Which probably explains why I thought there was just about zero selection for the women. It's still a small space for the women's clothing. There's not much of it but at least now right before the holiday frenzy begins, the store is reasonably stocked. There are a selection of sizes. There are some great colors. The sales are definitely on the gentle side. But they'll work their way up to the holiday frenzy in no time at all. Thanks to my doctor changing my medication's, I will be involuntarily losing weight. I hope it settles down soon probably around the New Year's. I'll have to check back then to see if there's anything left.

Fortunately they still have classic items that pair well with my closet. A few things caught my eye and their was a 40% off sale. I usually walk away with something during those sales. The store was well-stocked and everything was organized well. I always respected out the staff was always folding, hanging and putting away clothes to make sure the store was always presentable. In addition, they always greeted me and asked if me needed any help. I spied a very cool navy Merino sweater and was ready to give them my BananaCard. Unfortunately, they did not have my size but could order it online and ship to my house. I learned that the factory outlet store did not have access to my Reward Points. I have Icon Status for many years now and wanted to apply my points. It was a bummer that I could not. So, I didn't buy it. I'm sure there is a reason why they could access my points, but they lost a sale. Note to the good folks who make these decision, grant access. Now for the pics.

We had the whole store to ourselves when we walked in later on a Monday night. Both of the employees in there were helpful and assisted us with questions on the deals and for proper sizing. They had really good deals with 60% off the lowest ticketed price on a lot of the women's clothing and a lot of it was already discounted at least once. I also found that even though it was a factory store, a lot of the items were still high quality - nice soft fabric, no defects, and the items fit well and weren't odd leftovers. Some of the sizing was a bit limited but I managed to find a great pair of super soft leggings on sale. My boyfriend stocked up on the tees they had available in multiple colors and cuts.

However I quickly noticed lots of Clinique, Jo Malone and Origins. Three brands where I had good luck in the past. Fantastic there is stuff here that I can buy. The was enough Tom Ford (bad) that I scurried to the other side of the store. I spotted a lot of MAC. I never tried it but I've heard high praise. The sales were very encouraging. 30% off skin care, 40% off many items and 50% off gift sets. The gift sets were smallish items and looked like the sets they give you when you spend big at the dept. stores. These are just the right size for me to check out a new line. Customer service was attentive but not obtrusive. I ran across this tidbit. The cosmetics company store is owned by Estée Lauder. So all the cosmetics lines that you see in the store come from Estée Lauder or one of the companies that they own. Hope that helps you find the product you're looking for.

I was very startled by the prices but the gentler sales of the season were out, I was just forgetting to apply them. But prices were running $79 to $ 150 for the jeans (full price). I was attracted to the pants but the tops and dresses were more mixed . Some of the prints (the animal) weren't to my taste but some of the plainer fabrics had fun embellishments. Now a friend of mine told me the best specials aren't announced in store but is embedded in the loyalty program. So let's download the app, and check out the loyalty program because I have my eye on some items. After I downloaded the app, created an account, and signed up for emails. I discovered there's something called Chicos Off the rack. I've surfed the Chicos store, webpages, checked out the sales in the clearance items before, but I never found anything that grabbed me. either at the prices were too high. Update: My friend was absolutely right. I downloaded the app created an account and signed up for emails. It wasn't long before the flash sales and clearance emails started arriving, after about three weeks, one of the items that I particularly had my eye on went on clearance. the price had dropped to around 40 bucks down from about 100 bucks or so. I doubt my wardrobe will be filled up with Chico's anytime soon. However, for that special little item this is a great place to check out.
