The staff at the pharmacy are all very friendly and helpful with my dog's medications and get them filled promptly and accurately.

Service is terribly slow. And they do not communicate well. Also they are closed in the middle of the day. How about rotating shifts?

I started with the 8 weeks plan with the option to extend. I am finishing up my 8 weeks and I put in the work and stayed committed to working with Tess every week. I feel transformed, empowered and have so much clarity. I trusted the process and now am going to extend my time with Tess as there is more ground to cover, especially around professional development. I am so glad Tess is my life coach. I was looking for Ketamine Assisted Therapy for my treatment-resistant depression & bipolarity…read more Their bedside manner, specifically the anesthesiologist, is bordering on horrible. Their response time is great- Oli, the ketamine-coach, is usually available via phone and is patient and kind. My main problem: The medical staff did not look for ongoing verbal consent, they didn't explain what was happening during my intake and started putting "vitamins" in my bloodstream without explaining consulting/asking for consent. If you engage with them, be specific about your needs for ongoing verbal consent, clear medical explanations, and a bedside manner that leads to feeling respected. The MD (anesthesiologist) dismissed my concerns by saying "it's natural- it's not the medicine, it's natural." When I asked for clarity on the medical meaning of "natural," I was met with frustration and "it's things that are already in your body." Again- that's not a medical response- it's dismissive. Oli, the person in charge of guiding/coaching me through the experience, admitted that the anesthesiologist is a great doctor but lacks a good bedside manner. I was baffled- why would you allow that with severely depressed folks? Everything is paid out of pocket, which means that if they start any kind of IV bag (with or without telling you?) you are on the hook for the dollars. If you are looking for Ketamine treatments with psychotherapy, that is NOT the main thing this place offers. They do offer a legal space for therapists to come in and assist clients in a Ketamine session. This was not clear to me until I carefully read and signed their paperwork before my first on-site visit. They offer COACHING to accompany ketamine experiences. The coaches are NOT THERAPISTS OR PSYCHIATRISTS. If you are suffering, I'm sorry, mental illness is so debilitating. If you use CIT, make sure you explain your needs for information and consent as things are being done to you. READ their disclaimers. Also, they don't have encryption, so anything medical you share will not be protected by encryption. Again, I didn't find this out until I read the proverbial fine print.

It's hard to put into words how profoundly the team at CIT has positively impacted my life. While I…read morehave had previous ketamine treatments, the experience with CIT had been the most complete, compassionate, effective, and comfortable. Treatments can often stretch the limits of your comfort, and can bring up heavy feelings as you integrate your experiences and memories. You will be prepped ahead of time, and debriefed after/between sessions. The rooms are very comfortable, and you can utilize the level of stimulation (music, lights, etc) to your liking. I've only worked with Dr. Danforth as the administering physician, who is thoughtful and collaborative with dosing and care plans. I have spoken to Dr. Tibble at length on the phone, who provided me with a ton of information about their services and process. Joyce handles the scheduling and payments (and sometimes intake/IV starts), and is very responsive, kind, and skilled. The entire team exudes warmth. I recommend them highly to anyone who is considering ketamine treatment. I have been to both the Marin and Vacaville clinics, and both are great. While the entire team is fantastic, I have to give a special shout out to Oli, one of the guides. Oli has been by my side during each treatment, holding space, grounding me, asking gentle but pointed questions, and listening and reflecting with the deepest compassion and non-judgment. I can say with certainty that my treatments would not have been as effective without this guidance and support, though the ketamine itself does some pretty miraculous work (and some people prefer a solo journey). He is thoughtful, warm, and you get the sense that he truly cares about your well-being and future. I am incredibly grateful for his presence. Book a call to learn more - they are more than willing to provide you with extensive information and answer any of your questions.

I spoke to some, but nothing ever felt like it was the right fit. Until one day, when I was feeling defeated, I stumbled upon Whitney. I took a look at her website and read her reviews and felt hopeful for the first time in days. From the moment I first spoke to Whitney, I knew she was the one to help me. Two years later, and I can say with absolute certainty that choosing Whitney to be my therapist was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Whitney is compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I filled out the paperwork and when he looked at it he saw that bipolar runs in my family and my dad and sister have it, so he ignored everything I said and was trying to say about how I feel and what's making me overwhelmed and he started asking me if I've ever had at least one mood swing? Because that means I'm bipolar. I'm NOT bipolar. It takes multiple people a long time to diagnose bipolar and it takes more than one mood swing in your life to have it. I tried to ask for a specific medication for anxiety as I have taken it before and it helped for panic attacks. He perscribed me a depression medication even though I said I can deal with my depression my anxiety is what bothers me and I was having panic attacks a lot because of my living situation. He ignored that entirely and explained that the medication fixes both and if you're depressed it'll fix the anxiety IF you have it. He made me feel jumbled and I felt kind of like my issues were not believed. I got the medication and felt super unheard, he also ordered me to do lab work and scheduled another apt to return to go over lab work and talk about medication. I read the side effects and decided I don't need the medication as its not worth the risk. I went back to go over the bloodwork I did for him. I expressed I felt uncomfortable taking the medication because of the side effects and he became angry with me saying "well no one would take medication if they looked at the side effects what do you want if you won't take medication? I don't do talk therapy" I asked if he had the lab work he said no I told him then I'm leaving and he said okay good luck. He was a complete asshole and I cannot believe the horrible treatment I received here, you make people want to kill themselves. We are already struggling with mental health thats why we see you and then you refuse to actually treat the patient with kindness let alone LISTEN to what they need. If you had listened to me you would have figured out I have ADHD you f*cking assholes. I hope you go out of business y'all don't deserve to see Patients. You don't even know how to do your job. Blindly prescribing medication and trying to give a false diagnosis probably so you can push pills. Sincerely? Fuck you enjoy my $80 copay you bastard

During our session, he made inappropriate sexual suggestions to help me deal with my depression and anxiety. He made condescending comments and straight up assumed I was a drug addict when I told him I tried recreational drugs in the past. I felt like he was rushing me to get out of there as fast as possible. Now when I asked about payment, the receptionist told me they would work with the doctor to reduce my first time patient fee, since my insurance did not cover mental health at the time. She specifically said it would only be "a few hundred." When I finally received my invoice, I was charged close to $2000! Please go somewhere else. Go to a place where the doctors are compassionate and actually care about their patients. I left this place worse than when I came in.

I met with a male employee, the interview seemed to be going well. I'm a 24 year old, female college student. He said I met the requirements to intern here, and that he felt I would be a good fit. He then said he had to check with another female employee. She came into the interview. Before even asking me any questions, she brought up my boundaries and how I would react if a patient were to try to get to know me on a deeper level. I felt like she was judging my inability to work there based on my looks and not my talent. The male employee said I think she'd be a great fit, the woman said no I think we need to talk about it first. Leaving the interview I felt I didn't get the position because of the way that I looked and not judged off how valuable I could be there. I then got an email right away from the male employee saying I'm not the right fit. I replied asking what had gone wrong? I said it would be helpful for me moving forward to know why I wasn't chosen for this position. I also mentioned that as soon as the woman entered the room the interview seemed to have shifted. He never replied. I tried following up, he again did not rely. I see them around town together a lot and I get really uncomfortable. I felt like this opportunity wasn't given to me because of unfair reasons and it seems like a lame excuse to hold me back from pursuing what I want to make a career of.
