I heard that since Jennifer took over the place is always busy ..even as a working mom with the next generation in tow this 3rd generation owner is Absolutely proving she belongs ... I was throughly impressed Needed 10 shirts made had no problem in completing my order I was able to Pic them up the next week. Right as you walk in you're greeting by staff, there are a variety options of clothing to choose from; just plain T's to graphic & even plaid button ups, jeans, sweat suits, hoodies you name it it's hear. $25 for a hoodie or zip-up, $15 for 3 plain T's...deal I'll take it. (Prices vary + tax) Overall it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Customer service was polite, gracious, and open to questions. Came here to pick up some men's sweats. They still have the Renegade brand, which I can't find around Sonoma County. We use to have a similar store but it closed down a few years ago. Employees here are very friendly and helpful. They sell printed shirts, shorts, jeans, belts, hats, glasses and shoes. Pretty much everything "hip hop style" clothing. read more

Went in and wasn't greeted. Lady with the dyed red hair was busy talking to a friend on her cellphone. Then for a brief moment ask what size and I told her looking for polyester blend shirts and was given a very hard cold no in a tone like "ain't nobody got time for you." Then proceeded to talk on the phone. Customer service is lacking. While I was there looked at their prices of cotton shirts and was surprised how expensive and not very soft they were. read more

Horrible experience, don't go here! I went in to place a simple order of 2 custom design t-shirts. I dealt directly with Jennifer during this 8 day ordeal which was more than enough time. Jennifer has an extremely evil and nasty attitude. Every time I communicated with her she showed no value to me as a customer patronizing this store. She was rude, cold, uncaring, detached and lacked professionalism and customer service skills. Jennifer needs to be FIRED!! These t-shirts were for a very special occasion which Jennifer ruined. During the span of 8 days I made 3 trips to this store, sent 8 text messages to her, 5 emails and 3 phone calls in order to make sure my order would be successful and arrive on time only to go there on the final day to be told that my order was not only ready but could not be done. Jennifer strung me along, lied and made false promises. She verbally said on day 1 that they can do the job and meet my time frame otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. She does not know what she is doing and does not know how to communicate. When I placed my order, I told her I needed it on 4/24. She says my guy who does the printing will be off that day but I will have him come in. I responded, are you sure? She said, "Yes, I'm his boss and he'll come in if I tell him to". So I provided her a picture drawing of what I wanted which she took pics of my drawing and business logos with her cell phone and asked me to email this same info to her print guy which I did on the same day. She never gave me ANY further instructions. I followed up in 4 days and she tells me yes her guy received the email and he can do the job so I tell her I will be there on 4/24 before they close to pick up and she says okay. I don't hear anything more so on 4/23, the day before my order is due I called to check the status and she's yelling and angry saying "you didn't give us the right file so we can't do the job and I have to pay my staff for coming in on his day off for nothing and I can't be wasting money like that". She made everything my fault and doesn't offer any kind of resolution nor satisfaction to me as a customer. She clearly does not know what she is doing and I will NEVER step foot in this store again!!! They lost my business and I will be sure to let EVERYONE know what horrible service TripleH Clothing store provides. Don't waste your time nor money. There are other local businesses that would be eager to assist our needs. read more

This place is a rip off!! !if you're a big guy don't belive the sizes. .. I bought 5shirts from there, supposed to be 4xl .. I got home tried them on !And they were all a tight fit!! Like I put on a 2xl.. they must be in Asian sizes???? Oh ya I notice all the bootleg nike, and soprts apparel.. all fake stuff from china!!plus they don't give refunds you have to exchange for more crappy stuff!!! My wife and i were in there a long time ago and heard the owner tell three little black girls..." if they didn't have money they shouldn't touch anything"!
