Last time I went to a brick and mortar Ulta, I guess it must've been Covid. Without all the…read moretesters, visiting the store was much more tedious than just buying stuff online. What a relief today was. I could actually sample products before purchase. I gotta admit online I was limited to products that I had purchased before. Although Ulta has a generous return policy, which I find reassuring just in case I'm allergic to something, I'm not really comfortable buying completely new products online. Giving the testers a try gives me a chance to figure out if I'm going to have a bad reaction. For me, this makes the physical store significantly more attractive. Customer Service was very cheerful. I was greeted at the door and one of the staff members although busy stopped to ask if I needed help. I just went into browse and had a great time looking for new products. I didn't really buy anything partially because I was in a bit of a hurry to get to my next errand and didn't really have time to try too many testers. Although they had a pretty good looking sale, I managed to get lucky with my favorites at the last sale and I'm still completely stocked up. I was looking for one or two new products but I gotta admit the store is big enough and there are enough different brands that I got a little bit lost. Obviously, I need to come back.

I was briefly acknowledged with a very very brief welcome. They never stopped taking to interact with me. I was lost as I walked through the store to located the concealer because I never been to this location. There was even a group of girls who were in standing for long periods of time chatting in certain areas. They could have honestly been stealing because literally the women who worked in the store were too immersed in their conversation to walk around to check. There was a cashier who stepped away from talking when I finally came back to the front because I was lost with locating what I needed. There was a beauty expert on the floor and although she was helpful with her suggestions, she missed the mark with nanny if the items that she passed me to purchase. She gave me duplicates of the blush (Although she showed me 2 different ones that she said was perfect for me), she said that a soft black eyebrow pencil was good for me although I'm a brownsjin female with dark brown hair (Which I mentioned to get ally my hair color) and then she suggested 2 different highlights, but gave me 1 that was totally different than what she chose for me. I think she needed to pay more attention to what she was passing me and recommending instead of trying to make a sale. I am still new to makeup buying and I bed those that help me to know what they are doing. Overall, I was able to get quite a haul because of her. However, I need to go and do exchanges on many of the suggested items smh.

She sprayed the perfume on a test strip for us but wouldn't even let us hold the bottle ourselves. Not sure if that's a new rule or what, but it felt a little awkward. Unfortunately, she wasn't very friendly either. It was only 11 AM, so the store had just opened, but she seemed like she was already having a rough day. When I asked about using a discount or the free tote bag promotion, her responses were short and kind of rude, with no explanation or helpful info about the perfume. My daughter definitely picked up on her attitude, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. We still bought the perfume, but the customer service definitely missed the mark. A simple smile or a little kindness would have made a big difference.

I went in last Sunday for accent highlights and a haircut, and unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. The highlights are uneven and only really visible on the left side of my head. The color is also inconsistent--very bright at the roots and orange toward the ends. The stylist mentioned having 16 years of experience, but throughout the appointment she seemed distracted, frequently talking to other guests and coworkers instead of focusing on the service. I paid $180 including tip, and the quality did not reflect that price. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last. I would not recommend the salon.

Between peoples' insurances being extremely strict (sometimes it's valid reasons; most times it's not) on WHEN they decide to get around to said approval, and the pharmaceutical warehouses being conveniently "lacking" in supply on ONLY controlled medications (like Concerta), I could NEVER aspire to be a pharmacy tech even...Pretty sure ANYone (competent or no) get more flak than the bare minimum allegedly "deserved", being in a position of keeping human society in mental check. Disappointed with the Service - Felt Unwelcome…read more We visited the Coach store at Napa Outlet on July 22, 2025. As we entered, two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't acknowledge us at all--no greeting or eye contact. It felt like we were invisible. Shortly after, another set of customers walked in, and they were warmly welcomed right away. The contrast in treatment was obvious and honestly, quite embarrassing. We chose to leave without making any purchases because of how we were treated. It's disheartening to feel judged based on appearance. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of how they look. We hope the store can improve on customer service and treat all guests equally!!!
