She was in a bit of a mood and didn't want to go into the store (strangers), and Julie, as a mother herself, brought the helmet outside to us to be able to try it on. I am so thankful that Julie was so accommodating and kind. The helmet fit perfectly and our toddler loves it! I can't wait to return back to AC Bike Shop for future biking needs. The efforts from Eddy, Matt, and the whole rest of the team from Big Dave's proved me wrong in a good way! The work done overall was expensive and somewhat inconvenient needing to go back the next day to get the brakes readjusted. However, after going to them on numerous other occasions and receiving good advice and results, I'm giving them five stars. In addition, the repair also spares me from contacting the bike manufacture to get approval for returning the bike. I can't fathom how pricey the shipping alone would be to send the bike back.

The camp used to be good but there is a complete lack of discipline this year. There is a lack of…read moreoversight from the camp staff, and group of kids were bullying others on an ongoing basis. At one point, the kids were fighting with one another with rocks. Even after being spoken to, the kids were allowed to retaliate further by urinating right next to another group of kids who were eating snacks. This was acceptable behavior. The camp counselors were also allowed to jump on their bikes over the kids heads. Again, this was seen to be acceptable. We will not be returning to this camp.

I called the company, and they immediately responded and set up a way to change the order. They kept in touch to verify every step of the process. Customer support was to notch. They contacted me to verify the delivery time and date. They gave me a 1 hour window and actually showed up during that time. What a shock compared to other deliveries I have received. They say the system up exactly as desired. I couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking for high-quality fitness equipment, this is the place to shop!

Literally the rudest experience ever! I proceed to ask her through the window, if she could just help me do a quick return (and I had a receipt), because she saw me coming and the other customer just walked out. She got extremely angry and grabbed the metal pole and pulled down the metal gate slamming yet another loud bang of a gate this time in my face. Never have I ever had a door slammed in my face my entire life! I never expected it from a long time a local sporting goods store. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Pedego Bike Shop in Livermore based on my recent…read moreexperiences. While the shop appears to excel in its core rental business--reflected in consistently positive customer reviews and a strong reputation for providing a smooth, enjoyable rental experience--the same level of performance does not seem to carry over to its sales and customer communication practices. In particular, the sales process felt less organized and attentive than expected. Communication around product availability, follow-up, and overall customer engagement could be improved to better match the high standard set by the rental side of the business. Clearer, more proactive communication and a more structured approach to sales would likely enhance customer confidence and satisfaction. Given the success of the rental operation, there is a strong foundation to build upon. I would suggest that by aligning the sales activity that has been primarily driven by the 2025/26 AVA rebate program to closely match what has been demonstrated in rentals would significantly strengthen the overall customer experience. In addition it appears based on investigation additional costs to consumers ( shipping and to some users higher assembly costs) were added when submitting a sales request via the AVA program. Based on these experiences I would not recommend using Pedego for the reminder of the 2026 AVA program.. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful and contributes to continued improvement.
