Love Charlotte Russe but this locations air conditioning has been broken for 2 weeks! Poor workers must be so hot I was hot and my cheeks were bright red after only shopping in there for 15 minutes ! very cute clothes! workers are very rude tho. not acknowledged at all, and when paying in the front, lady was very rude towards me. i asked for a medium tank top that needed to be taken down from a high place. worker said "there is no medium, only large and xl" i proceeded to say that i saw a medium and she disagreed with me but still walked to grab the top. she was wrong, she grabbed the medium and came back to the counter with nothing to say. scanned my items and threw them into the bag. after i paid she just threw the bag onto the counter. i say "the tank top was a medium right" -- she says "yes" in a rude tone. overall good clothing options, but workers are just very rude! read more

I am at the Vacaville store. Was waiting to get in at 10::07 doors still not open. Can see worker in side. I call inside and told the store not opening at store hours due to a bank run. No notice on door no one came to door to say this and they see me there. Then a rude worker comes out and says they did not see me thur all the open glass. Then told me I did not have to come back. They have an insane variety of fashionable clothing--dresses, jeans, tops, sweaters, lingerie, outerwear, shoes ... and they're all VERY reasonable priced. Think Forever 21 prices, girls. You can literally find full outfits (including top, bottoms, shoes, and accessories) for under $100. Even sometimes under $50! These are clothes you won't find anywhere else! All I can say the store is a bunch of thieves. I went to buy some sweatpants and when I paid at the register debit card, they had me insert my pin twice I then go to check my account and they rung me up twice. I showed them the transaction on my mobile app and they said the only thing they can do is store credit and that they are unable to refund me. I told him I don't want store credit that I want to be refunded after about an hour talking to the head manager they rung me up for store credit and said I had to contact Customer Care basically forcing me to either buy more of their product or lose my money completely unprofessional Alina and Alondra definitely need to be replaced. They call themselves managers and didn't do anything to resolve the mistake that their employee did. Why would I take store credit when it wasn't something I was returning but the mistake of them charging me twice for the same stuff . read more

So I have a lot to say about this place and 99% of it is not good. Let's start with the fact that I was never greeted or acknowledged in any way. I waited for it and looked at all of the associates and not one word or smile. From what I counted there was 6 or 7 people working and maybe a total of 5 people shopping. I don't think this place is very shoppable... All the clothes are SHOVED onto racks and you can hardly browse though it. The ONE good thing I can say is they have great sales if you come on the right day. But then again, their registers don't ring up the sales that are posted, so you better keep your eyes on the screen as they ring up your clothes!!!!! Another issue I came upon was the fact that I had to hunt someone down to get me into a dressing room. When I finally did she was supposed to start a room for me, and she didn't end up putting all the clothes I had in my room. I found a pair of jeans I wanted to try on in the go back area. That was annoying. SO pretty much I will probably never come back here again, besides to get my money back because something rang up more than the sign said it was (and anyone would know that this is a hassle and very annoying). Outlet? More like a regular store with an extra clearance rack in the back. All of the prices are exactly the same as in the regular mall location in Fairfield. I guess maybe the stuff on their clearance racks in the back is older than the stuff on the clearance racks at the mall. I've seen some really, really weird nobody-will-ever-buy-this-for-any-reason stuff on the racks for as little as $1.99, but then again, nobody wants it. The front of the store usually looks pretty good, but it gets messier and messier as you go toward the back. The service seems to be totally different every time I go in... some days everyone is greeting you, some days nobody acknowledges you're there. Some days it's all about taking your items, giving you a number, and showing you into a dressing room, and some days you're completely on your own; find your own dressing room and do it yourself. Once I saw something I liked on their website store, it was also on sale half price , so I just popped over to the outlet store to try it on-- but it was full price at the outlet. I mentioned that it was currently half price online... surely they would give me the same price in the store? The response I got? Customer service is 1 Star. I came in tonight. Nobody was in the store there was 3 associates one girl saw me standing by the changing rooms. Obviously I'm not just standing there for nothing. She made eye contact with me then continued to do what she was doing. So I had to ask her myself if she could open it for me. Then I went to the register and was waiting for a couple of minutes that I don't mind because they always have things to look at like the perfumes so I was smelling those while I was waiting. March 22, 2013 749pm First time i visited this store after dropping by BCBG. I was already upset about no customer service at all from BCBG hoping this store was going to be better, at least. Same thing, no ackowledgement from the employees, they were all too busy putting away clothes, it was still an hour before closing. I do understand the store needed to be cleaned up but what is wrong with saying hi! at least. Really, what is going on now with customer service? One of the employees looked irritated when she would pass by me because my son's stroller seemd to be in her way. i could easily tell with her reaction. This store was an absolute mess! The shoe section looked like a tornado went through it. It was hard to find the shoes you want because shoes are thrown everywhere. Boxes of shoes are open and missing shoes and it was just craziness. The accessories section was organized and it was easy to go through. It is weird how the music was turned off 15min before the store closed so everyone was shopping in an almost awkward silence. read more

