It's impossible for me to leave a more enthusiastic, glowing, positive review. I was having issues with my road bike. Jim - who is amazingly patient, helpful, professional and everything one could want in an advisor - helped me sort through the issues and ultimately conclude that I had purchased the wrong bike for my weight and training needs. About 8 months ago I got on the list for the about-to-be-announced 2023 Trek Madone, figuring that I'd see it some time next year, and last week these sneaky sneaks called me in under a sneakily false pretense to surprise me with the bike. Christmas came at Thanksgiving and I was - and am - blown away by the excellence of customer service plus the personalized thought and sentiment that went into the delivery. And let's talk about the bike. The 2023 Madone has the light/lively feel, snappy acceleration and nimble handling of my 2013 Madone, and it also has the 2021 Madone's freight train charge into head winds and the same urgency to keep pulling past 26+ mph on the flats. When it's time to rein it in, the brakes are amazingly confident. What I did not expect - at all - was how comfortable the new Madone is over rough pavement. The bike never feels sloppy, just razor sharp, direct, and immediately responsive, but when I'm wailing down torn up roads I can't believe the lack of jarring bumps. I always kept my 2021 set to the middle ISO setting, and the 2023 somehow feels stiffer on smooth pavement and then softer over the bumps. It's some real sorcery. Thank you, Trek Napa, for keeping me rolling and being such a trusted resource in Napa Valley. You have a customer for life!

I drop my bike off with Jim go drink wine and when I come back my bike is always dialed in and ready for more abuse.

If you're planning to bike around Sonoma, do yourself a favor and rent from Sonoma Valley Bikes…read more This place is fantastic. We booked our bikes online for two days of riding, and when we showed up Emily already had everything dialed in and ready to go. But the real magic was the itinerary she created for us. She mapped out two days of riding that were basically the perfect Sonoma combo: beautiful routes, great lunch stops, and wineries along the way. We followed her plan exactly and it felt like having a local cycling guide in our pocket. Amazing roads, gorgeous scenery, delicious food, and wine stops at just the right moments (very important cycling fuel, obviously). Huge thank you to Emily and the team at Sonoma Valley Bike Tours & Rentals for making our trip so easy and so much fun. We're already looking forward to coming back and doing it again! ‍

He said we could do a more history centric tour, or winery centric tour. We chose historic. First, we stopped off at historic House of General Vallejo, then we rode to Buena Vista winery. We had a wine tasting there where Antwon was super-accommodating for my husbands very specific wine tastes. Then we traveled throughout Vineyards to go through Bartholomew park and back to the Square. We had an olive oil tasting at Figone's on the plaza which was delicious. We had excellent weather and the day couldn't have been better.
