great for fitness equipment, even some refurbished items available, ship far, thanks!

I have chronic back pain and long legs. Running puts my back into spasms, and most elliptical machines stride length is too short for me. The Precor AMT is one of the only machines that didn't cause me problems. I was able to order it online. Unfortunately, I ordered it with the wrong screen. I called the company, and they immediately responded and set up a way to change the order. They kept in touch to verify every step of the process. Customer support was to notch. They contacted me to verify the delivery time and date. They gave me a 1 hour window and actually showed up during that time. What a shock compared to other deliveries I have received. They say the system up exactly as desired. I couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking for high-quality fitness equipment, this is the place to shop! read more

ZERO stars. "Not good" does not begin to describe how terrible this company is to deal with. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Total incompetence not to mention a complete disregard for safety concerns for terrible product installation. Wouldn't recommend buying from this store to my worst enemy. And to top it all off RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. read more

Of course buying new commercial equipment is ridiculously expensive but honestly everything I've been buying in the last 10 years has been second hand. Fitness Superstore has an excellent product that is exactly the same equipment as the gym at the right price. I bought a Life Fitness Integrity Recumbent Bike w/SE3 HD Console. It looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the quilty. You guys rock! read more

We purchased the FRS50 Smith Machine. Fitness Superstore delivered all the components on time as scheduled. Some of the boxes had tears in them, but the equipment was undamaged. I did not pay extra for the installation since I am a DIY kinda guy. I have to admit: all of the parts are top notch. The fit and finish are exceptional. No rust or scratches. I took my time studying the install instructions (there are no worded instructions just black and white diagrams). You will need an extra hand for the framing portion. There is no leveling system with the equipment. If you have an unlevel garage as most do, then, you will have to shim it up to level. You must level it before you install the weight plates or else it will add that much more difficulty to adjust. The nuts and bolts and all of the hardware are packaged in such a way that it's idiot proof. The manufacturer placed all the hardware on a cardboard sheet and labeled with the hardware needed for step 1-15etc.. All you have to do is arrange them in order and you can't go wrong. Thank you Fitness Superstore. read more

I am a return customer. Purchased a set of their French Fitness bumper plates a couple years ago and have held up to my daily use and still remained in pristine condition. When the time came to purchase additional shipment for my expanding home gym, I didn't have to look much further. Skip the big box stores and go straight to the source! I highly recommend their French Fitness line of equipment which is fitness superstores own line. read more

After a lot of research online, I just picked up my Cybex 750AT Arc Trainer from Fitness Superstore. Initially, I was nervous about making such a large purchase online, both financially and from a size standpoint. To my relief, Fitness Superstore is located in the same town I live in. However, due to Fitness Superstore's work and final product, my perceived need to live near the physical store was a non-issue. Their work is amazing! I feel like the machine I have is virtually brand new (remanufactured is very different than simply refurbished). Fitness Superstore re-manufactures their equipment to the degree that buying a brand-new piece for $9,000 seems like a complete mistake to me! For anyone looking to purchase their favorite gym-grade equipment for their own home - Fitness Superstore is a concern-free place to shop for such a great investment - Jeannette and Tim were awesome and very helpful at all stages of my transaction. I recently ordered a French Fitness Tahoe Pec Fly Machine from the Fitness Superstore, for the Spartan Weightlifting Club in Berlin NH, and the members were so impressed with the quality and price of the machine that I was instructed to purchase three more items from that company. read more

They schedule a pick up of the treadmill at no expense to me and gave me a full refund. Very happy about the outcome!

The website was comprehensive and made ordering easy. It was nice to get discounts when adding on accessories to the machine. I did have questions for customer service about shipping information, and it was sometimes hard to talk with customer service due to current events. Fitness Superstore has HUGE customer demand right now. My order did end up delayed a few more weeks, but it was all worth it. My equipment arrived and was assembled in my home gym by a very nice friendly technician. In the end, Tim French stepped in and followed up to be sure I was satisfied. And YES I am. read more

