I did not realize Marshalls and HomeGoods were part of the same chain. First, I went to the HomeGoods, which is connected to the Marshalls. Not realizing that technically these were two stores. I just wandered all over. I did note the well lit, clean, spacious dressing room area. Once I figured out the separation, HomeGoods zoomed up in my opinion and Marshalls just plummeted. Why? Compare to other Marshalls , which has a complete selection of departments which include everything from furniture to kitchenware to clothing. This Marshalls and HomeGoods had separated. From my point of view, HomeGoods had sucked up all the interesting departments, leaving the rather boring clothing and shoes and oddly luggage for the Marshalls. I appreciate this convenient demarcation of the departments. But I am totally overloaded with clothing and shoes and even the luggage. This instantly rendered the stripped down Marshalls into the most boring segregation of products possible. I'm a little hesitant to give my true opinion of this marshals (two stars). It's pretty unfair that they accidentally chopped the store in half leaving all my goodies in the HomeGoods. To be fair, if I actually needed clothing/shoes/luggage, the brands are quite respectable, they are reasonably stylish, they don't have the lowest prices, but still there are discounted. The selection was definitely superior to the other Marshall's that are close by. If you're hunting for something specific, you're definitely gonna have better luck here. So being as dispassionate as possible, I would say the store rates 4 stars. It's definitely more shoppable than other Marshalls and Ross that are not so far away. read more

I always have such fun shopping here. Team members are all so friendly snd helpful. They carry such a great variery of merchandise. The food section has an enormous array of gourmet items. From olives to cookies to candies. And i really love the mens clothing section. Grest prices on fabulous clothing. I bought alk my boxer shorts here. They are holiday prints. There is a wonderful jewelry section too. And what a grand kitchen section. Everything from pans to Kitchen Sid mixers to plates and more. I love this place. read more

Has really gone downhill recently. I used to work. I was there 7 years no incidences, or write ups, I work my butt off. They fired me because a co- worker started drama and called me homophobic and racist names. When I retaliated, in a text message from home to his phone I got fired. He's still works there, Horrible management. Toxic work environment. Half the cashiers don't do their job and have private conversations while you're standing there. Long line every time. I do not recommend this place as a customer or employee. read more

One way and then one way out. The line moved somewhat fast as you wait. We had to wait like 10 minutes to get in, not to bad. There is a grant amount of products to choose from. This is the store to get anything that you need to cook with or cook out of get it here. The line is ridiculous and backs up to the toys going through the men's department. read more

The older I get, the more I appreciate shopping at Marshalls. This one in particular is adjoined to a Home Goods which makes this extra convenient. This store is immaculate! So organized, clean, and stocked up with great finds. I don't come here often but my far and few visits have always been greeted with a friendly "hello" from staff. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. I love this spot! read more

Good prices, store always clean, long lines but usually moves fast, maybe a little bit more of shoe selections would be nice.

They always have something nice to choose from whether it's a birthday gift or an outfit for a night out the perfect place

Love the variety of items and prices aren't too bad. Love that it's right next to Michaels! My only complaint which can be a big one, the aisles are too narrow. Pretty much have to go around another aisle, with your shopping cart, to get to the other side of the same one, if somebody else is there. It'd be nice if they had an option for shopping baskets too. read more

This Marshalls is in a very nice area and is conveniently near a Michaels, adjoined with HomeGoods and right across are places to eat! So when you get hungry after shopping, you don't need to worry :) I like how big this location is and how organized everything is - except when you have to purchase your items. Every time I come here, the line is ridiculously long and they are always lacking cashiers. One night, people complained because of the line not moving at all, and the Manager said they were understaffed...when there were plenty of people on the floor. I think the problem is that since HomeGoods is attached to Marshalls, there's only one place where people pay for their items. I feel that each store should have their own side of cash registers...maybe the lines won't be so long and customers will be happier. read more

I love the store, and always find good stuff, however the line isn't worth the shopping experience. When you wait in line for 45 minutes for one item, and there are only 2 cashiers working registers while the "team leads" are wandering around behind the counters more concerned that their bins are getting full, makes me wonder if returning is worth it. Horrible work ethic from Lacey for sure. It's like she and her fellow manager can't be bothered to jump on a register to help out the team, but instead walk around looking lost and more concerned about break time. I understand if it's been a long day and you're ready for break, but when you see the line wraps around the store constantly, be a leader and step in to help out any where you can. When I'm at work and help is needed, I jump in and help even though it's not part of my job description because I know that it needs to be done. Step it up Marshall's, and learn how to lend a hand instead of complaining about how cashiers are messing up when all the customers can hear every word and see every rude action. read more

This is such a great Home Goods and I shop here all the time. But seriously folks, it's 2021 so get yourself a good WiFi network. Everyone knows this part of town is a dead cell zone and today, I was trying to FaceTime or text or call my daughter to determine sizes and colors of certain items and no go, on any form of communication. While trying on a pair of shoes I was seated on a chair that was in the shoe department when an associate removed me from the chair telling me it was not for customers and that they don't have chairs to try on shoes. She then took the chair an placed it in the closed dressing room.They would rather a customer fall while trying on their merchandise. That was ridiculous. read more

Love the new vegan handbag sign/section! Just double check that the bags there are actually made of vegan leather because customers can put bags in the wrong section. I've noticed many vegan brands lately in the skin/hair care aisles and handbag aisles at Marshalls and that is great! I wish customers were more respectful and didn't open and test makeup/products. Always double check that the item you buy is unused aka the safety plastic or foil is still on the product. Opened beauty products can grow mold and bacteria! I appreciate Marshalls keeping the high end makeup products in security cases so they are not opened by customers. I just wish the employees would throw away the makeup and beauty products that have been opened and used by customers because it is unsanitary. read more

I love this store, they have great things, but the lines are so long all the time that I don't go in here. They have like 10 registers and there is only ever one or two open. It's annoying when I am on my lunch break and I find great things but can't get them cuz the lines are so long that they are practically out the door. read more
