I was trying to find a particular style of Vans and according to their website none of the stores nearby had them in stock. Anyway, I was nearby and stopped in the Vacaville store and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. Then the manager took the time to look in their system and found that their new Napa store had the ones I wanted in stock. They offered to call and put them on hold. I took my chances that they'd still be there and yay, they were! I've been to three different Vans stores in the last year and all of them have been clean, they always have good selection, and oftentimes the sales are excellent and in line with their website pricing which I appreciate. Plus everyone is always so pleasant to deal with. read more

Everyone we met at this store made school shopping SO much easier!! Anthony was especially amazing to find the sizes and styles my kids were looking for. Eric's an awesome employee and has dope personality. Made a regular shopping experience a memorable one. Not everyday you get treated like that as a customer. Clean and organized store as well. I like seeing a store being that taken care of and ran like that. read more

I was totally happy with this store! They did not have my size in the shoes I've been wanting for months now so they ordered it for me. They came in just a few days too! Plus the store has a bunch of clearance shoes for great prices! Vans I've never seen before with prints I never would have thought would look good on shoes! Too bad it's over a hour from where I live but I'll be back anyway! read more

I dont know why this store has bad reviews. They have good sales. Walked out with two pairs of shoes for 90 bucks. Staff was super nice. Guy with glasses and nice fade that greeted me was super nice. Another sales woman with accent was also very nice. I will be back. read more

Good store, easy to find. Lots of stock. Parking is lot style and kept clean. The periodically have decent sales.

So this was our first time to Vans outlet. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and with kindness. Jake was our cashier and we got to talking a bit with Jake. Everyone that worked at Vans treated us great. Got help from several different associates. Ended up buying four pairs of shoes and two hats. Only went to Vans for one pair that my puppy chewed up. They were brand new. Thanks to everyone who made our shopping experience awesome. Prices are what they are. But I did get some great deals as they had hats and shoe deals. read more

Who doesn't love Vans?? I'm a regular at the Outlet off of N. Tustin. The value of the sale shoes is outrageous. The staff is always upset helpful, and have found shoes in my size every dang time. read more

Covid 19 procedures are in place at this outlet store, with salesclerks wearing masks as all customers are required to do also. There is a clerk at the door monitoring customer capacity and Denzelle, our cashier politely asked us to wait while he sanitized the counter prior to checking us out. He was very professional, courteous and also let us know about the Vans Family program which we signed up for after purchasing four pairs of shoes for our granddaughters. There currently is a BOGO offer going on now, you're charged for the higher pair and the second one is free. Great selection and found exactly what we were looking for! read more

Though I haven't been wearing Vans since 1966, I'm definitely Old Skool compared to most of the young'uns sporting these shoes nowadays. I became a fan of these shoes back when Jeff Spicoli smacked his head with his checkerboard slip-ons & proclaimed "that was my skull! I'm so wasted!" Since I've been a fan of Vans for so long, I have lots of "old man" stories: Like how there was a time when I could get any new pair of Vans for under $15. Like how there was a time when Vans weren't trendy or hip. Like how I still have a pair of Vans that were made in USA, not China or Indonesia. Like how there was a time when this Vans store was 1/2 its current size & was 1 of the best kept secrets for scoring cool Vans cheap. Well, the secret is out but this place is still a good option for scoring Vans cheaper than full retail. Especially shopping the sales or making a lucky discovery in the bargain bins. So when it's time to pick up another pair of Vans, I always check out this Vans store. read more

This store is at an outside outlet store. The place is medium size inside. The lights were very dim so it was hard to see inside. There were some stuff out for f stock but we went on a holiday weekend so there was a lot of sales. There was a lot of people inside so it was a little cramped. They had a sale buy one get second 50% off! I bought 4 pairs of shoes and the price was very reasonable. This is a good store for kid shoes. Would recommend coming here read more

The person that helped us was..not helpful at all, rude and grouchy. He did not bother to help us again when we needed another shoe size. Then i overheard him treating the same way to another customer next to us and said "i only got 1 hour of sleep that is why im like this (rude and grouchy!)". No thanks, we just left the store. That's what they call customer service here. Goodluck! read more

