I left the store disappointed and decided I would just wait for my original order to arrive. What really made this situation unacceptable was what happened afterward. The same day, someone from the store contacted customer service regarding my order. Then today, I received confirmation that my online order had been canceled even though I never authorized anyone to cancel it. WTF? Why would anyone cancel a customer's order without their permission, especially when they did not even process the in store purchase I originally came in for?
