Lululemon says their quality promise is that they build products to last and that they stand behind their quality, but neither is true. I paid $80 for a shirt and put my thumb through it trying tot take it off. They refused to exchange it and were pretty rude about it. I really love the clothes from Lululemon. They are not made cheaply and they stand by their product. Including providing a military discount which is greatly appreciated by myself and fellow veterans. The store is so organized and clean. They even include free tailoring for customers should the clothes not fit correctly. Customer service is equivalent to Chik-Fil-A and you know how polite that restaurant is. I highly recommend curious patrons to stop in, try on the clothes and accessories. You're gonna love it!!! read more

This downtown Napa lululemon store went through an expansion not too long ago, and reopened around Aug/Sep of last year (2022). My husband and I first got to visit and check it out in Oct 2022 and just popped in again a couple of weeks ago when we were back in town. Both times, we walked away smiling thanks to the friendly employees, and of course finding something new to add to our wardrobes. We both work in the fitness industry, so between the two of us, we own a lot of lululemon gear (great style, great quality and durability, and overall great brand)! Big thank you to Keith and another employee who was sort of manning the dressing rooms (female, long brown hair - didn't catch her name) on Friday morning 1/27. They were so friendly and helpful, even when I just went to find my hubby a different size while he was in the fitting room - Keith was there! I do most of my shopping through the lululemon website, but from time to time, it really is nice to pop into a store and check things out in person, especially when the customer service and selection is as great as Napa's! read more

They said they "couldn't" waive the expedited shipping charge, and could not say when they might have them back from being hemmed. UPDATE: Talked to Nicole today--she satisfactorily and professionally handled all my concerns. I am going to try this again--as I said, I love the product!! I placed an online order through their app on/around 5 April but it still hasn't arrive. I called customer service to report it--horrible experience! Gessica, my service rep, did not listen to my report and immediately started contradicting me, saying my order shows it was picked up by me. After arguing with me, she finally realized what I was sayin, then informed me that she would have to launch and investigation before I could get resolution--the orders clearly show on the app and on her end that the sender has not sent the merchandise to be delivered. Now I have to wait 10 days for them to investigate that they did not send the merchandise! Meanwhile hundreds of my dollars are tied up in this ordeal. I love the product but it's not worth being treated like this. I'm returning all the other orders that I did receive and the ones I haven't should they rectify this mess and finally send them. No one deserves to be treated like this especially when they are paying handsomely for the product! No thank you. read more

This lulu is very organized and has great products. However, I wasn't greeted but the white ladies who walked in right after were greeted with a big smile. It seems like if you are a person of color they don't acknowledge you, unless you show interest in purchasing an item. Which I did .. but still didn't feel welcome being here and shopping. She was the best Lulu rep that has ever helped me! Not once did she try to rush me or push me to the side, like most sales rep. This facility was very disrespectful to my wife and me, we are Asian and they followed her around the store while ignoring other customers. They had 4 employees ask her if she was having any problems , the manager was very disrespectful when we asked to apply our first responder discount. We are both travel nurses up here for work. Given the high quality of this brand, I walked into the NAPA store expecting high-quality service. I dealt with the "manager" Adrian. Not only was he condescending but he offered me a $5 credit towards the $120 pair of leggings that I purchased that are not up to the Lulu brand standards. Accused me of lying about the purchase date of my leggings, in which I have an Extensive profile with Lulu. Then proceeded to direct me to the clearance rack. After he embarrassed me and I left the store, I called to ask if I could speak to above him and he basically laughed in my face and told me to call the one 800 number because they're just going to call him back when I complain to them. Horrible customer service and not a good look to the brand/store itself. I will continue to make my purchases online and deal with the amazing staff in Walnut Creek. read more

Genina Bradley is an amazing store manager, and Lululemon is lucky to have her. My husband and I took a staycation to Napa last weekend, and while walking around downtown my husband suggested I get a nice pair of leggings since I've lived in my Kirkland brand ones since the start of the pandemic. I'm not one to buy fancy or expensive clothing for myself, but I decided to look around. Genina helped us from the moment we entered and was funny and kind as I looked around. I found a pair that I really liked, but then asked if they had a teal colored pair in my size as well. She saw that they did in the back, and asked her associate to bring them out to me, but her coworker could only find them in a different style. That was ok with me, but I wanted to try them on before purchasing to make sure I liked them. Unfortunately, they kept accidentally skipping over me in line for the changing room. At this point I had my 'over it' moment. I was in full relaxation mode so I wasn't really frustrated, just over shopping and waiting in line, so I told the cashier to forget about the teal pair, and to just ring me up for the first pair. At this point, Genina came over and told me that she was very unhappy with the customer service that I was being given, and wanted to fix the situation. I told her it was honestly no big deal, but she insisted, and told me that as a first time customer my first impression mattered to her. She helped me find the right pair and made sure they were the right size before we left the store. I love lululemon and I have for years. I decided to stop into this store today to try and find a pair of leggings that were sold out online. As soon as I entered, I was approached and welcomed. Then I went to the leggings and was hovered over as I looked at the different types. Another worker then came by and asked very brashly if I needed help. I said no and that I was just looking (again, a specific pair that I was looking for). I don't like being hovered while shopping because actually makes me feel stressed. Within 5 minutes of being in the store, I was approached 4 times. I felt overwhelmed and honestly bombarded. I'm grateful for the customer service and cleanliness of the store, which is why I gave it 3 stars. If you visit this location, be prepared to have a lot of help so they make their sale numbers. read more

So I'm giving this store a 3/5 because it was only a bad experience as I waited outside due to COVID-19 restrictions. I don't mind waiting outside as they have limitations in place to protect everyone. What bothered me a great deal was the associate outside who was rude, I felt unwelcome. She told me that only 4 people were allowed inside at once, therefore I may not have an opportunity to shop. It was 20 minutes before closing and I was the first person in line.
