I contacted Eric on a weekend and never expected a call back until Monday. He called me right away and talked me through how to get a replacement for the broken console monitor on my vintage Schwinn airdyne. My disabled/autistic son uses this for exercise. He enjoys watching the numbers increase as he keeps pedaling. He has behavioral challenges when things don't go smoothly, so I was hoping to remedy this problem asap. Eric was able to guide me to a replacement part he found, as we spoke, on eBay. I bought that part & installed it. (He offered to come and install it if I needed help.) When it wasn't working properly, Eric helped me find another one on eBay. All this, and no charge. I would've been happy to pay him. May the good you do for others return to you many times over! Thank you Eric for your generosity & kindness.
