While I understand the need for stores to keep certain items under lock and key, entering this store I was freaked out by almost every aisle under plastic locked security doors. Instead of feeling safer, it made me feel like I was going to get robbed walking the aisles. You need to find a CVS clerk to basically be your personal shopper. Good luck. This is not conducive for honest shoppers. It's not a wonder online has become preferable. I left without even finding for what I came to buy.

I've been searching for specific items for a while and finally found bloom pop winter pomberry, and wide leg pants in my size (the pants were in disarray. I was patient enough to go through it) plus I found some clearance hidden gems. There is so much clearance, I love it. It was a great shopping day! I was also able to check out their party section, and their aisles are very organized. Good to know they still sell piñatas. Best times to go are early mornings, less crowds!

She acted annoyed when I told her I've forgotten how to use my OTC card since I've only used it once/twice at their branch. She brusquely asked if I was a member. After telling her I don't remember, she curtly replied "then you're not a member" without even bothering to check with my phone number. I asked her if she could check with my phone number, and she tersely replied "what's your phone number?"; she found out I was. The whole time, her demeanor was frosty, unwelcoming, and rude. There was no smile, no kindness in her eyes; just plain condescension. It's really bad for the business and clients if a client-facing employee obviously doesn't like her job and is ill-mannered. Her character clearly showed, and it was apparent that she wasn't "just having a bad day". And just in case she'll make an excuse of "having a bad day"; no matter what, you never bring your problems to work. When you work dealing with customers, a little warmth and kindness never hurt anyone. After the transaction, and before going out to the exit, I quietly told her "you know what, you could do better with a smile"; she tersely and frostily replied with the same cold eyes and hard, unsmiling face "have a good day". Before encountering Heidi, I've never heard "have a good day" spoken in such a robotic manner, with an attitude furthest from what the phrase supposedly means. Have some warm chicken soup, Heidi. Hopefully, it'll take you out of Mordor even for just a few minutes.

Does store management care? There must be a big problem with pilferage at this location. Even socks and underwear are under lock and key. You have to press a button for a worker to unlock for you. However, I like the self-serve checkouts. I guess it's not so bad here that management removed them.

The previous system allowed customers to do ALL of this. If somebody thought this new phone system would be a convenience, it is anything but that!

I went to purchase some cold medicine which had to be obtained from behind the counter at the pharmacy due to the ingredients. At least there was a pharmacist or a tech there who could help me. Most every day basic items that you want are not available. They carry thrifty brand ice cream so I went to the freezer case to look and they have one flavor which I decided to get. The freezers are so full of frost that each time I opened the door a bunch of snowflakes blew out. When I went to the register to check out, there was nobody there. I looked around and looked around and looked around and did not see any employees. Finally, I heard some rustling from an aisle way at the back of the store and walked over there and saw an employee doing something stocking perhaps? Anyway this place should just close because it really isn't serving any purpose. Maybe the pharmacy is doing something, but it feels like going into an abandoned building.
