Came in last week needing new tires for my son's mountain bike. The gentleman working, long beard, shaved head, sorry I didn't catch his name, was amazing! He didn't try to over sell me, asked what the tires were for... explained my 11 year old just rides around town no trails... he sold me a quality set of tires without emptying my account! Will definitely be back! read more

I have always gotten superb help from The Hub, and I recommend them unreservedly! Just today (9/30/2026, in the morning), Seth was terrific when I limped in with a broken pedal; he looked up options, informed me of the possibilities, and even put on a loaner pair of pedals until the ones I need arrive after ordering them for me. He also was awesome helping the person in front of me, as I sat quietly in the comfortable shop and drank some water. This is a quality bike shop with honorable people who seem to get fulfillment from truly assisting people who are lucky enough to roll in the door, so BRAVO to The Hub and I will remain a steadfast customer and supporter! read more

The Hub Bicycles - Bike repaired - Bikes Near Me - Napa, California

Very nice guys. Serviced two my bikes here. Nice prices. Replaced chain here. Tyres and serviced my bikes. Thank you

Although I was not provided service for my broken bicycle, at least the associate was very informative regarding the damage sustained from wear and tear. I'm not a bike enthusiast but I do utilize my two wheeler at a wide workplace campus. I'd recommend this shop to anyone for repairs. read more

This establishment has excellent customer service! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back.

After months of shopping for the right bike, I came into contact with The Hub Bicycles in Napa and just purchased my purchase today! Keith answered all of my questions and got me fully set up with my new bike. He is super knowledgeable and just overall, a good guy. Ive visited The Hub a several times over the past few years and everyone there is always super nice and welcoming. If you're in the market for a new bike or need anything bike related, The Hub has you covered! read more

I come up to the area every year volunteering for a Sea Scout competition and bring my electric scooter. They have helped me the past two years with hard-to-source tubes/fixes for a couple flats I've had. Always friendly and helpful service no matter who you talk to, can't recommend them enough! read more

We have bought a few bikes and accessories from them over the years. Keith and his entire team are always amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, super helpful. They're the only bike shop in town that we frequent and are always the first stop whenever we need something. Their inventory is great and prices are real affordable. Today we bought my daughter her first ever bike & couldn't be happier ti have bought it from Keith and his great team!! read more

I went in The Hub today for no particular reason Look around for a bit and I ended up purchasing a pair of gloves. While at the register I remembered I needed to get some info on greasing the lower linkage on my Santa Cruz 5010. There was a second guy at the register (ill just call him Mr. Know-it-all) who kept on shutting me down Telling me things like "Santa Cruz doesn't use grea8se ports on their linkage anymore, that's old technology" even after I reminded him that my bike was a year 2021 model. I kindly told him "I have the bike right outside I can bring it in and show you if you like" Of course he refused to look at it because Just like anyone who thinks they know-it-all, hates to be shown otherwise. He says to me "if your bike didn't come with a grease gun it doesn't have a grease fitting". After that I walked out. I could go get are all my parts online and get all my information from YouTube but I dont want to see local bike shops die. I would think that being a Santa Cruz authorized dealer would mean you should be able to answer any type of questions about their bikes accurately. So not only did this guy make himself look like an idiot, He is bad for the shop's business because I (A paying customer) probably won't go back. I am leaving a few pictures for Mr. Know-it-all. read more

I go back a long ways with this Bicycle shop the customer is first. They want you back on your bike as going through a turnstop door. Always easy going with phone check in and email updates. Ive even heard they have plans / I was featured on KTVU 2 National News awhile back with my bike. Thanks The Hub Bicycles. read more

The Hub Bicycles - Happy feet. - Bikes Near Me - Napa, California

The hub never disappoints. Everyone in there cares about the customers. They have serviced a few of my bikes and some days got me back out in the trails in the same day if parts and time were available. The only shop in Napa I deal with! read more

They are hands down the best shop in Napa. I have had them work on my Surly Disc Trucker, my wife's Novara (REI house brand) Corsa (hybrid), and my Giant TCR Advance 1 Disc road bike. They are knowledgable about all things with two wheels, and would not hesitate to recommend this shop. I brought my TCR in after trying to do some upgrades myself, and Lex and Keith were very understanding and helped me realize what I was doing wrong. They are quite busy, but I wasn't in a rush. I had my bike back better than ever in about two weeks. Since COVID started, bike shops are having trouble with supply chain issues, but it wasn't a problem. They were happy to help me with my TCR upgrade project, and their shop prices and policies are totally reasonable. read more

I like this place. They don't make me feel dumb when I go in. I don't own a regular bicycle, I used to be really into bmx but things have changed, mainly my physical capabilities and knowlege retention. I have a motorized bicycle so things sometimes need to be manipulated to get them to work. I don't get asked a thousand questions for a chain link, you feel me. I don't think I will be ever buying a new bicycle, have you seen the price of those things? Gotta take a mortgage out and shizz. However, if i were, i would definately go here first. Hours are good as well. Parking is plentiful. The front door is a automatic slider so dont try to open it. read more

Went to the other bike shop in napa, Initials being BW. i stood around but no one asked if I needed help. Another customer told me where bike helmets were; they not well displayed. They were on the floor by the wall and barely visible. Not much of a selection so I went to Hub. Friendly service by Seth, who helped me decide on helmet and bike lock. Felt no pressure to buy particular brand or the most expensive stuff. Later in afternoon went back to get a rearview mirror. This time Dennis helped me select one (of several types), and he installed it into my handlebar. This place is a real bike shop with low key knowledgeable staff, unlike BW which seems like a clothing shop with limited bike accessories. read more

