Every time I'm passing through Sacramento to Napa, I always enjoy stopping at the outlets and especially..... LOFT. They carry so many designs and styles.... they always have discounts going on as well. On my last visit there, I was assisted by Alona (had her write it down for accuracy) she was kind, professional, asked if I was a member with any coupons, etc. I just felt recognized, happily assisted, and found some really good retail bargains. I always find it worth my while to check out the LOFT outlet when find myself near the Vacaville outlets. The shop is clean and organized. The clothes are styled and displayed beautifully. The styles range from bold, frilly to classic, neutrals. The main attraction for me is the petite section. Having a dedicated petite section is rare in any women's clothing shop and in particular in an outlet shop. Plus they always seem to have a markdown. Anyways on my last shopping trip, part of my purchase was incomplete. The cashier made a honest mistake. I did not notice it was missing until I got home. Oh boy. So the next day I called the store and explained. The associate said the manager will call me back in a few days. I thought to myself, this may go nowhere. But no, the manager called back. She made arrangements and left instructions for the staff regarding my order. I told her I would not be back for a couple of months. She replied that it would be no problem. Sure enough it was not. On my return visit, I explained to the associate and she had to check the notes. She quickly returned and my transaction was fixed and completed. I understand that mistakes happen. The management handled the situation well and rectified the problem. The staff was informed of my situation and was ready for my return visit. The transaction was quick and effortless. Super disappointed in management on 9/29 around 2pm. I know my request may break "store policy" I exchanged a pair of pants 2 weeks ago for size- returned a 2 for a 4. When I got home I tore the tags off, threw the receipt away (know that they have my # as a loyalty member) when I put them on they were a 6! I live 30 miles away... drove there to exchange and found a few more things. Amanda was amazing. When I got to the counter I was told they can't exchange. The MOD said she can't even look for my transaction without the tags! These corduroy pants were in the front of the store and a new collection. I get it, I've been in retail 20 years but come on! I bought the pants with my phone # and a meant to buy a 4! I'm explained this over and over but she was too busy trying to get coverage for a call out then to make a customer happy. I left with my pants and didn't buy anything that I had in my hands. Sorry this is unacceptable. I have shopped Ann Taylor in Las Vegas for 10 years. Clearly customer service wasn't trained here. I only wanted a smaller size and was buying more! read more

Today I went to the Loft Outlet in search of skirts. I've had challenges with the right fit at other stores and wanted to give the Loft a try! I did indeed find a variety of skirts and the fit was perfect! More amazing than this discovery was the experience I had with ANAMARIE! Her customer service is off the charts! I greatly appreciate how kindly she welcomed me and inquired if she could help me find something! She found several skirts and started a room for me. While I was trying on items, she looked throughout the store for more skirts in my size. She made my job effortless and I enjoyed the special attention. Thank you ANAMARIE! Styles have really gone downhill over the years. And this store has a weird smell, like nursing home. Can't stay long enough to even shop.

I started my "back to school" shopping for the kids a little early this year at the Vacaville outlets. Now that I have a high school student in my midsts, its hard to keep up with her changing taste in clothes. Gone are the days of sweats, shorts and t-shirts. She's stepping up her wardrobe, which I should be happy about, but can't seem to keep up with. Luckily, taking her to a store like the Loft Outlet works for both of us. I'm able to find some more relaxed outfits to wear to work and she can find some nice tops and sweaters to upgrade her style. Most of the time we are able to find outfits that meets our approvals, and there's almost always a sale when we go, like the 40% off everything they had today. Yay! Oh dear, I hope we don't end up liking the same things here. Last thing I need is to go searching for my clothes in her closet. read more

I am a begruding fan of Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft (now just Loft) because of their ability to provide me with a solid, dependable work wardrobe. I've frequented the Ann Taylor outlet store in the same shopping center and usually luck out with a few key work wardrobe pieces. I was excited, on my most recent Vacaville trip to see that they opened a Loft outlet as well. Oftentimes, the Loft prices are a little more budget friendly and more age appropriate for a younger demographic. I've never been to a Loft outlet before, but was pretty impressed with the size of this location, especially the Petite section. I was impressed by the selection of sizes-they pretty much had one of everything when it came to size ranges both in regular and petite. In the regular retail Loft locations and even online, finding your size is always a challenge. However, I wasn't too bowled over by the actual selections. It was a lot of floral, peachy, pastely pieces that were too fluffy and feminine for work, and even play, for that matter. It seemed a little more dowdy than Loft retail stores and the clothing almost seemed a full year off trend. I realize that's the risk of outlet shopping in general but I was just overall disappointed in the outlet version of one of my favorite stores. I'd like to rate it more than 3 stars, mainly for the superb customer service, well laid out store and the plethora of sizes. The ladies working there were super friendly and attentive. To be fair, I did walk out with some great denim slim crop pants for summer and a fun polka-dot dress. However, even the prices weren't that amazing-I would say they are only about $10-$15 cheaper than the retail Loft. For pieces that aren't even that current, I can't see spending more money here, despite how much I really WANTED to. I'll check it out again, perhaps in another season (Fall/Winter) and see if there is any improvement in the selection. If you like the Loft and don't mind styles that are't quite current, then it's worth a look.... read more