If you are willing to put up with a lot of people, busy staff and have time on your hands to look through shoes to get good prices, this store is good for you! Came here Aug 12th and they had Buy 1 get 2nd for 50% off! Busy but worth it! read more

Vans Outlet - Great Deal! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Vacaville, California

To crowded. The staff wasn't very friendly. Example, I'm looking at a pair of shoes, took them out of the box, the employee snatches the box, moves it over before I could put the shoes back in the box, instead of asking "are you finding everything alright?" Or "can I help you find anything specific?" Came here to replace my 3year olds favorite pair of slip ons. His size 10, was very small selection to choose from so we ended up getting 10.5. The price was nice for 2 pairs can't complain about that. But they literally had nothing for me and Dad to choose from, and I didn't have the patience to fight the crowd to find a size 8 since people just put stuff wherever they feel instead of where it goes. read more

I am sooooooooooooooooo not a skater type of girl. NOT AT ALL. Their customer service is actually pretty top notch. I didn't expect that whatsoever. I came in there looking for some shoes for my niece. They didn't have her size on the racks, so I asked one of the friendly sales associates if they had more in stock. She didn't hesitate to check in the back. She even brought out more styles and colors that weren't even on the rack. She literally brought out five different pairs. I thought that was very sweet of her. I planned on only buying shoes for my niece, but I ended up buying a pair of shoes AND a skateboard. Ummm... how does that happen? read more

1.)One star for being so close to home. 2.)Another star because the prices and selection is decent. 3.)Minus three stars for the constant small talk with coworkers during checkout and lack of common courtesy. I get it - you're grumpy because you work in a busy outlet. But, a simple smile wouldn't hurt you (this observation is based on 2 visits done in the same week!) read more

I usually dont review clothing stores, but I have won so many times at this Vans outlet that they have earned a 5 star review from me. Recent wins have included 2 pairs of surf shoes for 15 bucks, 2 work pants for 5 bucks, and 2 pairs of jeans for 15 bucks-- All pretty good quality. Other yelp reviews have noted bad customer service, but I actually dont like employee interference when I am trying to do my shopping, so I have nothing to complain about. I have stopped by here a couple times and they didnt have great deals going on, but hey, its an outlet store. read more

My bf and I bought shoes here. There was this sale going on buy 1 get one half off. Which is a great deal. The employees here were all really nice and helped us find what we were looking for. The store isn't that big but they use the space they have well and you can easily find your size. When it does get crowded its not that bad because you still get a good shopping experience out if it. Definitely will be back if I am in need of shoes - they have great sales. read more

Another shoe I can't quite fall in love with although others I know are all over that. They also sell clothes catering to the skater crowd. Good for them I think. Again, I am just along for the ride. read more

THE WORST! MANAGEMENT HAS THE WORST ATTITUDES! ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES! the employees are super sweet though. The only reason I come back. However, last time I was in the store (about two days ago) there was a family not wearing masks. I kindly asked one of the employees if they could ask if they can make them wear them, to which they replied that they couldn't and managers will get angry at them for doing so. SHAME ON YOU VANS! PROTECT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS BY MANDATING MASKS! THE STORE IS TOO SMALL WITH A CAPACITY TOO LARGE. SHAME ON YOU read more

I used to come in all the time and was greeted by such delightful employees that were always willing to help. I went in not too long ago and was trying to find a specific pair of shoes for my son and went to the first person i saw when i walked in. i couldn't read his name tag clearly but i believe it said Jason. 1st, the man was on his phone when i approached him. Then, when i asked about the specific shoe, he rolled his eyes and told me they didn't have any. Frustrated, i went to another worker who's name was Midori and asked the same thing and two minutes later she comes out with my shoe! thank you midori for all your help! read more