This store is huge! A lot more bigger than locations around where I live. But their merchandise seems to be rather disorganized which makes looking through it kind of annoying. They have a huge selection of shoes and accessories at great prices. The employees seem to be scarce at this place because I don't really seem them around except for the register. I came here on president's day weekend so the store had a lot of traffic but not too crazy. I was in search of some affordable wedges. There was an employee designated to the shoe area who kindly asked if I needed assistance. They didn't have many wedges but they had a decent amount of shoes, but much less than non-outlet Charlotte Russe stores. I didnt see any wedges to my liking but I did find great deals on their flats and sandals. I didn't have much time to browse their clothes, but from what I saw, the rest of the store looked clean and organized. The cashier also offered to sign me up for their email deal for 10% off. Charlotte Russe is my all-time favorite store! It's a hit or a miss with sales. This store is always full of sale racks and clearance. I come here on a weekly basis. This is definitely an outlet store. I seen shirts here from months ago on the sale rack. You know those vnecks and scoop shirts. No big deal! It's like $5-15. I love their deals here! You just have to catch them on shopular app to find them! My only concern about this place is having their sale associates look over to the fitting room. It takes 15-20 minutes for me to get one. I'm here on a weekly basis so for an example last week... nobody was in the store... maybe 2-3 customers and 3 workers but nobody wanted to look over the fitting room area when I'm standing in front of the stalls needing assistance. I don't get offer for help or even greeted at the door. I will still shop here but I'm not going to walk over the store finding somebody to open a fitting room stall. I've also watched employees chit chat at the register and they don't look around the store... my only suggestion is prioritize the fitting room! I highly doubt keeping the store clean is a priority! It's always looks half empty anyways from all their sales! read more

So disappointed when I walked in there yesterday. I am 8 months pregnant but a small 8 months, so I do not wear all maternity clothes. I went in there to browse their dresses and was completely dismissed by every single employee in there. They took one look at me and turned their head. Okay, I and my friend work in the Vacaville Premium Outlets ourselves. It was my first time coming into Charlotte Rousse. Heard of it just never been there. Rue 21 is my go to store. My experience was ... the WORST. The absolute worse. Most stores in the outlets you are greeted and get A+++++++ customer service. Sometimes too much to where you think the person is " annoying ". Haha 1) NO Good Deals/Sales 2)Weird, Stinky Smell 3) NOT ONE PERSON GREETED ME, MY FRIEND OR MOM. THEY WERE ALL BUSY CHATTING AWAY. WE WERE IN THERE FOR A GOOD 25 MINS. NOT ONE WORD. 4) My Mom asked " Is there a manager here? " and the lady said " I am. " and it was like HOW? 5) The " manager " saw us struggling to get jewelry untangled ( that's why my Mom asked the above question ) and she just sat there. Just gossiping with the rest of her team. 6) A sales associate ( who was not African-American ) kept saying " n*gga. " and how they hated people because a lady had a lot of " go backs " ( items she didn't want anymore ) after she left the store. It was so unprofessional. I hope the manager reads these Yelp reviews and takes it into perspective that she needs to go get trained on customer service etiquette as well as her team. I stopped by this store today at 10:30, I know the time because I was on a break. When I walked in there was someone in the shoe section and someone behind the register. I never was greeted or acknowledged. I had to ask for help and for a fitting room and it seemed like it was bothering her. I bought a few shirts from the sale rack and when I returned to work I realized they over charged me for a shirt so I wanted to compare the "item numbers" to my receipt. Well the one shirt that I know for a fact that was in the sale rack (their were plenty of other ones)didn't have a tag when o took it out of the bag. So this sales associate instead of asking me to grab another shirt like it that actually had a tag took it upon herself to charge me $15.99. I called them immediately and they told me that was fine to bring in the shirt and they would check the price. My coworker goes in there for me and they tell her they can't check the item and a bunch of BS. All the girls that work there probably don't have the slightest clue what customer service means. Went to the outlet Charlotte Russe in vacaville. When i walk in i was not greeted, i was not helped or asked if i needed help finding something(which i did) the girls would bump into you if they were walking, it happen more than once they would just walk infront of you without saying exuse me. When i went to pay i was still not greeted not even a hello only when i said it and that was when she was half way though check out . My sisters and I were out on a sister date of sorts and we ended up at the Vacaville Outlets. We entered this store and it was a mess, items were falling off the hangers and spilling to the floors. It appeared they had a full staff on duty, but it looked like no one was working. There were 4 - 5 people behind the register having a full on conversation while my little sister struggled to pull a dress down from a wall display. There was only one girl in the whole store that was willing to help; she went above and beyond to accommodate my little sister. (I think her name was Jasmine) She opened a dressing room for her; got her items she needed in different sizes and also checked on me while assisting my little sis. There was one dress in particular my little sister really liked but there was only one in her size. The one she chose had a button that was literally hanging by a string. (The dress was like a halter and the button held the dress together at the neck). There were no more dresses on the floor or in the back and being the big sister I am, I asked if there could be an additional dollar amount taken off. The cashier was rude, and told me I could email the corporate office. (I am the type of person of, it's not what you say it's how you say it), I grabbed my sister and was headed out the store; however my little sister fell in love with the dress and wanted it anyway. She made that purchase, but I on the other hand dropped everything in my hands and walked out. This store will NEVER get my money or business! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I was shopping for my birthday outfit and didn't received any acknowledgement my whole time in the store which was 45 minutes. When going to make my purchase the girl ran to the back so I waited 10 minutes for her to come back. When she did as she was ringing me up another associate im assuming the manager on duty came up and started to ask the associate not to tell anyone she was leaving. That started up a whole conversation all while im standing there trying to finish my transaction. Word of advice allow that girl to leave. I am a manager of a store and I would be mortified if this is how the store is run in my absense. I believe Sara is the name of the store manager and some serious coaching needs to happen. I suggest a district visit, I came all the way from Napa to be treated like I dont exist. It was a Monday May 12th at 3pm with no one else in the store I would suggest you pay attention to the only customer you have.
