They are a husband-and-wife duo who both have medical/physiotherapy backgrounds. Accordingly, their passion for cycling extends beyond the bike itself and into ensuring that you'll get the most out of that bike from a health standpoint. I came in to buy an e-bike and left knowing that I purchased not only an e-bike, but a connection to a business that will provide great service on that bike for years to come. I called ahead to see if they carried the Urtopia Carbon Fold 2 and, luckily, they did. When I arrived later that day, Julia and Steve greeted me, remembered who I was, and let me try out the bike for as long as I needed to ensure it was the right fit. They even had a demo helmet that fit my comically oversized head! In a world of impersonal Amazon doorstep deliveries, a place where you can actually try out and ask questions about the expensive purchase you are about to make goes a long way.