Today, while shopping at vans my two boys (kindergarten and first grade)!were back to school shopping and expressed wanting matching shoes. We were looking for two different sizes, and I had what I though was good customer service for a Saturday. We figured out the 1, wouldn't work the 1/2 they didn't have, I had 3 associates check for me all with the same result, not having his size. I had an associate, call another store and still no luck. We were on our way out when we went into the classics section and asked Keenan one last time to look for us, he came RIGHT out with both sizes! Amazing customer service Keenan, for the others, I don't know if they really looked.... The man who rang us up was cool too, I don't remember his name but he was the shortest fellow there. ;) read more

BEWARE!! Don't believe everything you read and see "BUY ONE GET ONE 50% OFF" turned out when my son picked 2 pairs of shoes and and ready to check out and sale person said and asked am I plan to get two pair shoes? It not buy one and get one half price off. There signs that said buy one and get one 50% off all over the floor, tables, even on the walls I mean it everywhere misleading. Also shoes size section 10-16 many lot of size 13 don't see lot of 14-16. Where other VANS store sell plenty stock of size 14-16? Need more size of 14/15. read more

This is my 2nd Vans store visit really. I don't wear their shoes to the MTE came out. They have some that are waterproof or Gore-Tex. It's a supper comfy shoe. I love it. I went to look for a pair! A beautiful young lady with amazing hair helped me out. She asked my size. She found the last pair in my size and they were only 39$ they are over 100$ normally. It was my lucky day. I didn't have to wash my hands. I got a few shirts. They are a true XXL. Fit great. The whole experience was amazing. I was treated with respect and it was nice. read more

Hello, my name is Sara. I usually don't do this but I feel like I had to due to the HORRIBLE customer service at the Vans store at Vacaville Outlets. It was around 8:15 PM where I asked for my shoe size and waited for 15 minutes - with literally 10 customers and 6 employees at the store. No one came up to me and apologized that they can't find the shoe size even though the employee knew I was waiting for them. When my sister was done picking out three shirts we waited FIFTEEN minutes for them to check us out. There was a line forming that snaked around all patiently waiting. Only ONE cashier was insanely slow and kept making mistakes with the customers before us. I asked another employee if we can get another cashier ringing people up and without even looking at me she rudely replied "it is not up to me" and continued folding clothes without even trying to figure out the problem. I DON'T CARE if it is not up to you, it is their job to pick up their wakie takies and call their manager to figure this out. At the register the employee rang up my sisters items wrong, as he did with the previous customers. This needs to get fixed because this store is so close to losing customers. If no one gets back to me about this issue I will not stop contacting Vans until I get the proper customer service they promise. read more

We were shopping in the store today & my teenage daughters started bickering & I was about to lose it. This sweet sales associate came over and not only offered us help finding the shoes they were looking for, but also took the time to settle the argument & make peace between my girls with his good humor. I wanted to take him home with us, lol. What a sweetheart! Thank you, Manny! You brightened our day!!! read more

Unlike most outlet shoe stores the Van's store actually has a decent stock of shoes that are STILL IN STYLE! I love raiding their clearance rack. When my younger brother and I pop In we can spend a good 30 minutes (minimum) just walking around the tiny store. Not only do they sell shoes there, but they have all of the same Van's apparel that you find at any other retail store. i.e. Shirts, Shorts, Backpacks, Hats. Be warned because the store is fairly small and the racks they have are pretty packed, it can become a bit uncomfortable when trying to find your size and you have someone right behind or right next to you trying to do the same thing. My advice.. use your elbows and get in where you fit in! read more

5stars across the board! Cammy and Manny treated my friend and I like royalty. They were waiting on us hand and foot (literally). Their enthusiasm and attentiveness will not go unnoticed! Will definitely be back when my son grows another shoe size! A big Thank You to the staff at Vacaville Vans, you were outstanding read more

great customer service, you get a greeting as you walk through the doors. I'm not into most of their skate or causal style shoes, I'm more a fan of the surf crepe bamboo shoes. But their popular styles are usually sold out in men's 10.5 and 11. So if you have small feet or huge feet, great for you. Prices are a lot cheaper than other locations too, Crepe retail's were $70, but outlet prices were $30, and a special going on, for buy 1 get one half off. Great deals. read more
