Somehow the infrastructure at Apria is overwhelming, but the human side and interaction is the most important piece. This young man was respectful, kind and warm. He was professional and put such a great foot forward for Apria. It was a five star service experience. From the moment he knocked on the door and told us who he was, you could tell this was a company that valued us as customers. I talked to a customer service person who asked me for my payment info, repeated it back to me and then told me that I was being transferred to an AI system to enter the payment info. I asked why since I already provided all the info. I said just tell me if you made a mistake. She wouldn't!! A total of 6 times, 3 verbally and 3 entering the info from the keyboard. 6 times the system told me that my card was in valid. I called back again and tried 6 times, 3 verbal & 3 via keyboard Same thing my card info was incorrect!! Requested a supv who was no help. O was so frustrated that I thought I would try again today. I wanted a supv but there was nobody available. The customer service person told me that since I didn't want to enter my payment info on the confidential line. I said hold on, I attempted 11 times yesterday and don't want to go thru that all over again.
