This time, I stopped by to pick up a few things and also get some photos printed. Everything was pretty quick and easy. The line wasn't long, and the employee helping me provided good customer service. She even helped me use the computer inside the store to get my photos developed, which I really appreciated. I believe this is the only CVS in Vallejo, so it's definitely a convenient location for me. Thankfully, most of my experiences here have been positive. Whether I'm picking up a few things or getting photos printed, I'm usually able to get what I need without any problems. Overall, another good experience, and I'll continue coming back whenever I need something from CVS.

First register the card reader three different ways refused my card. I was sent to customer service then to another register back to customer service then back to another register eight different places they're not telling me what's going on. They just go over there. Go over here and it's so confusing and I'm handicap. I don't understand what's going on and they keep telling me it's refused my card and I just use the card somewhere else and I don't understand what's going on. Between peoples' insurances being extremely strict (sometimes it's valid reasons; most times it's not) on WHEN they decide to get around to said approval, and the pharmaceutical warehouses being conveniently "lacking" in supply on ONLY controlled medications (like Concerta), I could NEVER aspire to be a pharmacy tech even...Pretty sure ANYone (competent or no) get more flak than the bare minimum allegedly "deserved", being in a position of keeping human society in mental check. I ALways make sure my "extended family" know at least I acknowledge what they must go through. I went to purchase some cold medicine which had to be obtained from behind the counter at the pharmacy due to the ingredients. At least there was a pharmacist or a tech there who could help me. Most every day basic items that you want are not available. They carry thrifty brand ice cream so I went to the freezer case to look and they have one flavor which I decided to get. The freezers are so full of frost that each time I opened the door a bunch of snowflakes blew out. When I went to the register to check out, there was nobody there. I looked around and looked around and looked around and did not see any employees. Finally, I heard some rustling from an aisle way at the back of the store and walked over there and saw an employee doing something stocking perhaps? Anyway this place should just close because it really isn't serving any purpose. Maybe the pharmacy is doing something, but it feels like going into an abandoned building.