Had a great first experience the other day and would definitely return to this store. They have great work/casual clothes and I was able to take advantage of the great sale they were having. Megan was so kind and helpful, she helped me pull dresses and sizes and gave excellent customer service with out being pushy. It seems like now days store associates either can't be bothered to help you or they are pushing too hard for the sale, Megan's service was a breath of fresh air! read more

For an up coming event that I'm going to in a week, I needed to buy an outfit ASAP! Keep in mind I don't wear nice dresses (I'm more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal). So this is the first place I could think of to go to. And thank goodness I did because I never made it to the other stores that I had planned on visiting that day. Not only did I get an outfit for the event, but I bought 5 more outfits that I could wear to other events that would be coming up! Thanks to Bethany (the store manager) who was there when I stepped in the store and saw me lost and wide eyed, she stepped up and guided me through all the clothes that would be appropriate for my event and all the styles that worked perfectly with my body type and skin tone! She really knew her fashion! By the end of the day I had three great store attendants with Darci and Stephanie stepping in for Bethany when she had to leave. This store has casual, dressy casual and business casual apparel. (you'll probably spend more than you plan on, so get your credit cards ready ). I'll definitely be coming back to check out their Winter Selection on clothes. read more

LOFT Outlet - Loft front entrance - Accessories Near Me - Vacaville, California

My mom and I love this store. The outfits they carry are more on the feminine causal side yet classy. Good selection of clothes for going out on dates and casual parties! They don't carry anything too sexy or too tight fitting or anything that makes you look cheap. So most of the outfits are pretty reserved. During Christmas time they do have some nice dresses and other outfits for the evenings. I don't see a lot of dress suits stock in this store, but a lot of the tops are perfect for wearing underneath a suit jacket. So it would be OK to have a few dress suits at home and get all these different tops here to make a different look everyday at work. Prices are hit or miss just like all the outlet stores. But they've been good at stocking up on all sizes. They also have new style of clothes come in quite often. The layout of the store is very easy on the eye and easy to reach for clothes. Never understand why some stores would stock clothes beyond reach. Anyway, best time to shop is on the weekend and during sidewalk sales. The whole store seems to be on sale during those days. The clearance section also gets extra discount on holidays! There's also a petite section at the back corner of the store which is perfect for ladies like my mom. Background music is never loud so I can shop more pleasantly. Employees are friendly and glad they don't bug me. Fitting rooms don't have locked doors, they use nice thick curtain so I can just go in anytime I need to try something on. I also think this store is one of the best women clothes store in this outlet for the price, quality, style and trendiness. The location seems hidden because it's so far away from any outlet entrance and can't been seen on either Orange Dr. or Nut Tree road (the main streets). It's actually right next to Gap in the back. read more

The great thing about this store is the clearance section. You'll have to look, a lot, but there are some great deals to be had in the clearance section. The sales people are all very, very young and have lots of great ideas for keeping my work wardrobe fresh. read more

Bought 3 skirts and 1 work pant ! They have petite sizes which is awesome! Really hard to find. We were on our way back from Tahoe and thought why not drop by since it's on the way. Prices were very fair and the staff was really nice. They immediately started my fitting room and was very welcome to as many garmets as I wish. There weren't that many shoppers in there since we went on a weekday so that was an extra bonus. I never really thought much of loft's style but the more I shop there, the more I'm loving it. All items are very suitable for work-wear which is a huge bonus...I use that to lever whether or not it is purchasable ---if I can dress it to be casual and work, then I'm in! I've recently been shopping at Loft/Ann Taylor more often after discovering their perfect sizing of blouses for me. The prices at the regular stores have been a strain on my wallet so I was excited to find out there was a Loft Outlet in Vacaville. This is considered far for me, but I was glad I came. It seems more than half of the stuff here is weekend casual fashion. There was a huge selection everyday casual sweaters and tops when I was here a week ago but I didn't like any of them. I was most surprised by the wide jelewry selection. The Loft I often visit usually only has a few pieces that are geared towards a more professional/party look. However, this Loft Outlet had a lot of more fun casual pieces. Downside is that they were still pricey for me even with the current discount. The petit section here is larger than your average Loft and it even has it's own clearance section. What I'm most happy about was finding a great blouse for such a steal price. I almost bought something similar at the regular Loft for more than double what I paid here. Of course, this is an outlet store so it could be a hit or miss in regards to finding something you like at a price you're willing to pay. I'd say the majority of savings can range from $10-$30 off original prices. I didn't interact with the staff much while shopping here, but they seemed nice and approachable. I'll definitely be coming back when I get the chance. read more
