The Precor AMT is one of the only machines that didn't cause me problems. I was able to order it online. Unfortunately, I ordered it with the wrong screen. I called the company, and they immediately responded and set up a way to change the order. They kept in touch to verify every step of the process. Customer support was to notch. They contacted me to verify the delivery time and date. They gave me a 1 hour window and actually showed up during that time. What a shock compared to other deliveries I have received. They say the system up exactly as desired. I couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking for high-quality fitness equipment, this is the place to shop!

I'm extremely disappointed with the way this location handles product availability and customer…read moreservice. I woke up early, arrived before the store opened, and waited outside specifically to try and purchase Pokémon cards. I had even called the day before and came in person to ask about availability, and was told they would be in stock. However, when the doors opened, I saw an employee grabbing the Pokémon cards for himself before any customers even had a chance to get in. The fact that the manager allowed this to happen in front of paying customers is incredibly unprofessional and unfair. It felt like my time and effort were completely disrespected. If customers don't even have a fair chance to buy items because employees get first dibs, what's the point of showing up early or calling ahead? I hope this store reconsiders how it handles product releases and prioritizes fairness for all customers.
