I'm the strongest I've ever been, both physically and mentally, and I owe so much of that to the incredible coaches and staff. From day one, everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches constantly push me outside of my comfort zone, helping me try new things and become a better version of myself. They genuinely care about your progress and celebrate your wins right alongside you. One of the things I never expected was the amazing friendships I've made. What started as simply showing up for a workout has turned into becoming part of a community filled with people who motivate, support, and cheer each other on. It's been incredible getting to know so many members, and I've made friendships that extend far beyond the gym. The owners, coaches, and front desk staff go out of their way to get to know every member, check in to see how you're doing, and make everyone feel valued. They create such a positive, welcoming environment that it truly feels like a safe place where people of all fitness levels can come, work toward their goals, and simply enjoy being there. Whether you're getting in a workout before work or unwinding after a long day, The Camp is the perfect place to be. The camaraderie, motivation, and genuine sense of belonging are unlike any other gym I've experienced. I'm so grateful to be part of this community, and I can't recommend The Camp enough. Thank you to everyone who has made this past year such an incredible journey!

The trainers care about you as an individual and know that each person has their own journey and battles and never prescribe a "one size fits all" mentality to their training methods. You can modify when you need to. You can be pushed to your best and you are given the best pep talks through it all. I've successfully completed Spartan races and hopped over 6ft walls because of the trainers believing in me. I've ran half marathons because I've met so many amazing people here that keep pushing me to do more! This place has changed my life. The community inside is a family and I'm so thankful for this place existing and showing me that fitness is for everyone!

I highly recommend using the MindBody App where class details are listed. The trainers are awesome and so down-to-earth. They are charismatic and passionate about what they do. And....Karrin, trainer/owner, is SO welcoming. I've brought friends to classes and even celebrated my "thirty-something" birthday here and never once did my friends feel intimated or out-of-place. I'd say you should definitely come join us for a class because you're not alone on this journey and no one is ever too young or too old to get stronger.

The first time I went to CrossFit here, I didn't come back for a week because I was extremely sore. My body basically went into shock from trying to keep up with the workout. I made a commitment to come back and I'm very glad I did. The following week I was able to come twice, 3rd week 3 times and so forth. Fast forward a year later and I go anywhere from 4-6 times a week! You can say I'm addicted. Initially I was intimidated & nervous because I was in the worst shape of my life, extremely overweight, & eating horribly. Micha & Charlie made me very comfortable and let me grow and develop at my own pace. I'm now stronger, more comfortable in my own skin, & love how it has helped me in all aspects of my life. What I love most is I can lift as heavy or go as fast as my body feels. Being a former athlete, I know how important it is to workout with proper form and the coaches here definitely have helped me with that. They encourage me to keep going during my workouts and I've realized how much I enjoy the group atmosphere. Thanks so much Warriorz!

I initially went to AMPT seeking 1:1 training; but the semi-private group classes were actually better. It's the perfect balance of working out independently and at your own pace, while having a trainer with consistent and personal guidance throughout your workout. This is a place for all fitness levels: Young, young at heart, athletes, beginners, and everyone in-between. Also, if you have specific issues, there are always modifications given or other exercises you can do to get the job done. The facility is clean, spacious, and provides a wide variety of workout options like barbell work, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sleds, and of course using your own body weight. There's basically something here for every taste and preference, and plenty of classes to fit into busy schedules. I simply cannot say enough about this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone with a fitness goal or for those who just need extra support to help keep them accountable, motivated, and inspired.