I took my bike here for new tubes. They were friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. Looks like they have a good selection of bikes and accessories as well. read more

I was in the market for a new fender and some grips for my beer bike. A tall gentle man helped me and he was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I was looking for a bike for my 10yr son during Christmas, this store was the store we ended up at after searching several stores. We found a bike and what made this purchase special enough to write a review is simply the customer service that you receive at the HUB , you guys are awesome please keep doing what you are doing . I'll be sure to send more business your way !!! Great job read more

They don't even deserve one star. They are complete idiots when it comes to business. I paid for a $300 kid bike at Giant web site to be picked up from their store in Napa for my nephew (I don't live in Napa). They insisted that they will not give the bike because it may be credit card fraud etc. Yet they said they will sell me the same bike on the phone with my credit card. Dumbest thing I have heard. They deserve to lose this business and yours too. Go elsewhere. read more

We visited the shop for the 1st time this week. We were interested in ebikes and needed some assistance. Knowledgeable and friendly staff at the shop. Took my road bike down for some repairs and a tune up. The technicians in the shop took their time in explaining what was going to be done to the bike and offered their opinions as well on what repairs would be beneficial. They explained the price of everything so there are no hidden fees at the end. My bike had a complete tune up, replaced all the cables and brake pads, new seat, flushed and cleaned the gears, new handlebar wrap, and it was done and back at my house in two business days. Awesome! Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to get a new bike or need a tune up for a bike you currently have. Besides various bicycles, the shop has a selection of gear(clothing, helmets, shoes, and everything in between) for sale. read more

Still a great bike shop! When I was younger, I used to come here for BMX; it was called Bicycle Madness (not sure if just a name change or new owner). After nearly 10 years and I came in looking for a bike for my wife and a trailer to pull my 2 year old son. The staff was very helpful and demoed everything for us; ripping open boxes and taking their time answering our questions. Gave us a great deal on everything and threw in a lot of accessories. They also had a nice selection of kid's bikes. I'm going back to replace my old bike so I can keep up with my wife. Definitely still recommend this place. read more

I've rode my bike a couple of times, since bringing it out here from Michigan. My ride didn't quite feel safe. Spent a few moments at The Hub & my 2 wheeler is fixed. Fixed to my satisfaction. Fixed for safety! read more

Could not have been a better experience. Keith took a lot of time explaining the features of the bikes, and saved me $200 by selling me a year old model for my wife that only had a different pain job than the current one. They set the bikes up for us and even installed our bike rack on my car. My other local bike shop experience was nowhere near this good. Go to The Hub. read more

The Hub Bicycles - Thanks Keith - Bikes Near Me - Napa, California

I bought a bike here last year and couldn't have been happier with my purchase AND the experience. I'm not a big biker, just wanted something to cruise around on and Keith and his staff really listened to my needs. I ended up with a Townie, which is now the envy of my friends and family. I bought a family member there last week for a bike like mine and was once again experienced exceptional service and knowledge. read more

I've been taking my bikes to the Hub for a few years. The level of customer service is excellent. I am far from a bike mechanic and they are always happy to take the time to explain things to me. When I have bought parts and accessories they always give me a range of options to choose from and they never push me towards the most expensive items. They are very knowledgeable and their prices extremely reasonable. If you're looking for a great local bike shop The Hub is your spot. read more

The Hub is as good as it gets! Keith, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. He and his team know everything there is to know about cycling and are great at listening to you to better understand your needs and then are able to offer excellent recommendations. My girlfriend and I went in yesterday to pick up a couple of accessories and were helped by Keith and one of his team members. We couldn't have been happier. A few months back we bought my girlfriend a new bike from them and Keith helped us get into the perfect frame and style of bike, within our set budget, and better yet they have been so great at fine tuning it for us since we have been using it. Keep it up guys. Thanks for being the best around!! read more

The Hub Bicycles - Bikes Near Me - Napa, California

My husband and I bought out bikes here almost a year ago. We have so enjoyed our experience. Our bikes are perfect for us and it's because of the expert advice of the staff at the Hub. When picking out our bikes the staff spent lots of time with us to ensure we got just the right bikes and fit. Since then we've been back several times for complementary maintenance. This time the staff found a thorn in my husbands a bicycle tire. Unfortunately it punched the tube. They took care of it although changing a tired was a bit pricy $19, but they did the maintenance of our bikes for free. We love the service although I think we're going to purchase a kit to change our own tubes in the future. Definitely out place for bike purchases and maintenance. read more

I've been coming here practically since they opened. The Hub is easily the best bike shop in Napa and the only one I can unequivocally recommend. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are capable of doing anything you need for your bike. They are all regular bicyclists and they only carry products that they would use themselves. They stand by both their work and their products, and they have always resolved any issue that I brought to their attention. For instance, they stopped selling a style of panniers after I informed them that they were defective. I used to ride a cheap bike that constantly broke down but they kept it running for ten years longer than it should have lasted. When I finally decided to get a reliable bike, I of course came to The Hub where they found me something perfect for my needs. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. read more

Bought a new E bike from Giant and had it delivered to the hub. The bike came with a manufacturer flaw and they took the part off one of their bikes in stock and had me on the trail that day. They went out of their way to get it fixed ASAP. The owner (Keith) and his crew are good people. Will definitely buy from them again!! read more
