He was extremely knowledgeable, displayed a high level of expertise with confidence, not arrogance. I really appreciated that. I came in with a problem and was immediately provided and explained options, quoted a more than fair rate and didn't feel haggled or hassled on cheesy up sale techniques. Because of his likability and competency, I took his advice and added a fresh wax. In closing, it's a rarity these days to get high quality service, from people that take pride in their job. The guy in sportswear was so helpful and he tried so hard to find the missing umbrella. We ended up just buying one and it was great. Our past visit we had help from a great employee who talked us through price matching. I understand these are stressful times but sometimes I think people take out their frustrations on service personnel. I feel the folks here have always overperformed for me and always tried to help.
