I had a fantastic experience with Reuben at Pop Cycles. I had 3 bikes that had been neglected for years in the yard. Sun, rain, dirt...they were in rough shape. The logistics of transporting 3 bikes to a shop was daunting and I knew it would cost a lot and take weeks given the condition they were in. I called Reuben on Wednesday. He came that day, picked them up and I had the bikes back by Monday.