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to deliver the weights I purchased INSIDE of my garage for me while I was at work. The quality of the weights I purchased is exactly what I was expecting at that price point and I've been very pleased with the product. I will absolutely buy from them again. I would completely recommend Fitness Superstore Inc to anyone considering buying fitness equipment. I recently purchased an elliptical trainer, it was completely refurbished and in excellent condition. Everyone that I communicated with at the store were incredibley profesional and very knowledgeable. It was delivered weeks earlier than promised. The delivery crew overcame some difficult stairs and an elevator even partially dismantling the machine to get it in the door. Thank you all so much ! read more

Great 'one stop shop' for the ultimate home gym! I'm glad I pulled the trigger on the using Fitness Superstore to help build my home gym out! After a lot of research & debating, I decided to go with them based on their price points, reviews & the time they took to answer all my questions when I called them for details... Needless to say, I was not disappointed! They delivered everything quickly (in stock) & having them install & build the bigger pieces out (smith machine) was a good choice & well worth the extra expense! They were efficient & very courteous about making sure it was the right piece, built out correctly & in the right place for my home! Everything is awesome, durable, clean looking & just feels great when in use! Thanks Fitness Superstore! I'll be calling on you guys again for all future additions to the home gym build out for sure! I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from the Fitness Super Store and I have to tell you it was one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. The machine was a "reconditioned" 556i and when they recondition their products they are like BRAND NEW. The machine was a gift for my wife's birthday. Had I'd of known it was going to look that good I would never have mentioned to her that it was a rebuilt model. I would have taken the credit for buying her a new one! Communication with Tim and his team was phenomenal throughout the purchase. They respond immediately to any questions I had and shipped it from California to the NYC area without a scratch. These people are great and I highly recommend them for any fitness equipment purchase you may be considering. Last thing I need to mention the price was GREAT. read more

I bought all my gym equipment from their online store. Easy to navigate and if I ever had any questions or concerns Nolissa was able to help answer them. I would buy more products from Fitness Superstore and recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase gym equipments. read more

I was told the only option they had for financing was with Paypal credit, which was pushed for 0% financing for 6 months. I used this and bought a treadmill. I then made payments for 6 months. Mind you there were some issues with the treadmill, not to mention I now have to pay an electrician for a dedicated circuit to even USE it, so I have actually used the treadmill about 7 times in 6 months. On the 7 month, after making payments faithfully, the interest went into effect and the amount I owed jumped back up to the original amount. I contacted a non English speaking person from Paypal and find out that if you make minimum payments each month, the interest charged each month will be on the full amount, so after a year of making minimum payments, you might wind up owing an additional $7,000 on the piece of equipment you bought for half that price. DO NOT USE PAYPAL CREDIT. WHAT A RIPOFF! read more

We recently purchased our third piece of exercise equipment from Fitness Superstore. Each time, the process has been smooth and timely, with well communicated delivery updates and friendly and capable set-up and delivery. We have been using our oldest piece of equipment for over 5 years. We've never had a problem with any of the equipment purchased at Fitness Superstore. I cannot say enough positive things about fitness superstore. I ended up purchasing a re-manufactured Matrix t7xi as well as new body solid brand equipment (bench, cable machine with extended weight stack and attachments, dumbbells and dumbbell rack). Before purchasing I reached out to customer service to gain more information regarding the body solid equipment since I had never used it before. I have been lifting including body building for a longtime and would be very unhappy if the equipment is not commercial grade. Fitness superstore staff, including the CEO, contacted me almost immediately with additional information and the contact information of their body solid rep, Duane. Duane was knowledgable and extremely helpful. The whole purchasing process was excellent and they really made me feel comfortable making a very large purchase. I was confident they would stand by their product. The shipping process had a hiccup, but this is no fault of fitness superstore. The hiccup resided 100% on the drop shipper, which in my experience, are all pretty difficult. Fitness superstore was happy to call them and yell at them for me which was very nice of them :). All equipment came in in excellent condition. The re-manufactured t7xi looks brand new and runs like new! I was hesitant to buy remanufactured, but I'm not hesitant to do so again from fitness superstore. This piece of equipment is unbelievable. When people see it they always ask if it's new. The body solid equipment were exactly what I was looking for. Cable machine is super smooth. Photos attached. Please ignore the treadmill cord. I'm adding another outlet. Ignore the peeping whale as well..... In summary, I would 100% recommend fitness superstore without hesitation. Their staff, including the ceo, are extremely responsive, knowledgable, professional, courteous, and work through any potential issues rapidly. Buy without hesitation, because this crew stands by their product. Thank you, Greg read more

I purchased the fs80 from the company and so glad I did. They also help set up the equipment which saved me a lot of time. Thank you.

