlessly. It's a pleasant distraction to walk around the property and to take in all the choices. It certainly accommodates just about every need for anyone's house, garden, or patio. Wanted to support a local business.. but UNFORTUNATELY the little lady who runs around the lot has ZERO people skills. We would have been HAPPY to pay 500/600 per planter.. but your RUDE and unhelpful attitude turned us away IMMEDIATELY. We are happy to pay double elsewhere just for better customer service. This place is open but they just accepts checks and cash due to vivid and can't open the office for card use due to covid-19 restrictions. They have an amazing selection of pots, fountains and statues big and small even a few wood and or stone/tile tables. Mid range prices and good customer service. Worst customer service ever. Lady walked away like we had the plague. Asked for a small discount off over $1000 worth of pots and the owner literally walked away said nothing. Which meant we walked away with nothing. Just over all a really disappointing experience. Horrible service, they are rude and they treat you poorly. There were 2 ladies the day I came in one, and both were in a terrible mood, you could sense their rudeness from far away. The shorter lady, yells to customers from far away so don't hit the ceiling when she yells LOL Also they have a very disorganized parking lot, and you have to park in the street. I would highly recommend that you skip this place and visit Fabbri Statuary in American Canyon. They actually care about their customers. read more
