Tiny little Sephora. This Sephora is great if you're addicted to some thing they sell otherwise it's kind of boring. I was hoping to stumble upon some gift sets or collections. Stopped by Sephora to browse and passively shop for a summer fragrance as if. Sephora always comes through if you don't make it to Nordstrom's fragrance bizarre. Anyway, the staff at this Sephora location are always super helpful and patient. The Rep suggested fragrances based on my described preferences. She led me right to a line I hadn't tried yet and it was the new release for summer! I loved it. Maison Margiela.. I'm familiar with the fashion, not the fragrance. The scent is called On a date, it's described as notes of Rise and grapes memory in a bottle. I prefer musks, ouds, patchouli, bergamot. So this is different, but I love it for summer. read more

Sephora used to be so grand to visit!! Unfortunately this Sephora has lost its glitter and glam! Today I paid Sephora a visit instead of Ulta... this will be the last time. They were not busy just myself and one other customer roaming the isles.... 2 staff behind the counter in conversation. After 5' of isle perusing and because there was no acknowledgment from them, I initiated contact, which was seemingly not appreciated!!! I clearly felt this young man was bothered to assist me!! His affect was just 'BLAH' no smile, no energy... just a flat, but colorful (make up was well done), canvas. In addition, my request for product was a complete miss 1. Showed me warm colored contours after I mentioned I wear cool colors and 2. After I found one on my own... absolutely no stock! Very low in stock on products Store located in an unsafe area full of homeless people. Friends of mine have had car parts stolen. No one approached me to see if I needed any help. The staff did not seem to familiar with products! If you know exactly what you want it's good. The girls working there made this visit to Sephora so unpleasant. We went there for a couple of different things but ended up leaving with nothing but disappointment. We were not greeted but stared at the whole time. They gave us so much attitude when we asked questions but kept talking to each other standing behind the register. We went for a perfume to this sephora. But the workers kept giving us attuitide. And did not seem like they wanted to help. They did not welcome us in at all but they did for others. They seemed annoyed that we were there to purchase producta. We ended up not purchasing the perfume or any other products. I wont be coming here again and they made us feel unwelcome. read more

On 9/4 I purchased two items from this Sephora. The next day, I came in to return those two items as it just didn't work out. Both ladies working there gave me attitude because they had to process the return. Then I had 3 opened, gently used items I wanted to return which was within 60 days of purchase (I used to work for Sephora and I processed used items for refunds all the time if it's within the 60 day timeframe, with and without a receipt). Both ladies were extremely rude and gave me a snarky attitude about being unable to process it. Look, I'm an understanding person and I get they couldn't help me out (bought the items at an actual Sephora store - I just wanted to try and see if I can return at this location as it's 5 minutes from my house and the Sephora store I purchased it at a different city). But, being someone who's had their job before, I have NEVER given a rude and snarky attitude to ANY customer when doing a return. I would tell the customer my apologies for not being able to process their return and give suggestions with an upbeat attitude and smile. These two ladies? NOPE. They were extremely rude and need to be nicer to customers when doing returns. Do better Sephora. read more