During the COVID-19 quarantine, I found myself without a gym. I pretty much only use my gym for the stationary bike, and I was really missing it. I looked up the name of the manufacturer - Matrix - and found Fitness Superstore has remanufactured bikes with good warranties for a fraction of the price of the new ones. From the beginning, this company was great - their website is easy to navigate and has all the details regarding all the equipment they sell. They were responsive to any questions I had, and once I placed my order, that was all I had to do. The delivery date was actually a bit earlier than I had expected, which was great - and the people at Fitness Superstore were able to set the date and time up so it worked for us. The bike came fully assembled, and the delivery people placed it exactly where I wanted it in my home. I'm really happy with the bike - it's exactly what I wanted, and it's like new, except for the price! I highly recommend this company. read more

I bought a shoulder press bench and picked up myself due to being local to there location. The bench is great, it only took a couple days to receive it after ordering. We bought a Precor EFX 885 and a Body Solid G1S with Fitness Superstore. Tim was our main point of contact during the purchase. They were great at communicating the status of delivery and the delivery/assembly team were so professional and did a great job as well. Super easy ordering and I was VERY pleasantly surprised that the treadmill came much sooner than expected. I would have given a 5 star review, but the delivery person actually delivered the wrong treadmill. Fortunately, the customer after me said something, as I didn't even notice (I had looked at so many treadmills that I could no longer remember what I had ordered! Oy!). Fitness Superstore was awesome about coordinating and making sure that the correct treadmill got delivered. And the delivery guys were extremely careful and conscientious, both times. I'm SUPER happy with this piece of equipment. It feels like it's new and is awesome. read more

Purchased a Lifefitness Torso machine for our home gym. We live in a remote region of northwestern Montana so delivery was not going to be easy. The folks at Fitness Superstore went above and beyond to arrange delivery. First, a regional shipper was found; they delivered the machine to the house but didn't bring enough people to move it into place. Fitness Superstore then located a local mover to move it around the house, through a daylight basement entry, and into the home gym. The guys they found were great! Friendly, fast, and zero damage to the home or the equipment. The equipment suffered slight damage in the move to the house. One of the upholstered pads was cut and there are a couple of small marks on the paint. They are sending me a replacement pad, and they offered to send paint. The paint marks aren't worth trying to refinish the steel, but I appreciate them fixing the upholstery. Lastly, I can feel bolts pressing through the knee 'seat'; something I never felt when using this machine in a gym. Again, Fitness Superstore is sending me shorter seat bolts to see if that resolves the problem. I can't say enough good about these folks. The reconditioning of the machine is very, very nice; like-new condition. They have gone the extra mile in several cases to ensure that all issues with the machine have been corrected; even those that weren't their fault. I could not be happier. read more

I never thought I was have such a great experience buying a treadmill in a store. Tim and his staff at the fitness superstore are the model of what customer service should be like! I was in a tough situation while I was transitioning from my old equipment to the new ones that I purchased from them. I am looking forward to continue working with the fitness superstore to make my gym the best it can possibly be! I would highly recommend their services to anyone. read more

This is my second 5 star review of Fitness Superstore. This second purchase was an ab machine purchased through this store from a manufactuor located in the east. Fitness SS took delivery of the unit, put it together, delivered and installed it -- great job. However, I quickly realized that it was designed and manufactured in a way that made it unusuable for me. Fitness SS attempted, on my behalf, to negotiate a return, but the originating company required shipping, restocking, and other fees that made return not an option. So, Tim and crew stepped up to the plate and asked what THEY could do to make it work for me (class shows). We redesigned one element of the unit, and their people reconfigured it for me. Works great now My Thanks to owner Tim, manager Jeanette, Tomas, and Abymyal (sorry, not sure about that spelling) Great job! Great business! Patrick Alexander read more
